They wouldn't give me an estimate for how much it would cost to replace a floodlight without scheduling an in-person appointment to figure out the scope of the work. When I asked if they could make sure the work could be done that day so I wouldn't have to take off work for multiple appointments for a relatively simple project, they said no.

Don't contact them if you want a company with respect for your time and the importance of minimizing in-person contact during a pandemic.

Wow!!! What a difference between this company and the other that came this morning. This company was professional; licensed; had all the correct equipment and actually knew what they were doing. Hands down were awesome. The reason for the 3 star review is the price! The replacement part plus install was over $700 when the original item to replace with a brand new one from same manufacturer with all the parts was $400. I am all about profit, but when one part costs less than $100, I cannot see paying $600 for labor. So if you want a company that will find the problem, call them... if you want it fixed call around before you pay the outrageous costs.

When I needed a professional subject matter expert for an electrical issue, they were there.  They got the job done with speed and courtesy.  I texted the owner to schedule various services and he  understood my schedule, most definitely a trusted agent for present and future plans for the improvement of my home.  I highly recommend this company.

The process of the replacement of our homes entire Hvac system and water heater couldn't have gone any smoother!  The Nugent and Sons scheduling team and operation manger called and set up the pre-install measurement appointment.   Chad arrived on time and was very courteous.  Then the tear out crew arrived promptly at 7:45 am, followed by two very skilled technicians who installed our new high performance system.  The crew cleared away the ground and leveled up the new compressor and even re-spread the newly mulched beds.   The lead tech demonstrated how the new system worked and was happy to help us re-establish pre-set programming depsite that it was nearing 5:15 and he was going to be sitting in a lot of traffic to get home.     An outstanding effort from the team at Nugent and Sons

My portable generator was having problems.   The scheduling of the service call was easy and flexible.    Barry arrived on time.  He was knowlegeable and helpful.  He solved the problem and gave me tips to help prevent future problems.  He answred all of my questions.  I would definitely use this service again.

Great service, but my annual HVAC system service revealed my system needed 2-lbs of RF-22 freon. I was charged $135 per pound!!! I checked several suppliers online, and found it can be bought for $20 per pound, RETAIL!! I'm certain they are paying around $10 per pound at wholesale. $135 per pound is egregious, and reflects the greed of Michael & Son Services!

Before you agree to have them add freon, you would be wise to check with other AC services to find out the price they will charge.
