I've used Sir Fix It on two occasions.  Tim was there when he said he would be and did a thorough job both times.  He is definitely reliable and communicates well throughout the process.  I would recommend Sir Fix It for small or large jobs.

AMAZING company! They don't price gouge and they do great work! Saved us over $4000 from other quotes and the work has lasted and he guarantees it too!  He has actually checked back in with us to be sure everything is working right!  Where else can you get that kind of customer service these days??  Extremely knowledgeable! The work was done flawlessly in the quoted amount of time even after running into multiple unexpected issues he found once he got digging (literally) into it.  Chris is an amazing human being who actually cares about people not just making a buck. This company ripped me off. I found this company through Angi. I purchased a house in VA Beach and hired them to do a deep cleaning before the movers got there. When I got to the house, nothing was cleaned and I mean NOTHING!!!! I wanted to pay them through Angi because I would get a discount but they would not allow me to do that because there was a problem with their account and wouldn't get paid right away. I asked if I could pay through PayPal and they said the same thing. When I told them I was going to pay through Angi, they threatened to dirty up the house again. So I had to pay them through CashApp. I called the cops to get them out of my house but they couldn't do anything because I was not there. They charged me $280.00 for the deep cleaning but then they wanted to charge me more for gas. I called Angi to complain and they couldn't do anything because this company worked under another company called Home Advisor (1-855-902-0606). I called Home Advisor and they couldn't do anything for me since I didn't pay through Angi. I was able to leave a review on Angi. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
