Ruach Home Services just completed a bathroom-closet remodel project for me. From the very start, Ruach has been wonderful to work with through the various stages of this construction process. Notably, from the speedy and detailed estimating phase through trouble-shooting random challenges uncovered from our previous lazy, amatuer builders. There has been efficient coordination of a variety of team members, all who display a diligent work ethic and specific skill sets, with high-quality craftmanship, attention to detail, clean and organized work spaces, and daily reliability. Mr. Harvey and his team were accommodating in adding on extra tasks that cropped up at an affordable price. They always left the project area clean and organized and were respectful when working in the common areas. Mr. Harvey was always available to answer questions along the way and was super speedy in researching possible solutions to unforeseen challenges that came about. Water was dripping from an upstairs room onto my living room ceiling.  An emergency technician from a local plumber did not find the leak 10 days ago when I called to express my concern about the cracks and water damage that I observed.  That technician could not find the leak and said that he would have to open the ceiling and 'it could take hours to find the leak,'  He advised me to contact my homeowners insurance agency, and I am glad that I did.  
Insurance sent a Leak Specialist ,Brian, from American Leak Detection to my home this morning.  Brian called me to give me an estimated time of arrival.  He did a comprehensive assessment which included going up to the roof.
Brian was able to find the leak coming from the shower and showed me with a flashlight - where the water was coming from and exactly what needed to be done to fix the leak.  He spent the time necessary to 'diagnose' the problem and to provide a solution.  This type of expertise is what any homeowner would want when dealing with a water issue with potential to do a lot of damage.  I also want to give Brian's colleague Colin acknowledgment for his work on this endeavor.

I had an outdoor a/c unit which wasn't running. The technician, who was polite and professional discovered it was just an outdoor fuse. He told me that he had the fuses, but even though I needed only one I had to buy the pack of two.
 I happened to ask the price of the fuses. He said they were $187.50 for two (this didn't include the service call fee).
 I looked up the fuse on my phone. It is a Bussman FRN-r 30a.
The fuses were available for $3.10 each! They were not only charging me
a ridiculous price, but they were going to make me purchase two.
  I went to the local hardware store and the two pack was about $15 which is a high price. And, I installed it in 4 seconds.
 I called J Webster to ask if this was possible and the guy couldn't explain why the fuse cost so much.
   I'm shocked because had my wife taken the service call she wouldn't have thought twice and would have been taken.
  I'm amazed because my wife used this company for years and they have a great reputation. How this happened I can't imagine.
