Great tools, familiar with my Maytag freezer, figured out low freon, small leak somewhere not found, but was able to put in a line access device/valve and charged R134A.  He didn't have any leak seal on hand but I was able to purchase the adaptor from schrader valve to std R134A automotive quick valve and inject dye/seal/R134A.

Freezer works, how long is debatable because it's 16 years old.

I originally hired a cheap plumber, who came out and told me they need to tear up my entire basement to find the pipe.

I'm a detail oriented person, and I can tell there is no pipe where the first plumber wanted to rip up. I opted for Durance because they have the right equipment / cameras to diagnose where it is.
They were honest, reliable, and did the work correctly. Not cheap, but cheaper than a bad plumber ruining or misdiagnosing the work.

Doug is great.  First you make the call... over the phone you tell him the problem.  He gives you a quick overview of what he believes is the problem and a rough estimate.  You schedule a time.  He is quick, responsive and on time.  On the job he is professional and explains everything in great detail (even when it's clear some of us know absolutely nothing about plumbing).  He does the work which exceeds expectations and then you get the bill and it is significantly less than his rough estimate because he was able to fix the problem without any difficulties.   I have used him twice now and referred him numerous times.  I'm glad he's young-ish because he will be our plumber for a very long time.

Our issue was a very leaky bathtub faucet.  He was able to replace the ball joint easily (had the parts on hand) and resolve the issue.  While here he also took a look at a toilet that took a long time to refill it's tank after flushing.  He cleaned our line of sand residue and now it works perfectly.
