Best Air Duct Installation in Washington DC
DO NOT TRUST under any circumstances! We called this company for a HVAC service and they told us your system needs refrigerant! The price they gave us was so high but they said it is a huge problem and if you don't fix it now, your system will blow up!!! The price was 800$ for 8 pounds for a R410a system. After paying them half of the money as deposit, we noticed the price should have been about $40 to $50 per pound! We confronted them and they then started telling us since you were unhappy, we only charge you $200 for the rest of the refrigerant (5 lbs) which means $40 per pound was reasonable. Anyway, we stopped paying them more since the trust was already gone! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMDTANCES! They had one tech on phone and a kid with no hvac knowledge on the field asking the tech what should he do next! Redicioulous!

Double check the price when dealing with them. The $179 flat rate plus materials was inaccurate. I asked the owner, Carlos, if the price included materials and he said yes. Well apparently it only included the materials he had in his head would be needed to for the job, because when his team arrived and did something more...it cost me more.

My AC was blowing warm air in my rental unit, and because it was 90 degrees outside I was desperate to get it fixed or else my tenants were going to a hotel. I called around to a few places, and even though it was 5pm on the Friday before Labor Day, Omid came out within a couple of hours AND his service call charge was only $50 (some quoted $150-$225). He diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave me a very complete explanation of the problem and what it was going to take to fix it. He gave me an estimate which was lower than competitors (I live in a condo so I could easily compare prices with what some of my neighbors paid). I ended up getting a family friend to replace the unit (my dad insisted) but I will call them again if I have any future HVAC issues.

High marks for Thomas E. Clark. I used their services for the first time based on the recommendation of a friend. They quickly diagnosed the problem I was having--I needed a new water heater. All the staff was very friendly and professional. When we concluded that the first heater was not keeping my tenants happy, they re-evaluated my space and put in a higher-capacity water heater. My tenants were happy, which makes me happy. I was truly pleased with the service I got from Thomas E Clark.

ONLY ask for a licensed technician, a Journeyman or a Master technician, from this company. Otherwise, they will send you a nice, polite, non qualified kid that will cost you $$$ and time. Protect your HVAC investment. Be educated.

Technician Mason Craig is very knowledgeable and he patently explained things which were needed for HVAC clean up. Also, prices of Clover Services are much reasonable than other few companies I checked. I recommend this company for the HVAC needs.

Horrible, that they refuse to service long time customer who was honest enough to share that they HAD tested for positive for COVID-19 in the past. But was well out of any CDC quarantine limits. They stated that they need to See a negative test before they will service. So are they providing customers with their Negative test results prior to entering homes...NO. So much for being honest. They stated that they had never had anyone answer that question with a YES...seriously

Our sink stopped draining on a Friday night and we immediately got a Yelp response from the company the next morning. Kraig came on time Monday morning and was very helpful in fixing the problem and also explaining how to prevent it in the future. The price was higher than expected but that goes with the times and overall the quick service was worth it.

they replaced our ac and did a good job but the heater stopped working. I noticed the heater only after a month they replaced our AC. when I call them for an appointment, they don't show up during the 4 hour window they gave and the lady at the front desk was very sarcastic and says she does not ride with the contractors so she doesn't have any update.

Our toilet got flooded due to the refrigerator. He agreed to fix our bathroom ceiling with paint and living room ceiling for $600 total. Once he started working he started complaining and started saying its too much work i and I am just helping you we paid him $300 to get the supplies. He messed up our walls and said he never said he will be painting the whole ceiling. This guy was trying to find ways to get more money out. He simply refused him and asked him to leave. We were not going to pay more for the job which is still unfinished and very poor job. Now he started to post my pictures my kid's pictures my house pictures on social media and he has started to harass me and my wife. I would not recommend this person at all. If anything happens to me or my family this guy Edward would be responsible

Came when another company decided to not show up! Not only that came at 9pm! Replaced my hot water heater today while a friend stayed with them and I came home to a brand new perfectly installed unit! The kicker for me was they also put back the very heavy boxes I store in there! My guy's name was Timmy! He was kind and quick! Thank you!

M&S installed my HVAC heating & A/C unit in my condo 5 yrs ago. Just after the equipment 5-yr warranty period ended, the A/C started malfunctioning. It kicks off and stops cooling. The M&S service rep doesn't know the source of the problem. The computerized diagnostics reveal no information. Apparently, the manufacturer (Rheem) does not provide any technical assistance.
M&S has made 2 (soon to be 3) trips just this month. Last time, he opened the panel on the unit, pressed a test button and it restarted the unit. It ran for a day, then stopped again. I'm quickly losing patience.
No response from Michael & Son management despite calls and emails regarding what options or expertise they can offer to resolve the problem.

I just had a busted pipe which is a disaster. Real plumbers acted as professional advisors on what I could do immediately on my own and have them come out the next day during normal business hours. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Kevin arrived next day, diagnosed problem in an efficient manner and fixed the problem. During a water / flooding emergency, you want professional advise - I got it. Would recommend real plumbers to my Mom! Doesn't get better than that.

Would definitely never call again. I called them for two issues one year ago:
1) Faucet was not working: the plumber said the faucet was broken and it was not an issue with the line, and that I needed to buy a new faucet then call again. After buying a new faucet, and asking someone else to install it, I still don't have water, because the problem was with the line and NOT the faucet. $500 on new faucet and installation wasted.
2) AC was not cooling enough: They said it low on Freon, and charged A LOT to refill (for labor and materials). Since then, I have had to refill again, with another company, for less than half the price. Totally overprices company.
Just call someone else.
