Our toilet flooded our restroom in the middle of the night. I didn't want to risk anymore water damage. So I called my cousin who recommended Maintenance & Rehab Solutions and they sent out Joe within the hour (THAT SAME NIGHT; it must it been 12:30am). Joe was the technician sent to our home and he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes of inspecting our toilet. He went back out to his truck and had all of the items that he needed to repair our toilet. The repair didn't take longer than an hour, Joe was very clean and he has such a good attitude.  I highly recommend this company now to anyone who asks me. David is very professional, quick and friendly. Had an issue with the toilet not flushing and garage door sticking. He had part to replace flushing mechanism and fixed leaky shutoff valve. He also advised me of getting garage door lubricant and this fixed the garage door issue. I highly recommend him for any job you need done. He has brought back customer in customer service.
