Best Electric Water Heater Repa… in Washington DC

We have been using Reddick & Sons for a year for maintenance on a house we purchased. Last summer the AC stopped working during a particularly hot week and they came out and fixed it within a day or two (vs weeks I was scheduled out by other companies). Joe has been our repair tech and is always very courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. We recently had Mike come out to give us a quote to replace the whole system and he was great, showed me what was going wrong on the system, answered all my questions, explained what all the options were, and gave me his opinion on what he would do if it were his system. One thing I appreciate about Reddick & Sons is their communication. They call when they are on the way out, provide quotes in a timely manner, and answer the phone when you call. If you have HVAC needs, give them a call - you will be glad you did.

Leo has always been able to help us out, even in an emergency. We had a leaking toilet and he was able to come out that day or the next - and fixed the problem quickly. We have used Leo many times for different problems in the house. Including shower head replacements, leaking toilets, kitchen sink leaks, etc. We have never been upset when he shows up. He is very helpful and understanding and quick to respond as well.

Great service and good prices. Had a good experience getting my AC replaced in advance of the summer heat. I recommend this company for your AC needs.

Sila is punctual, professional, and super to work with. Will in the office was in touch often to update me on repairs and schedule. Jose and Tyler were the technicians who did the AC repair (a two-hour job). They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very courteous - and always on-time. I highly recommend Sila.

My air conditioning needed repair.  I was able to schedule an appointment for the very same day.  I am very impressed with this company and its extremely nice and helpful employees.   Excellent customer service!  Julian was my technician and he was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and thorough.  He quickly was able to repair my air conditioning and explained everything to me.   I felt that the pricing was honest, fair and reasonable.  Thank you!

We recently had a well line leaking, and would like to give a shout out to Tim, Wayne, BJ, and the crew for the great service and attention to details. The work required a bobcat in the yard and they did a great job keeping disruption to a minimum. We had something to be addressed after the initial work was complete, and Bj and Wayne came out in the excessive heat to address the issue. Thank you again for GREAT customer service! Will definitely use again.

Already left a review on google reviews but service was great so I thought I would come on here and share! Shane D came out to our home and solved everything in a timely and professional manner. He took the time to explain everything to us at the end and was hard at work the whole time. Definitely not disappointed with the service or company. Will be recommending DB's plumbing to our landlord again if need be!

What can I say? I called at 7:20 AM for clogged kitchen sink/disposal. They gave us a two hour window from 10 AM to 12 pm. Called at 8 AM and said they were running ahead of schedule and could they come in at 815 instead. In and out by 930, Took payment over the phone since I wasn't home (my parents were). Sent me an email receipt instantaneously. I have a perfectly functioning drain now. Money well spent!

Hands-down the best plumbing service in the universe. We called for an emergency and they came within 20 minutes and have very reasonable prices. Very lucky to have them in our neighborhood!!

So we went with another highly rated company on yelp originally and when they came out they gave me a quote and said that it would be another week before they could actually fix my issues. The quote was insanely high, to the point I felt like they were ripping off this little lady.

I got an estimate via Yelp from Donzelle and I asked if he could come. There were a couple more follow up questions in an effort for him to dial in the quote even more and to make sure he brought the correct fixtures.

He was able to fix the leak pretty quickly - but didn't bring the correct fixtures (my fault). He came the next day though to finish the job. Also, he fixed my loose toliet seat that I've been too lazy to fix, as well as giving me some maintance tips to keep my tankless water heater working.

I've had big time plumbers come through and I've had small companies come through. But Donelle is my go to plumber from now on. He was polite, efficient, gave me a fair price, and was a stand up guy. I will be recommending him to all my friends.

