Excellent all the way around.  Arrived on time, returned phone calls, great crew.  Installed a new water heater and were great to deal with in all ways.  Highly recommended.

After smelling some natural gas this morning, I called Eversource to check it out. Turns out there was a small leak in the gas line to my gas fireplace, so Eversource shutoff the gas. I found Angel / Dynamic Plumbing on Yelp and gave him a call. I was expecting that it would take a few days to get an appointment, but Angel was able to swing by this afternoon and fix the problem in one visit! He also took care of filing the necessary permit/paperwork with Somerville so everything gets squared away properly.

Angel was very quick with communications, did a great job explaining and fixing the problem, cleaned up thoroughly, and even took a quick look at my water heater and heating system to give some advice on maintaining them. It is clear that Angel is an expert and values excellent customer service.

I highly recommend Angel and will definitely be using him for any future gas, plumbing, HVAC etc needs (although fingers crossed that I don't have any issues for a while!).

I've now used Consolidated Plumbing and Heating twice, both times they were exceptionally helpful and quick to respond.   The first time, our repair was handled the next day and done cleanly and professionally.  The second time, they helped me diagnose over the phone and were above and beyond helpful.  I will not hesitate to call again!

I'm super impressed w Andrew! Smart, honest, arrived exactly on time and fixed all of my little plumbing problems. My house is going through the beginnings of a move and renovation, and he was super patient w the craziness and clutter, and remedied a problem that two other plumbers couldn't solve, in minutes. I called Frank based on positive Yelp reviews, but had a completely different experience.  He is a nice guy, but I'm sorry to say he is not very competent.  He had difficulty figuring out which parts to use to replace part of a faucet, and I literally had to stand next to him, looking at parts and helping him in order to get the job done (and I am not particularly handy).  I don't like to give a negative review, but I could not recommend him to anyone seeking a competent plumber.

Toilet flooded middle of the day and Christopher was extremely quick to respond and show up for the job. He was very responsive and showed a genuine care for his customers.

We had an ongoing leak from our second floor bathroom through the ceiling on the first floor.  I appreciated that Welter communicated about what he would do to diagnose the problem, to appropriately set the expectations of the work.  During the process, at each turn he would take the time to explain what he had done, what he had found and what he recommended for a resolution.  I was very happy with the work he did and for the recommendations he provided.  While I certainly do not want any plumbing problems in the future, I would look to hire Welter, again, to get them resolved.

Mike, has done a number of jobs for us over the last year. Excellent communication and top notch plumbing.  Highly recommended.

came to fix a broken water shut off in my bath quick, Pat was my tech and he was very nice, no complaints.

Matt and his team (John and Henry) have helped me replace two water heaters in our building at two different times.  As a newish homeowner, I was generally clueless about water heater issues and they were all super patient with me.  Each time, they were able to come replace the heaters immediately and offered reasonable prices.  This week I called Matt at 10pm and was surprised he picked up - I was able to send photos of the heater and take measurements that night and the team was there the next day with a replacement.  Our basement is a little bit tricky to navigate, but Matt was very transparent about cost and the time it would take.  They are definitely my go-to guys now.

We are extremely happy with the service from Bushi plumbing! Rinato was very professional and thorough. He arrived exactly when he said that he would, repaired our water heater & serviced our furnace, and then took the time to answer all our questions. We will definitely call him for our future plumbing and heating needs.

We were having an issue with our new disposal & existing dishwasher.  Aiden was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issues in less than an hour.  He was courteous, professional & highly knowledgeable.  Would definitely call them again if needed.

Bill did an exemplary job. He is extremely responsive, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. His customer service is second to none. He took excellent care of our furnace and addressed all of our concerns. I look forward to hiring him again in the future.

I'm very satisfied with the service this company delivers. from the first visit to the installation day.  i needed a new furnace and AC after getting couple of quotes with other company i felt green energy was the most affordable and offer better package. The communication between the office and their customer is greet makes the entire process run smoothly, Jen was great always very prompt with her emails and calls. Jonathan was very knowledgeable of  product and very accommodating with any concern. my insulation date was end of August 2016 it took one day and im a happy customer!

My garbage disposal unit had gone bad, and I had an issue with poor hot water flow in my kitchen faucet. Bill was very responsive and promptly agreed to a service appointment. Scott arrive on time, and very expeditiously diagnosed my issues and resolved them professionally. Clark Plumbing & Heating was reliable, knowledgeable, and competent. I strongly recommend this firm. Had the pleasure of having Ron come out and replace the shut offs on my washing machine. He was on time, courteous, used Covid precautions and was very professional . He was able to come by the very day I called them and was very reasonable with his pricing.
 I would definitely recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

You'd be better of flushing your money down the toilet then hiring these guys.

I had a 2nd floor shower leak.  I called Baker Elman.  It took them 3 hrs to do the following:

1) Cut a 4 FOOT by 2 FOOT hole in the bathroom wall

2) Bash a 1 FOOT by 1 FOOT hole in the ceiling below the bathroom

3) Break a shower fixture (brass finish), and put on one with a different finish

4) Break the caulking on the fixtures

Note, nowhere do I write they actually fixed the leak, because they didn't.  Instead, they said, well the leak isn't from the pipes as far as we can see.  btw, here's a bill for $300.  Sweet.

Did I mention that they cut a hole the size of a small child in my wall????  

To add insult to injury, they said they would replace the broken fixture, but that if I wanted them to do it that they would charge me for having to come out again.  Sweet.

Save yourself from having to hire a second plumber (and handyman) to clean up after these clowns.  Avoid at all costs.

I am a long time resident of Wayland and I used Bolivar Plumbing at the beginning and they satisfied my needs, but after calling them for services of my old furnace that was not firing up, they declined to offer any more services due to the worry that the furnace might go permanently get disabled. It's seems that they are not at the top of the game trying to bring customers satisfaction with willingness and confidence.

I had a flood from my AC unit. MacCO had serviced my unit for several years and then found out they did not actually service my unit- which resulted in permanent damage and a cracked drain pan. The flood seeped through my wall and into the hall and damaged my hardwood floors.  When I called them, they were rude and unpleasant.  Probably because I am a female.  When I asked the person they sent out, what should I do, the reply was not my problem, they were not help at all.  I had two other companies look at my unit, they both said same thing.  When MacCo replaced the coil, the person just dropped it in, never secured it, which resulted in the drain pan cracking and the resulting flood.  I have since spoken with other people in my building, they all say the same things - MacCo service people are rude and do not care and take advantage of people who do not understand their AC systems.
