Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

Working with Eli and Patricia are great! They will give you a quote over email and then schedule the job. The best part is... Eli actually shows up when he says he will! Not only are they great at communicating but Eli does wonderful work. The first job was installing knobs and pulls and based on my experience then I knew he was the man to do some work in my bathroom. You have to schedule the job well in advance but the wait is so worth it based on the quality, price, and overall experience. I've hired quite a few handyman, and Mario is among the best.  He is a great communicator, a man of his word.  He does the job right.  His crew is always polite and courteous.  He's reasonably priced.  I loved that he was willing to drive out to me about an hour from Tucson with just a small travel fee added.  If he has a question about a project, he asks me directly instead of just assuming.  He provides a very detailed invoice at the end, listing every task he completed and gives a receipt of the materials so everything is out in the open.  I have used Mario for electrical work, painting trim, building a patio cover, and odd jobs like  hanging hammocks,  bookshelves, etc.  I highly recommend Five Star Handyman!

Ron is a sham and crook in my opinion.  He will rip you off every chance he gets.

I reached out with a plumbing issue and was told that they would be out the next day. The following day I did not hear back, despite leaving multiple messages. Two days later and still no response.
