I was hesitant due to other plumbers not following through, Alpha R & P said what they were going to do and did what they said they were going to do right out the gate!!! It was my rental property and  I could not be present for the work and solely had to rely on what Jason explained but after all work was completed, my tenants were happy with his work, zero complaints and I'm happy I have a plumbing company that actually does what they say without having to worry about me having to supervise!
