I was thrilled with the level of service I received.  They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward.  They fixed my heating issue very quickly.  My wife and I had been victimized by another company, and Green Energy Mechanical literally saved the day.  I highly recommend them for any type of job, no matter the size or complexity.

Piplines where great. I highly recommend them.  Chris was very responsive and helpful with the burst pipe.  She not only explained the issue quickly but provided information on how to solve the problem.  I'll definitely be calling them again.

We had a plumbing issue in late September, which was fixed by another company, but happened again in October. We called 128 for a 2nd opinion and for help fixing it. They came out the next morning and while they weren't able to fix the issue, they stood behind their guarantee of their work. We only paid the $49 to have the technician come out.

Didn't even return my call.
I called got answering service told her I wanted someone to service my gas furnace, she said will give number to owner have him call, never received a call.

Two years after we moved and cancelled our service, they charged us for the new owner's service.   We are still waiting for the refund for this. This refund should have been expedited but they haven't done that.  This is not good customer service!

Despite their response here, when I phoned the office and tried to email I got no reply. No money back, no apology, nothing. Choose a different company!
