Best General Contracting in Toledo OH

Jeff (owner) was very patient with me, answered all my questions, explained my options.  He even came to my house twice to review the work I needed done.   Zach (co-owner) and his crew were friendly, polite, on-time, professional and answered my questions throughout the project, cleaned up afterwards.

1. Know that appointment times will be put off if higher paying job presents itself
2. No call and no showed a number of times
3. Left a job in worse shape than when it started because.... Didn't measure all of the parts .... Kinda handyman, contractor, etc 101
4. Did an estimate that job would be completed for a price- failed to measure then claimed it was too difficult. Well 1rst why'd you say you could do it and second was it really that it could not be done or that you botched measurements and didn't want to put more time/money into a job that was botched by the business.
5. Don't walk run to someone else basically refused to fix the situation
Had wild stories as excuses on why things weren't done on time .... Not worth the time. Very personable but it's a con!
