Benjamin is a highly professional individual that I had the pleasure of working with.  He helped me pick up my new water heater from Home Depot, removed the old tank, and cleaned up the area before installing the new one. Benjamin takes pride in his work and is very efficient, and went the extra step in teaching me how to do maintenance. Quality work at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to ask Benjamin for any work you need.

Our toilet flooded our restroom in the middle of the night. I didn't want to risk anymore water damage. So I called my cousin who recommended Maintenance & Rehab Solutions and they sent out Joe within the hour (THAT SAME NIGHT; it must it been 12:30am). Joe was the technician sent to our home and he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes of inspecting our toilet. He went back out to his truck and had all of the items that he needed to repair our toilet. The repair didn't take longer than an hour, Joe was very clean and he has such a good attitude.  I highly recommend this company now to anyone who asks me. They are very professional and cost efficient!

We used Dave for a few years.  He mounted the tv in our bed room  to the wal.  the place where the cords go into the wall is hanging out they just popped it it was never properly screwed in. They will brake things and not tell you.  With hopes you just never realize on your own.  As Daves company grew he started sending us the worst guys he had!!!  Because we are nice people and never complained.  He sent a kid one time to fix bricks in our house from a plumbing problem.  The kid had never done brick work in his life!!!  It looks like crap.  and when I said something to Dave about it. His response was you never scrubbed it. That want Dave does blame on the customer. Then we had them install a microwave above our oven.  Once again 2 guys with no experience.   Needless to say our microwave is barely attached.  We still never said anything to him about any of these issues.  I didn't want to be a Karen.   BUT the icing on the cake was.  We had a appointment set up to put  lights in our ceiling.  I work from home and my husband had plans to go play gold for the day.  We called the nite before to confirm the time.  After 30 minutes I called Dave and said where are they.  he said they are just down the street getting gas.  I've heard that line before.  I told him just forget about it.  And he was so rude!!!! Now my guys don't have work and blah blah blah.
So Dave will come to your house the first few times and he  does do ok work.  He does this to feel you out.  And see if you are heaven forbid very nice or cool or old person.  He will then start sending you this new guys that have no clue what they are doing!!!!  Stay clear of this company at all coast!   Cals plumping is amazing, and so Ace Handman Service.  If they mess something up they will come back and fix it.  Not yell at you like Dave does.
PS:  those are just a few of the things that Dave f*cked up at my house.   My neighbor used to also use them, but not anymore
