I didn't know what to expect or what I wanted when I started my bathroom project. I was wary of working with contractors due to bad experiences in the past, but Jed (Tony) and his team exceeded my expectations at every step. They took a small dingy bathroom and turned it into a peaceful oasis. Jed guided me through the process and made sure everything was to my satisfaction at the end. I was even able to work from home around his team during the project with minimal interference. I highly recommend Jed and his team, they are highly skilled and do amazing work.

My experience with 007 Construction was entirely positive!  They promptly responded to my service request, they provided me with a quote, they followed up with me and came out very quickly to complete the job.  They did an excellent job, were very clean and polite and prompt.  The owner is very professional and dedicated to making sure the job is done properly.  I will definitely use them again!

We just recently replaced our furnace, Hvac compressor, hot water heater and put on a brand new deck in our back yard.  Everything went amazingly smooth.  Carlos was the upmost professional and very responsive to our questions and requests.  We ended up adding on additional work at the end because he did such a great job with the initial contract.  Without hesitation- I would recommend C&S to anyone looking to do any home improvement.  He does it all and does it all very well!

If I ever have the need for a handyman, I will only reach out to Luis for his services. He is very knowledgeable and reasonable with his prices. I needed an exhaust fan and didn't know which one to pick, Luis gave me great useful information so that I can purchase the right one for him to install. Thank you Luis!

Good communications, they were prompt, and clear about when they would arrive, how long the work would take, absolutely clear on price, good value. They were professional, did good work, no time wasted. Downside, there was some damage to the walls that was unanticipated, I think the job (idiosyncratic older structure) required improvisation, but some of the holes in my drywall were unexpected, despite assurances beforehand that they would not need to open up the wall.

Lee D Home Repairs did a fantastic job on our deck. We needed someone to replace several posts and beams since the previous owners had clearly hired a bad company to install the deck (posts were rotting, not installed in concrete, the beam was in 2 pieces instead of 1 long piece), so Lee came out to do an estimate on the job. He provided an estimate right away.

While we were waiting for an estimate from another company, he emailed me to express concern that the deck needed to be fixed because it was dangerous: I just don't feel comfortable you having the deck this way. It is too dangerous and can cost more damage if you leave it the way it is. Let me know if we can help you. There is no rush, I am just trying to help you. I thought it was very considerate that he was concerned about our safety and made sure to reach out to me again. We are so glad we chose Lee D Home Repairs. They were punctual and efficient and did great work.
