I was away on business when the A.C. went out.  My wife has asthma and I needed the A.C. repaired right the first time and quickly.  Clover, who installed my system, was able to get a tech out and fix the issue in less than 24 hours. So I cannot say enough about Ryan of Elite Plumbing.  First off, of the 20 plumbers we called late at night that claim to be 24/7, he's the only one that actually was.  He's the only one that returned our call at 11:00 pm AND offered to come out at that time to assist.  I actually told him no and we could wait until morning and there he was when the sun came up!  Efficient, courteous and a local guy building a very customer focused and honest business.  I've told everyone I know about him today.  I cannot recommend Ryan enough and am so happy that quite by accident I stumbled across my plumber from here on out.  Do yourself a favor and support this local young man.  It's a win-win, believe me.

Family-owned, friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and fair-priced.  These guys have been my go-to plumber since we bought a house many years ago.  They have been around this area for a long time, so they know the ins-and-outs of the plumbing in the various houses.  They are also respected by WSSC, and this came in handy when tree roots were clogging our sewer line beyone the limits of our property.  WSSC did not even question me when I gave them Steve Lyons name, reimbursed us for the expense, and (eventually) replaced the line for us.  I can't say enough good things about 'em.

We called Marines plumbing on a weekend because our pressure relief valve was leaking on our water heater. The technician they sent out was very pleasant. This review is really not reflective of him, but the business itself. We knew that obviously, if the unit is super old, it might need to be replaced. However, we also know that the valve can be replaced itself and at the moment we are having major family emergencies and didn't want to deal with the hassle of replacing the whole unit. We just needed the valve replaced. When the technician arrived, he told us that the valve cannot be replaced and that they had to replace the entire unit. This is when the appointment went South. He then started telling us about all the other things that had to be replaced, and some of it did make sense Others did not and there were several issues that we were blatantly lied to about. I believe the reason we were blatantly lied to is because these technicians are sales people. This is a, Michael And Sons/FH furr 2.0 company. They are only trying to sell you things. We got a quote for over $5000 to replace our water heater when all I wanted replaced was a valve and we were told that there was nothing that can be done to fix the current leak.  For the reasons mentioned above, I would never recommend this company or use this company for any of my plumbing needs. I would note that we ended up calling a company that we had use on our other property and the valve was replaced within 10 minutes for 140 bucks. And yes while we understand this is a Band-Aid this is the Band-Aid we asked Marines plumbing to do but were told they can't do it. Lastly, I would like to mention that because it was a weekend we were told that it was 175 dollar emergency fee to come out however, we were not told about the $99 fee that was included. So we basically wasted our time and money to have somebody come out and not even do what we asked him to do.

If you need your plumbing fixed it's expensive. I always look on Yelp for honest reviews. My 35 year old condo needed 2 shower controls fixed and the guts of 2 toilet tanks replaced. The estimate was free, he arrived with all materials and the work was done in 3 hours. He and his apprentice wore booties and were neat and professional. Well worth the money.

There is a reason that The Plumbing Dr has such rave reviews, and that is because of their employees like Dr Toney.  Rarely do I encounter someone   who has such a vast grasp on his trade as Dr Toney.  His utterly thorough explanation of what was wrong with the water heater, how and why so much of the heater's plumbing aspects were not up to code, and options for remediation left my wife and me with confident that our decision to spend our money with The Plumbing Dr was the right one to make.  Kudos to Dr Toney and The Plumbing Dr.

Mallick Plumbing has helped several times with plumbing issues in my home. I find them to be professional, courteous, and skilled in what they do. Today was no exception. Luis Lemus and his assistant installed a new water heater. They did an excellent job and left the site in immaculate condition. I highly recommend them. My dog was even pleased with them!
