OUTSTANDING service....10 stars!  Fast response times with quotes that were lower than most.  I requested a quote via Yelp while waiting for another service to arrive, which I had contacted 2 days prior.  Not only did he respond within 15 minutes with a lower quote, he arrived to do the work within 3 hours of the request (which I selected ASAP).  Great job communicating with updates on appointment time and his estimated arrival time.  Work was done in record time, and there was no mess to clean up.

Jorge was like an artist with our pipes. He made small adjustments to leaky valves that we'd dealt with for years -- and now they all work perfectly.

We had been experiencing numerous sewage backups over the last month, and this was the first plumber to properly diagnose that we had a broken sewer line rather than just throwing a snake in the line and calling it done like the others had done.  We spoke with Gus, who is a great communicator by the way, and he was able to set up the work in 48 hours, which was super appreciated since I had been using an airsnake almost daily at that point so that both us and our tenants weren't experiencing backups.  Jason came both times, and his hard work on this to get everything squared away is something you don't always see these days, and is extremely appreciated.  He kept me up to date, showed me what he was doing, and was able to repair our sewer in a day.  These guys will be my go-to plumber now--their prices are fair, they show up when they say they will, they work hard, and they aren't afraid to get a little dirty.  I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them.  Thank you Gus and Jason!

Who knew there was such a thing, but after two calls on holidays nonetheless (4th of July and Thanksgiving), hands down the best plumbing experience we've had. Mahon Plumbing saved me! They came in when other companies said they'd have to wait for my yard to dry after multiple days of rain and snow. We paid for a plumbing estimate two weeks ago and have still not received any estimate even though we have made several calls to the plumbing representative, one call to the main office, and sent several emails. The plumbing representative sent us an email saying we would receive estimate the next morning, which has yet to arrive.

Called Northeast Plumbing once to repair a leak and haven't had any issues since. Plumber was punctual and very knowledgeable. Will call for future plumbing needs!

Rich was great - communicated well, on time, and solved my sump pump drainage problem.  Definitely would recommend.

Very responsive by text, showed up on time, worked very hard to clear a clog (required 35 feet of snaking), and charged an extremely reasonable price.

I had a good experience with Carlos on a service call today.  My furnace was reporting an error code and I called Sila for an appointment.  To my surprise he arrived a day early which was amazing.  He quickly identified the issue and provided a solution.  He also offered some small upgrades and was able to install them while working on the compressor.  Thank you Carlos for your excellent service.

I'm not quite sure why this place is getting such high marks. I called to ask for pricing to replace the shut off valve to a toilet. This is a pretty standard repair and although I could probably do it myself, since I have to shut-off the water to the whole condominium, I want to be sure it's done right the first time so I thought I'd hire a plumber.

Anyway, they charge $99 to come to the location and then charge by the job (not by the time). When asked what it would cost to replace the shut off valve, which is a pretty standard job, they said they couldn't quote me a price until they came to view the issue, which would cost me $99. There is no reason to come see a toilet shut-off valve replacement. This is a simple plumbing job which doesn't require a view.

In the end, they quoted me a price after I questioned why they would need to see what the cost to replace a toilet shut off valve. Overall, bad customer service and over-priced.

We set up an appointment on their online scheduler.
I didn't hear from them, so gave them a call.  Apparently, the scheduler doesn't work so don't bother. Or, maybe it does and they chose not to call.
We (tried to) use them because we get mail sent to our address. We tried to set an appointment, and the rep said they don't service our area.

Fix your scheduler.
Stop sending junk mail outside your area...maybe even define your area.  That should stop 1 star reviews from irritated potential customers that have to wait another day.