Received four quotes for three major home projects: A complete master bathroom remodel, a new deck, and replacement of a drop ceiling with sheetrock and repair of a water-damaged wall in a guest bedroom.
The first three quotes were from high end remodelers. A friend recommended Allen Geoffrey's Handyman Services to us (she had just had her bathroom remodeled). Geoff and his crew (Mark and Brian) came out to survey the jobs. They spent more time with me going over what work we wanted and what our major concerns were. They suggested a comprehensive plan of attack from top to bottom. We were consulted at every step of each of the projects to ensure that our expectations and design elements were incorporated.
Their price quote came in thousands (yes, thousands) of dollars less than the three previous quotes. While they don't provide the design assistance of the high end contractors, they met us at a big box contractor store and helped us color-coordinate our design interests. They took care of ordering all the various pieces parts needed and got us a significant discount on materials.
First, they replaced the deck to install flashing (that the previous home owner neglected to do), that led to the water damage in the guest bedroom. The deck was brought up to code and revealed serious problems with the previous deck installation.
After the deck was done, the crew split off into two teams, one working on the master bathroom, the other, working on the guest bedroom.
The crew took care of hauling off all old materials and cleaned up after each day. The work was first-rate.
As with any major home project, unexpected/unforeseen problems arise. While removing the water-damaged sheetrock in the guest bedroom, major water damage was discovered to the exterior wall. Geoff gave me a very reasonable labor estimate to repair the wall. That wall is now the strongest in the house.
They show up when expected, every day, until the job is done.  They go beyond what is expected to ensure that the client is happy with the direction the project is headed.
I highly recommend these master plumbers. I guess my highest endorsement is that, when our kitchen cabinets come in, Geoff and his crew will be doing our complete kitchen remodel (again, coming in thousands of dollars less than the high-end contractors). If you need any work done to your home, give them a call. They will not disappoint you.

We had Jorge come out to fix our fireplaces.  They hadn't been turned on or had any maintenance in over 10 years (we just bought the place and the old owners didn't use them).  We also had been told there may be a gas leak.  

We were able to make an appointment pretty quickly.  Jorge was very thorough and fixed and cleaned both fireplaces.  He also charged less than the other repair people we called.  He was also very friendly and professional.  I highly recommend Drain Works and will definitely be calling them the next time we have a heating or plumbing need.

We are in the midst of remodeling an office space. We have plumbing fixtures that we were not going to use for the business at all. DJ came out gave us an estimate of the work we needed to be done. He was prompt and very professional. He gave us options on what we could do to save us money. Which was a bonus for us since we are a new business trying to get up and running and on a tight budget. DJ came out the next day and did an excellent job on the plumbing work that we needed done. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him to our friends and family.

B&C Sewer and Drains is a plumber you can trust. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. From the very first phone call to request a quote, I knew I was in good hands. From beginning to end, the customer service and quality of work were exceptional.

We had to replace our hot water heater in short order before a pending home sale.  TEC came out and gave us an accurate estimate, and returned a few days later with the new hot water heater.  They were professional, communicative, efficient, and responsive.  So when we had another small plumbing problem that emerged prior to move out, they came and fixed it the same day.

After that great experience, we had TEC come by and assess our new home's hot water heater, which was prehistoric.  It was also resting on a rusted base drainage pan.  TEC provided an estimate based on the water heater I wanted given the tight space, and the dimensions of a new drainage pan.  They had the pan built, removed our old water heater, installed the drainage pan, and then installed the new hot water heater.  In the process, they had to build a support platform for the new pan, which they did in an hour or so.  Each time when they were confronted with an installation problem, they adjusted and innovated to find a solution.  The price came out exactly as they'd quoted despite the extra challenge.  I was very impressed.

I will use TEC for all of my plumbing needs!

Great service.  Highly professional and courteous.  Service was prompt and on-time and communication was very thorough and timely.  Charges were fair.  I used them to snake a clogged outdoor drain and I am very satisfied with the service I received.

I was nervous about paying per hour (v. per job) but quickly realized SKILLS MATTER.
Keith is a seasoned plumber and knows the nuances of each job.  He was able to assess the four unrelated plumbing concerns and approach them in a very systematic manner.  

His troubleshooting steps were relayed to me in a meaningful way.  I'm sure some customers just want the need to know info (like it's fixed), but Keith intuitively knew that I wanted the nice to know info (like what I did wrong, or woulda/coulda/shoulda done to avoid the situation).  This was important to me so I can forward apply the learning and do it better for myself next time!

He used his time judiciously, and the price charged for parts was very competitive with retail.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends/family, and I will use them again in the future.  I do not mind paying a professional when things need to be done right, in a timely manner.  Just because you can, does not always mean you should!

Credibility and trust has been forged, and that is a meaningful thing.

I am sorry that I just learned Clover does plumbing!  We have used them for HVAC for years and just encountered a plumbing issue.  The technician they sent was AWESOME.  He listened and diagnosed the problem quickly and he fixed it.   We are so happy and relieved!  Thank you so much Clover!!!!
