Best Backflow Preventer Repair in Tucson AZ

I scheduled an appt w/them to take a look at my drip and sprinkler system partial replacement and addition of second controller and some new values. Cody was pretty much on time. Courteous. Like him but then never heard back. I took a half hour out of my day to walk through and he never sent the quote. I called four days later and left a message no call back. This would have been likely a 3k job. It would have  been nice to get a call back if they didn't want to do this project.
