Quick, efficient, very friendly, did a great job, and very well-priced!  I honestly can't think of even one negative thing to say.  Whenever I need plumbing work, I'm going straight back to these guys.

Today we discovered our sewer line was backed up into our basement! OH, THE HORROR.
However, after recalling a friendly plumber experience at our business, we reached for the phone & called up ol' DB's Plumbing & Drain.

Within an hour a professional & knowledgeable member of DB's team greeted us at our door. WHEW. What a relief! Especially when there is sewage involved.

When you're dealing with this type of (literal) sh*t, it's hard to care how much something costs, because in the name of all that is holy you just want it to be fixed! But, even with that inflated-sense of bank account, we found the pricing to be TOTALLY REASONABLE.

So, if you want a company who is upfront, does it right, reasonably & with a smile on their face, this is the one.

Donzelle was awesome.  We had an emergency plumbing situation (backup flowing up through my tenant's shower drain...pretty gross), and Donzelle was the first person to respond to my requests.  His communication was excellent throughout, his prices were fair, and he responded immediately.  He was also able to work with the tenant to find a time that worked best for everybody for follow-up work.  He didn't try to upsell or pressure us based on the situation and his quality of work was fantastic.  Sent pictures and updates throughout, cleaned up, and my tenant also reported that he was very satisfied.  Super professional, 5 stars.

I selected Ehrhardt Brothers based on the great reviews and I was extremely pleased with their service.  Rachel, who handles scheduling and answers the phone was great to deal with, very pleasant, and kept me informed often on the plumber's status and arrival time.  Vince, our plumber, was very knowledgeable, efficient, and did a great job for us.  They are a small company, focused on customer service and satisfaction and I highly recommend them.

Mr. Taylor came out to fix a clogged Kitchen sink. Before he came he advised me to check a few things before he came out that could potentially fix the problem. He had to come repair the problem and I have to say his professionalism was beyond exceptional. He resolved my problem and gave me a few tips to prevent this from happening again. I would highly recommend Mr. Taylor for any of his services.

David came to our home to discuss installation of a water filtration system for our kitchen. Instead of simply selling me what I asked about, he interviewed me about the load the system would handle and about skin/hair health and water use in general. We purchased a home water filtration system instead so that our laundry, cooking, and bathing have the benefit of high-quality water. This is important because we drink a lot of tea and coffee through our instant hot water system, and lots of plain water, so clean water and ice was important. We also cook 98% of the meals we cook so again, healthy water is key. Lastly, my husband and 85 year-old mother had skin sensitivities before the home water filtration system installation, but no longer.  And, I felt like the price--installation labor and materials--was fair. We've loved the system the two years we've had it. David recommended we set a calendar reminder for filter changing. The company is coming out soon to do that for us. Looking forward to having them and appreciate the enhanced quality of living David has provided with his expertise.

Anytime I have a HVAC issue I expect an expensive bill. I've typically always found technicians to over-inflate the issue. Not the case with Cardinal HVAC. They found a part to be clogged and dirty causing my heat to not work. Fixed it! Heats been working over 4 weeks later without the usual let's replace your whole unit. Thank You Mike!

Jeremy was awesome installing my tankless water heater. Ryan said it would take all day and Jeremy painstakingly worked on this installation, making sure before he left that the water was hot and my heat worked. Another plumber told me in an estimate (which was higher) that it would be difficult if not possible to install a tankless system because my heat is water supported.  Ryan said no problem. The price at the end was just as given in the estimate, no hidden or extra charges.  I have a top of the line tankless water heater and am very happy with the results of the install. They are coming back in a week to double check the system to make sure it's working properly. I don't know of any other plumber that does a follow up like this. Elite Plumbing is going in my vendor list, I sometimes need plumbers for my clients.  Thank you Ryan, Jeremy, and all at Elite Plumbing!

I had a leak coming from my shower into my living room. I went through Yelp and found a couple of businesses including this one. The owner was very responsive and communicative. I scheduled an appointment and the plumber arrived on time and was very pleasant.

He had mentioned to us that there would be an additional fee for him to try to find where the leak was coming from. We explained to him that we knew where the leak was coming from but he completely dismissed that and said that he would need to do a leak test. We agreed and paid the additional money.

I'm not really sure what he did but he ended up telling us that the floor in our bathroom was rotted underneath. He said that we would need to contact a general contractor and have the entire bathroom floor lifted.

He did some minor caulking around the shower exterior door. We ended up paying $225 for the visit/service.

The very next day the pipe was leaking again so we contacted a family friend who is also a plumber and was in town visiting. He cut a hole in the ceiling and confirmed (what we had originally thought), the leak was from the bathroom shower and showed us the exact leakage from the pipe.
He said for a quick fix we could go to Home Depot/Lowes and purchase Flex Seal. We did that the same day and the leak stopped.

A few weeks later the pipe started leaking from another spot. We contacted another plumber in the area and they came out the very next day. When I scheduled the appointment they were very upfront with their cost and what the cost would entail.

This other company came out and was able to fix the problem same day only charging us $160 total.

I would not recommend Lyons plumbing. As other people have stated, I think they are just money hungry. I don't feel that the $225 we paid was realistic or fair for what we received.

I called Plump Right Plumbing later in the day, i thought they wouldn't come over until the next day. Brent came by immediately and stayed until the job was complete.
Since I'm giving up DIY plumbing Plumb Right will be my first call.

After being impressed with the first job few years ago, I decided to hire them again. However this time it was a total opposite experience. They were accommodating and a technician came by quickly to give an estimate. The technician appeared very young and lost. He went from recommending snaking the drain pipes to replacing the entire drain pipe. Since we had snaked the pipes and the issue reoccurred, we believed him. Gave me incorrect quotes multiple times. After waiting 3 days, On the day of the scheduled job, technician tells me that that he made a mistake and the cost would be $2200, not $1200. Moreover, they don't put the drywall back and do the painting so thag would have been additional cost. Anyways, I couldn't be angry either because he had death in the family that day and was very distressed. Technician apologized and admitted to his mistakes. But I was surprised to see that he was sent to work on such condition. He then reported wanting to work on something to take his mind off the tragedy. We didn't think he was mentally prepared to work on the drain pipe replacement work and the cost difference made us cancel the work that day. We then hired another plumbing service and the clog was cleared by snaking, jetting and camera verification for less than half their estimate. The technician from the other plumbing service was shocked to hear that the drain replacement was advised for such simple fix. It was just a lot of grease that needed to be cleared up from the drain pipe. May be we just had an unlucky experience but I never had such dissatisfaction and disappointment from a licensed business.

I wish every business contacted for service inquiries was as courteous as this one was!  Responsive, polite, thorough at answering our questions and taking TONS of valuable time on the phone.  We are ready should we have a future need, had contacted to find out what services are offered and their view on our past sewer emergency when we had called for immediate service needs ( to another local chain) but mistakenly used somebody else not likely as good and definitely not thorough enough.  We thank you, Trade Pros!

This company has been really reliable, informative, prompt, and efficient. They know what they are doing, and they will also take the time to explain to you what is happening, what they suggest and why. As a woman, I consistently felt safe with all the guys who came out, and I never felt talked down to at all. They were also all amazing with my dog, who is very anxious with new people, so much that I think they actually helped him relax about meeting strangers in general!! And of course, their work is excellent and their installation looks very tidy. It is a relief to know that this company is so reliable in all aspects of customer service!
