Best Security System Installation in Washington DC

This company is so awesome! I own a home in Alexandria, VA but live in hawaii. So when my tenants had a few issues with broken doors, and old faucets, Richard responded within minutes and trended to these issues within a day! He is efficient, quick, easy to contact and pay and affordable. Great company!

I have used Belvin as my go to electrician since 2014. To the point, he knows what he's doing and does a good job. He has installed at my home, security lights, ceiling fans, light switches and electrical outlets. Everything is still running like the day it was installed, no issues. I can confidently recommend him to others.

Andrew installed a new chandelier in our foyer.  He was fast, efficient and did what seemingly 3 other contractors couldn't for a very fair and reasonable price.  I would highly recommend and we will definitely plan to call Andrew in the future.

Called them to do irrigation system blowout which was fine but the tech didn't instill any confidence with his expertise - first he was video chatting with someone asking some question when at the backflow device location (I have a very standard setup) and second he wanted to let me know that since I had already taken out the backflow device, I shouldn't use the system as the irrigation water could flow back into the city supply contamination the water (yeah, the water will jump through the giant gap where the backflow device was). Undecided if I want to use them for future needs.

I had an issue where my furnace was intermittently shutting off the heat - it was a really strange issue where it would work sometimes and heat would emanate and then sometimes it wouldn't, even if the thermostat was freezing cold. The technician, Jason, came and surmised after analyzing the furnace that there weren't issues with the furnace itself. He believed there were condensation issues and worked on the condensation pipe, cutting it to facilitate proper clearing.

Unfortunately, after he left, the issue continued. I called John Nugent and they sent him back. We were stumped. He and I had a conversation and we followed the pipe through my house to the outside - then he figured out what the issue was! It was a little tricky to diagnose, but Jason was very patient and took the time to try to explain his thinking on the problem as our thinking evolved on the issue. I had a really good experience with John Nugent, and would have them back again as a result.

I hired this company to come out and repaint the exterior of my house.  I left a message for someone to call me about a paint job.  As with most painting contractors it seems you always have to leave a message to get someone out for a quote.  The owner of this company called me back promptly and I had left messages at about a half dozen paint companies.  The rest called me back over the course of a week or two. My job had already been completed by JA painting by the time most of them returned my call.  The owner is the one that came out and gave me the quote.  It was not a big job so he said he could fit me into the schedule on the upcoming weekend.  The price seemed fair and the man was very nice and courteous.   The owner (can't recall his name) came out when his crew was getting started and he popped back in several times over the day to check on things.  I think he probably has a couple crews working different jobs at once.  The english proficiency of the work crew at my house left something to be desired but I did not have to talk to them very much.  They did do a good job and were professional.  I will use them in the future if I need more painting done.

If I could give zero stars I would! Called them three days ago for a plumber to come look at my kitchen sink that's backed up. They said their earliest appointment was two days later so I scheduled for a time between 10-2:00. My husband stayed home from work and they never called or showed up. When my husband called to check the status they said the plumber's last call was taking longer so they rescheduled for Saturday between 12-4:00.

Today is Saturday and it's 4:00. Again, NO CALL and NO SHOW!!! I am livid! We have used this company on several occasions in the past and have never had this type of unprofessionalism.

When I called to see what was going on this time the lady says that the plumber came out and we didn't answer the door. I told her we've been waiting for two days for someone to come and this is unacceptable. I've been holding on the line for 30 minutes waiting for her to reach the dispatcher.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL MICHAEL AND SON! Their customer service is horrible and they are highly unprofessional and have no respect for your time.
