Tony replaced our drier vent with a safer vent tube, which involved removing and replacing the drywall and painting to make it look like new. It was a large job which he completed thoroughly with excellent craftsmanship. The price was fair for a large job. We will have him back to do install a kitchen shelf, help with dishwasher repairs, and install a new ceiling fan.

James helped me solve the mystery of cabinet doors that didn't close properly and came off on new hinges... studied the issue, tested solutions, helped source materials, and ultimately installed new face plates. Doors are secure, price was fair. James was very responsive on text and on time for arrivals.

We just recently replaced our furnace, Hvac compressor, hot water heater and put on a brand new deck in our back yard.  Everything went amazingly smooth.  Carlos was the upmost professional and very responsive to our questions and requests.  We ended up adding on additional work at the end because he did such a great job with the initial contract.  Without hesitation- I would recommend C&S to anyone looking to do any home improvement.  He does it all and does it all very well!

I had to replace a main water shut off valve, and two gentlemen arrived within two hours of contacting the company through Yelp. They used shoe covers, which I appreciated. They were knowledgeable and explained the job and cost to me clearly. They were done with the job within the hour and left a clean work space.

Upon request, they also gave me a reasonable estimate on replacing the water heater, with a few options. Told them I was considering going tankless, and they explained why that probably wouldn't be necessary or efficient for my household and home. Really appreciated their honesty and information.

I had my master bath with double sinks and guest bathroom bathroom vanities redone with granite and sinks replaced.
