Best Floor Repair in Tucson AZ

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

While Eli's work is nothing short of fantastic, he pairs that with incredibly clever problem solving and an obvious interest in making sure the end results are  going to leave you happy.

Hey Eli, here's a list of 45 things we want to do. On this list is basically a full remodel of a master bath and bedroom and a second bathroom full remodel. Not to mention a bunch of regular handyman things like 5 ceiling fans, some barn doors, a bunch of lights etc. Eli - no problem.

Well listen Eli, we actually want this to be a giant claw foot tub with this very specific tub filler BUT also have an overhead shower. Eli - no problem, we'll do this and this. Eli, will this completely non standard faucet that we found on Etsy work? Eli - no problem.

Also - can you replace these lights in the kitchen with something using LED but dimmable? We really don't care too much what they look like just that they are better than these ones that don't work. Eli - no problem, do you like these? Sure, that perfect. Eli - great I just ordered them for you they will be here tomorrow.

Listen Eli I know we just asked you to install two new toilets and didn't bother to mention that they had bidet seats that need power to them.
(30 minutes later) Eli - I saw that, I already installed new outlets in each bathroom, we're all set.

Listen Eli, I know you said we should get that built in icemaker that is 25 tall, but it turns out I got this one that is 33 tall. Can you figure out how to make that work. Eli - once again, got it done.

I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. I see some of these negative reviews and it just sounds like they are reviewing the wrong person.

I can't think of something large or small I wouldn't trust Eli with. Even the project we just finished which had a major hiccup when we found a cracked pipe in the second bath - Eli called one of his network of pros and they came out and took care of it. (See pic for the work they did!)  It's ridiculous, the guy was basically our GC, designer, and life coach as well as the person who did the work! Special shoutout to Patricia who helps with the scheduling and is super responsive and super nice, even made us some nice candles and bath bombs for the new tub!  

Obviously we couldn't be more pleased.

Can not say enough good things about this company, the owner and all workers involved.
I plan to later post photos detailing the amazing work they did for me, but wanted to get the highlights posted tell then.

The job, removing all the termite & water damaged roof supports in my detached garage and installing new footers, new support posts and new roof support beams.  Not an easy project on a garage built incorrectly and updated not to code over the span of years dating back to 1934.

Highlights of why they were so amazing...

1. Quick response to request for initial estimate, which had a huge positive affect on negotiations in purchasing the home they would later do the work in.  Many companies would not even talk to me about getting inspection & project estimates on a house I was only in the closing negotiations for and several inspected, but took weeks to provide estimates, weeks after they were promised & needed.

2. Quick responses and willingness to have several planning meetings throughout every part before and during the job to discuss alternatives that would save me money and also help set things up for later planned work.

3. Work came in under original estimate, despite the projects many unforeseen complications.  Which there were many as they peeled away layers of previous home owners DIY projects going back to 1934.

4. Superb craftsmanship, extremely knowledgeable and they balanced that delicate line perfectly between project timeline without rushing the job.

5. Always showed up exactly on time and all staff were polite, well mannered and hard working.

6. And some may find this last plus silly, but one of the overall reasons I chose this company and during every interaction I knew I chose well, was that every single staff member treated me respectfully as a home owner.  Where as many companies (who did not get the job or who
I had the unfortunate circumstances of working for me in the past at other locations), who would talked down to me because I am a woman.  Where as this company, Ironwood, always treated me with respect.  They always took the time to discuss all aspects of the project, taking the time to explain things I did not know and listening to my insights & thoughts on the things I did know.  The whole job felt like it should, a true working partnership and I look forward to the next stage of work we are planing on starting.

So do not hesitate hiring this company for any job, they are worth every penny and will work with you to save as many pennies as possible on top of all their amazing list of qualities.

BUYER BEWARE: I chose Ron P Enterprises for a few projects around my house, based on the reviews found here on Next Door.
BIG mistake. The projects were: Install a kitchen sink. Install 2 exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Remove a pony wall in the master bath and install faucets in there. Build a small portico. Not ONE task was done correctly the first time, not even painting or patching. Though he accepted the task of installing my exhaust fans, it turned out it was a task they could not do. After watching them ATTEMPT to, I told him I need a REAL electrician.  He said he could find one and would take care of it. Aside from breaking my toilet, breaking my sink, breaking my granite backsplash and hammering drywall screws through to the exterior of my house...he smashed the granite vanity top to remove the sink, in my BEDROOM, with no drop cloth or protection...the kitchen faucet was installed 90 degrees off, my portico uprights were not parallel to each other and two different tiles were used for the portico roof. As a reminder of the chaos I experienced with him, he left behind a huge oil stain on my driveway and welding burns on my entrance wall. Out of the 75ish days he and his 'people' were here, they were on time ONCE. I spent MANY hours waiting for somebody to show up, even after repeated texts and calls to him, in which he said we'll be there shortly. During this time, I watched as he responded to others in this forum, saying he could help them, when he told me and proved to me he was overextended and underachieving. Though advertised as 'licensed and insured', though my research, I have found zero evidence of any licensure in Pima County, though he signs his contracts as the 'contractor'. The balance that was due him ($1500) when all was said and barely done, was evaporated by the balance due us, from replacing all the things he and his crew broke. In a thinly-veiled attempt at quid pro quo, he sent me this in an email : I would like you to keep the remaining $1500 since it is the least I can do to make up for the way that this situation has enfolded. Followed by this: I do have 1 request, I ask that if you don't have anything good/nice to say about my company, that you please do not say anything at all. You & I both know how important online reviews are, especially on Nextdoor. Then I  sought out legal advice and sent HIM an invoice for monies he owed us. There is much more to this story. I have MANY more photos/videos/texts and emails to back up all of my claims. Caveat Emptor.
