Best Solar Water Heater Installation in Toledo OH

I was referred to Alternative Plumbing when my plumber said he couldn't get to a broken pipe in our crawl space. I was impressed that they arrived fairly quickly (considering it was a weekend and they seemed busy with other frozen pipes). And the guy was able to fix the busted pipe and it didn't cost an arm and a leg! I was worried that it would cost a lot since it was a weekend and I wasn't sure how much  broken pipe would be but the price seemed very reasonable to me. I've called some plumbing companies in the past who charge $50 just to come out and look at the problem.
They were also willing to take care of the problem when the other plumber wouldn't. I will definitely call Alternative Plumbing in the future.

Called to get an estimate for install. Took them 5 weeks to get out just to give an estimate which they had to reschedule once. When we finally did the walk through I was told I would have an estimate within a few days. 4 days later I got an estimate that was nearly $10k just to install a unit i already have. This is nearly $3k over what I expected. When I asked for an itemized breakdown of the estimate, because it had 0 details on what they would do, I was ignored. I reached back out and was ignored again. Clearly they don't want my business so they won't be getting it.
