I had an unusually difficult clog and some toilet issues. Sean and his team came out and patiently, diligently solver over two days. It took a while but they did excellent work, provided constant updates, and explained every step. I was pleased with the final result and very appreciative of the way Sean conducted the operation. Many issues with a recent whole house repipe. I was recommended pex which was not a choice i would have made on my own. I wanted copper but was told pex would save me on drywall repair. More on that later. The workers were great guys. Showed up on time and completed the pipe work on budget. There are issues with the work though. First off they were cutting the drywall with hand saws rather than spinning saw. Makes for longer completion time and sloppier cuts. They did not cut stud to stud they just cut holes that are uneven. Even after asking for them to square the holes off they were still very sloppy. This adds to drywalling time. Now for the really bad. They removed an entire ceiling in my home in the laundry room unnecessarily. The drywaller told me that it could have been done with a small hole. Before they left i pointed out my dissatisfaction with the missing ceiling and would not sign off on the work as satisfactory. Now for the awful. The owner of the company then went on a tirade on the phone and with more than 10 emails in less than a day threatening me with the sheriff telling me i was berating him telling me this was personal because i would not sign off on work without getting my drywaller to look first to estimate the damage. Mind you i paid less than 24 hours after the work was completed. They sent me an invoice with pictures of the work that showed all areas except for the ceiling. The owner agreed to give me a $300 credit toward the cost of drywall repair if i would sign off on the work and threatened to rescind this offer if i did not accept it without consulting the drywaller first. He was very unprofessional and heated for no good reason. Ive been told by this drywaller that the actual replacement cost of that ceiling will be $1400 and that his company does the same work eg whole house repipe with pex for the exact same amount they did it for but they replace the drywall as they go for no extra charge. Very upset that they only sent out 2 guys to do the work one who seemed to be training and that i am ending up spending an extra 2-3000 dollars on this job unnecessarily. I hope this review saves others the time money and headache that i am having to deal with.
*UPDATE* Look in the comments for photographic proof that they removed too much drywall. The invoice sent to me on the 10th reflects a $300 credit for additional drywall removal. The invoice he has pictured is the one I received the next day, after paying $7512. And a warrant in debt was filed less than 1 week after I paid this company that amount of money. All I asked for was time to get a second opinion on the work. I have had to deal with this litigation for over a year because they hired a lawyer to sue me for $300. Yes, you read that correctly. I paid this company $7512 on the day the work was completed and less than 1 week later I was served a warrant in debt from the sheriff. Yes, this company has been suing me for that $300 for over a year and hired a lawyer who is trying to collect over $4000 in attorney's fees as well.  Yes, all of this is after acknowledging that they removed too much drywall.

I hired them multiple times for minor toilet rebuilds, broken toilet handle etc. I am completely satisfied by their service and the fixes are perfect.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Every interaction with any Heil Plumbing employee has been a good one. Whether I requested an estimate or actually coming out and fixing a leaking pipe, I've been more than pleased with Heil. Definitely recommend them.

Jorge at Drain Works is very knowledgeable and responsive. He helped us fix our fireplace and clean the glass, and helped answer our questions about installing a mantle and more. He was able to come out within a few days of our first communication. Plus, he's such a pleasant guy! We will plan to go to Jorge as our first choice for our future needs.

Bottom line -- I called with what I thought was an emergency water heater replacement and they did everything they could to get someone to our home within hours.  Well, it ended up not being the water heater.  Our guy was honest, wore booties to protect our light carpet and solved the problem.  When we do need a new water heater, we will be calling Ehrhardt Brothers again.

David came to our home to discuss installation of a water filtration system for our kitchen. Instead of simply selling me what I asked about, he interviewed me about the load the system would handle and about skin/hair health and water use in general. We purchased a home water filtration system instead so that our laundry, cooking, and bathing have the benefit of high-quality water. This is important because we drink a lot of tea and coffee through our instant hot water system, and lots of plain water, so clean water and ice was important. We also cook 98% of the meals we cook so again, healthy water is key. Lastly, my husband and 85 year-old mother had skin sensitivities before the home water filtration system installation, but no longer.  And, I felt like the price--installation labor and materials--was fair. We've loved the system the two years we've had it. David recommended we set a calendar reminder for filter changing. The company is coming out soon to do that for us. Looking forward to having them and appreciate the enhanced quality of living David has provided with his expertise.

Had a very positive experience with Cardinal today.  Called on a Saturday morning around 9 for an emergency job (toilet overflow/repair) and scheduling with the office was quick and efficient.  Nikolai was dispatched and arrived promptly by 1pm.  He provided a clear and comprehensive repair estimate which included more than one option.  He was friendly, polite, professional and COVID compliant.  The price in all honesty was a little higher than I would have imagined even on a weekend, but he replaced all the inner components of my Kohler toilet that were worn out after 7/8 years and also brought his wet vac to tackle the water overflow all over my bathroom floor.  His work was very through and I'm not expecting any issues with the repairs although they do offer a guaranty.  Will definitely recommend Cardinal to others requiring plumbing/HVAC services.  Thx Nikolai!

We had a weird drain blockage affecting two toilets.  They were able to solve the problem and went the extra-mile by making sure the entire mainline was snaked clean.

Honest, friendly, and totally reasonable.  They spent a few hours at my residence and didn't leave until we were all 100% sure we had free-flowing drains from every point.

Believe the 4 and 5 star ratings; they've earned it.  I'll definitely use them again and recommend to anyone needing plumbing or drain help.

Only issue - was told via email when setting up the appointment the estimate was free but told by the associate that the estimate was $125 but was not charged if I accepted the quote and had the work done.  Still will use this company again.

On a Sunday afternoon I noticed my water heater leaking...after doing some quick research I called Ryan at Elite Plumbing. He came right away, replaced the water heater quickly and at a fair price, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I would absolutely recommend him!

We called Lyons after hours to fix a leak in one of our bathrooms, and our appt. was scheduled for the next morning. After the inspection we needed repairs in both of our bathrooms, and this was resolved in about an hour.   The person that repaired our toilets explained everything he was doing and gave us recommendations on how to maintain these repairs. Overall the service was great and we recommend Lyons.

I'm giving them 4 stars bc the service was almost $500 to fix 2 toilets. One toilet needed a major repair including replacing all the parts inside the tank, replacing the screws and resealing. The other toilet needed replacing that chain thing inside the tank. I don't know if these are industry standard prices for this service.

This is the second time I've used the services of A Better Plumber, both being positive experiences.  This time I had a new well bladder tank and hot water heater installed.  Thomas actually arrived earlier than they had indicated (which was unexpected but appreciated).  Thomas was very thorough and tested all new fittings and made adjustments so everything worked well.  In addition, at this service call and during the previous one here, A Better Plumber cleans up afterwards.  I waited a few days after installation prior to leaving this review as I wanted to insure there were not any residual issues.  There were none.  Everything works perfectly.  I definitely highly recommend A Better Plumber.

Real Plumbers has cancelled on me three times in a row.  The first time, I had a scheduled appointment for preventative maintenance and they called and said the technician was given the day off and they did not have a back up.  The second time, which was a reschedule, they cancelled 15 minutes into the four hour window because the inch of snow that had fallen was apparently too dangerous to drive in.  The third time, which was the second reschedule, they just didn't show up at all.  If I could give zero stars, I would.
