Ashlee responded to my inquiry within an hour, went to mom's the next day to see what was needed, and was able to get Justin out the next day (Sunday). Response time clearly exceeded all expectations and the project was completed in record time. Justin even set up my mom's new umbrella while he was there. My mom is so thrilled with her new outdoor living extension. Her feedback... Justin was very polite, respectful, and a very good worker who does very good work.
