Best Water Filtration System Installation in Tucson AZ
Finding a plumber can be daunting. Luckily I was recommended to Hydro Rooter & Plumbing owned by Jake O 'Hara. My bathtub had leaked and I was not using it. Jake & Pedro arrived early. They were very polite & quickly resolved the problem.
I highly recommend them.

Aaron from Quality Plumbing Pros gets my highest recommendation. He was readily available to check on a leaking faucet during off hours and immediately identified both the problem and other areas of poor workmanship in my kitchen plumbing. He eventually replaced both of our sink faucets as well as our small water heater that had also recently given out. Aaron was friendly, polite, and unobtrusive and made sure to clean up after he was done. My only complaint would be that his pricing felt a little haphazard but I don't think it was unreasonable given the usual cost of plumbing. I will absolutely use quality plumbing pros for my next plumbing job.

Called for an appointment on Friday for an estimate to repipe my entire house. Next availability was Tuesday. Meanwhile had other plumbers out to give estimate. One was very low and they were able to start right away. Called 7:30 am on Tuesday to cancel and explained that I had accepted another estimate. The man (owner?) said well great. Thanks for a waste of time. And hung up on me. I am so glad I never got an estimate from him because I would hate to give my hard earned money to such a awful person. Will NEVER recommend this business.
READ THIS GUYS RESPONSE! READ ANY OF HIS RESPONSES TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS. DO YOU WANT THIS MAN IN YOUR HOME!!?
IT WAS AN ESTIMATE. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A WASTE OF TIME IF I HAD HIM COME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND THEN DIDN'T HIRE HIM. I CANCELED OUT OF COURTESY.

It has always been a great experience working with ASG. Anthony is a knowledgeable and efficient plumber. He has done many jobs for me over the years and I totally trust him.

I am posting this review for my husband after his experience with contacting Cool Breeze. Cool Breeze is the company we originally purchased our unit from.
I called Cool Breeze for an inspection on our unit that had been installed by them on 12/14/16, a 5-ton Rheem with a cleanable filter.
Monday October 25th - Maris (?) said employee coming out would give me info on a warranty. They sent Beau.
After inspection Beau responded that there was no issue with the air handler at this time. He mentioned their warranty program. He did not clean the coil (although the copy of the invoice said he did) and said that the 2-year warranty did not include coil cleaning. He then called me outside to look at wiring inside the condenser. A wire about 6 had parts of the insulation gone and looked like something had chewed it. Beau said that mice had ruined three wires (not chewed through). I told Beau that I had purchased the unit and system from Cool Breeze. Then I asked if we could put a ¼ spacing mesh to protect the wires and unit from mice. He said it would be $215.00 more to fix it without the mesh or I could buy the 2-year warranty program and not pay for this fix. When I said no to the warranty, he then offered to fix the wires and added on the mesh for free if I would buy the warranty. I again said no to the warranty. He then fixed the wires in 10 minutes, and I paid them $254.00. Also, I'd like to mention that on inspection there were absolutely no mouse droppings anywhere inside this area which there are in almost every case when a mouse chews on something. Right after he left, we noticed a new vibrating rattle in our inside air handler that wasn't there before we called them. After a few days I still couldn't figure out where it was coming from and I called the company to send someone back out.
Friday October 29th - Chris of Cool Breeze came out and said he thought it was caused by an improperly sized filter even though it had not made any noise before Beau came out. I had originally purchased the cleanable filter from Cool Breeze and they had made it to fit the air handler. Chris then replaced it with a cardboard filter to see if the noise would stop then he left. It did not stop.
Monday November 1st - I called Maris back at Cool Breeze and she said no one would respond because of the bad filter unless I paid approximately $59.00 for a service fee. I stated that they had installed the ill-fitting filter and that Beau had created the noise problem. She did not care and insisted on the fee. I decided at that time not to use them ever again.
