Jack is great. Super considerate and listened to me about the leak problem. He didn't dismiss me or try one fix to show an attempt. He checked everything to make sure the leak was fixed. He cleaned up the site. He wore his the entire time. Jack was knowledgeable about fixing leaks and other plumbing tasks. I'll request him if we have any other plumbing requests.

The owner and the techs were great. They have a great response time, are communicative, friendly, very respectful, and are all around professionals.
I have used a few companies in this industry over the past year and Drymount Air is by far the best of them.
Highly recommend!

These guys are amazing! The plumber came on time, wearing a mask as they mentioned he would. Replaced my sump pump, cleaned the bottom of the sump pump well and tested the second dump pump. Then he installed a new kitchen faucet. He was very quick and the cost was quite affordable. JF Plumbing is now on our list for awesome plumbers!!!!

Called DB Plumbing & Drain for an appointment. The Scheduler was friendly & professional. Our Plumber was Ronnie. He was on-time & professionally had all the appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (mask, gloves & shoe covers). He was very knowledgeable, he quickly assessed the situation & explained in detail what what was needed. The price was reasonable & worth the service. The overall experience was Awesome!

Can't say enough good things about the work Carlton did. He was honest and meticulous and very careful to make sure the job got done right. It could have turned into a much bigger job but he took a very patient and conservative approach and got it done with the least amount of impact on the house. I'll use him again for sure.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Every interaction with any Heil Plumbing employee has been a good one. Whether I requested an estimate or actually coming out and fixing a leaking pipe, I've been more than pleased with Heil. Definitely recommend them.

Donzelle was awesome. We had an emergency plumbing situation (backup flowing up through my tenant's shower drain...pretty gross), and Donzelle was the first person to respond to my requests. His communication was excellent throughout, his prices were fair, and he responded immediately. He was also able to work with the tenant to find a time that worked best for everybody for follow-up work. He didn't try to upsell or pressure us based on the situation and his quality of work was fantastic. Sent pictures and updates throughout, cleaned up, and my tenant also reported that he was very satisfied. Super professional, 5 stars.

This a business that I would highly recommend. I have used this business for several of my plumbing needs. The response time was remarkable. When they showed up, they were prompt, knowledge and gave real time estimates for the completion of the work. Having contractors show up with a positive attitude and a willingness to complete a job with leaving no question unanswered is very important to me. I have always been satisfied with the work completed. Finding a reliable company to complete jobs can be difficult but when you find one, you treat it as gold, and DJ's pluming is that company that a value :o) You won't be disappointed.

Stay away! This project has caused us nothing but stress and work!
We were given a time estimate of 3 days for replacing the ceiling on our main level and installing 8 recessed lights. When we noticed that workers did not make use of any tarp or drop cloths, or care when working in our home, we were annoyed. When the work took 5 full days instead of 3 we were frustrated but understood. Sometimes something turns out to be more work than initially thought - it happens. We were so desperate to get our home back that we even ended up helping the workers paint & clean, just so we could start the process of moving back upstairs into our main level.
When we fully inspected the work the next day in daylight we realized that it was a mess! The ceiling was uneven, full of dents and craters. The work around the recessed lights was messy and just plain ugly. Our hardwood floor was still covered in paint, some of the baseboards damaged and a wooden beam dividing our living space, covered in paint and scratched.
I mentioned all our concerns to Clay when he stopped by a few days later to change out some light switches. He ensured me everything would be taken care of and fixed. We agreed Gabriel, his worker who did the majority of the work, would stop by the following weekend to fix any spots that needed more work.
Gabriel did in fact stop by 2 more times, again plastering, sanding and painting without the use of any tarp or drop cloths (we provided our own this time but paint still got on our rugs and floors). In an attempt to fix some of the damaged spots on our wall he used our wall paint we had sitting on the counter, which was glossy paint for the kitchen, on our living room walls which used matte paint. Leaving us the having to repaint the entire living room. The ceiling was still uneven, a light fixture in our hallway covered in paint, and the recess lighting still messy. Our house was yet again completely covered in dust, paint and plaster and we were still living in our basement.
After 5 full days of work and 2 extra evening visits, we were still extremely unhappy with the work and the care (or lack thereof) taken in our home.
I contacted Clay and told him that we were very frustrated mostly as an FYI but also declined having Gabriel come to our home again since we already knew it would end up in more damage than progress. We decided to fix any issues ourself since we just wanted our home back. Clay apparently took this as an opportunity to reveal his anger issues and accused us of not paying (I personally paid the amount in full 1 week prior with him standing across the room) and threatened to put a lien on our home and that we would hear from his attorney. He then said that it was not fair to complain without giving him the chance to fix any outstanding issues with their work. But after 7 days of work when 3 days were promised, we felt we had given more than a fair chance to make things right.
Overall a bad experience with this company. We had been very accommodating with the work taking much longer than promised, the mess in our home and paid in full before work was finished.
Unprofessional, rude, careless and no attention to detail. Will definitely never use again or recommend to anyone. Stay away!

Drain Works team was awesome! They came in assessed the situation and fixed it all in one day. Jorge even went to Home Depot to purchase the part needed to be replaced in our sink. We're super grateful and will definitely use them again if we have another plumbing issue!

All nite S&D cleaning was called to replace a leaking diverter.we have used them for yrs.and were always happy with them.I decided to have them set a new toilet and laundry tub while they were here. When they arrived they immediately jumped to the toilet and tub which wasn't the emergency.when Kirk went to start on the diverter I was told the one I had purchased was not correct and that he would get the correct diverter and return another day.Well after 4 rescheduled no call, no show appts. It is not replaced. To make matters worse I discovered that the diverter I had purchased was the correct part.Im guessing they just didn't want to crawl in to do it which is fine but all they had to do is say so and not string us along for 3 weeks. Thought we were a valued customer that called them for all our plumbing needs thru many yrs.

Beware, they will try to upsell using the tag team approach. Guy comes out to do annual heater maintenance, finds something wrong, tells you about it. Next day or two get a call from the slick Willie sales guy telling me you'll die if you don't address the problem with the heater by purchasing a new one for $10,000.
I luckily had a different company out for a second opinion. Turns out the gas setting was set too high and a hose had a slight split(cut, hmmmm) and that was the cause of the higher than normal CO reading (the reading was taken inside the exhaust flew - not inside the room) Turns out I'm not going to die and don't need a new heater.
One would think the Sila Tech that did the annual maintenance wouldve noticed that and fixes it.

These guys are awesome. We have three air conditioning/heater units for our home, and they are carefully checked each time the Snell people come out. (we see them twice a year for the semi-annual check). They are prompt, courteous and helpful. I am the sort of home owner who likes to watch and ask questions and they never make me feel in the way or troublesome. James had a lot of very good info and taught me a couple things I wasn't aware of about our systems.
We are very happy with them and I highly recommend their service.

Our boiler was starting to act up so we decided to seek competitive proposals to replace the unit. Clark was one of several that came to provide an estimate. The estimator, Carlos, was very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful in my understanding what he proposed to do. After evaluating the proposals from competitors, we selected Thomas Clark to do the work. Carlos and his team arrived at the time promised and did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing a new one made by NTI. It is a pleasure to work with a true professional who was very careful throughout the process to ensure its successful completion.
