Nick showed up and promised me 5 star service. He was polite, professional and respectful. He had to order a part for me, so the issue is not rectified yet, but he was on the phone with Delta for over an hour ordering me the part. He did a great job.

have had two bad run ins with rodenhiser trucks, the first time i was driving a full school bus in the concord rotory one of their trucks cut me off  and gave me the finger.the second time was closer to home.one of their trucks ran a stop sign at 30mph in my neighborhood.i called the company about both incidents and they never got back to me about either one. it doesn't appear they have much regard for the community.

Very happy with the service. Replaced water heater in about 2 hours. Price was reasonable and there was a coupon as well. Will use them again.
