Best Water Conditioner Repair in Washington DC

So I cannot say enough about Ryan of Elite Plumbing.  First off, of the 20 plumbers we called late at night that claim to be 24/7, he's the only one that actually was.  He's the only one that returned our call at 11:00 pm AND offered to come out at that time to assist.  I actually told him no and we could wait until morning and there he was when the sun came up!  Efficient, courteous and a local guy building a very customer focused and honest business.  I've told everyone I know about him today.  I cannot recommend Ryan enough and am so happy that quite by accident I stumbled across my plumber from here on out.  Do yourself a favor and support this local young man.  It's a win-win, believe me.

We hired Lyons Plumbing to have our whole house re-piped (we had polybutylene pipes). Dan Lyons and his team were very professional and responsive during the entire process. They were able to come over on Saturday to give us a quote (we also reached out to other companies and they all need to wait til Monday to come over and provide a quote). The work quality is very good. The plumbers are very friendly. We're happy that we find Lyons Plumbing and will definitely use them again if we have other plumbing issues in the future.

There is not enough space to sing the praises of Skip and Christopher! They were early, extremely patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. Going above and beyond is their standard, and I'm grateful for their efficiency and caring. I'm a busy mom and entrepreneur who is always looking for savings, and it was obvious that they were there to get the job done with the least inconvenience to my time and wallet. Now I understand why they have the highest rating of any plumbing company on Yelp!

To bring it all home: I sent them a referral before they were even out of the door. Do yourself a favor and call them first!

Don't bother calling. Deceptive advertising. They will go to one area but not another, even if the desired area is in between two areas they service. Employees are condescending and couldn't care less. If you want a stand up guy, I suggest you stand up and go someplace else.

My HVAC system stopped working on a Saturday night and Robert came to fix it by Sunday morning, quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable rate!

I spoke to the owner, and he provided a plausible explanation. Yelp wouldn't let me remove the negative review. Therefore, im updating it.

Dr. Charlie came to our house at 9pm and cleared a clogged pipe leading to our AC unit. Water was spilling out of the AC unit, and Charlie put a stop to it within 45 minutes. He was very nice, helpful and informative. We highly recommend the Plumbing Dr.!

Doug originally came out to give me an estimate. It turned out that the work that I thought needed to be done was not necessary. Rather than return at a later time, he did the work then and there. He was very careful with my old galvanized pipes and was able to clear the clog from my drain. I'm so very happy with the service provided that I will be recommending him to any of my friends that need a plumber.

I had a clogged pipe from my kitchen. This was very urgent because the kitchen sink and dishwasher were not going to be able to drain without making a huge mess in the basement. They came within a few hours of making the call, were quick with knowing what to do, resolved the issue and gave recommendations on how to avoid the same from happening again.

Should have checked the reviews FIRST ! Called Spartan after basement main drain backed up,  basement toilet and shower backing up, not draining. Tech arrived promptly and worked about an hour. He removed toilet and snaked the drain about 20 ft to the street to clear the drain. The shower and toilet are less than 5 ft apart on the same drain line. Tech finished and stated work was guaranteed for 30 days. Charged $395.00. Fifteen days later, the shower backed up. Called for warranty service and was told the work was not covered. Remember, the shower and the toilet are less than 5 ft apart on the same drain line and the shower drains after the toilet to the street line. Tech re-snaked, worked about 20 minutes, charged $314.00 was told $295.00 on initail call. Won't be using this company again.

They have the worst customer service! I just spoke to a woman about exchanging my hot water heater and her question to me was the whole hot water heater? When I told her yes, she stated they didn't  do that type of work, although according to the manufacturer's website, they do. When I asked to speak to the manager, she hung up on me. I would never give them my business!
