Best Gas Furnace Repair in Toledo OH

Worse company in Lenawee County. Had them install a tub and the tub won't hold water. Asked them to come back and fix since they said it's a one year warranty on work and they wanted to charge me. How's that a warranty? In fact, they said that they would come and take a look at it, even though I disagree with them not wanting to warrant their work. Then never showed? Seriously? Never showed despite saying that they would take a look at their failure the next day. Unprofessional.

Let's not even get into scheduling the initial project. Dan was the most unresponsive and unprofessional estimator I've ever met. Tried to call him back at least ten times and texted several times to get my project scheduled. No response. Tried for weeks. Come 'on, dude. Seriously?

When I finally inquired with their office about Dan's lack of professionalism, I get told he tried to call me and I didn't have a voicemail setup. Bull crap and untrue. I had a voicemail setup. Why lie?

Go elsewhere. Do not trust these people. They are unprofessional, not trustworthy, and unreliable. I should have realized how bad this experience was going to be after initially dealing with Dan in the first place.

Anyone that gives this place a bad review is full of it.they are always helpful and carry a lot of hard to find items.give them a good review sure,but they deserve a hug,thanks guys

I've used Peters Plumbing for any plumbing issues and for heating and air conditioning.  i also used them at work in an historic building.  They have always been reliable and trustworthy.  So grateful that I can trust having a company to call on for their honesty and consistently good work.

One of the top 3 worst companies I've ever dealt with. Jen from their office unfortunately doesn't have time to be explaining billing with me... I have never been told by a company I'm about to pay thousands of dollars too, they don't have time to deal with me. After paying for a repair that did not fix my AC unit, that I also found out part of it should not have been necessary to start with, refused to reimburse me for the failed repair. Refused to even roll it a new one and then inadvertently admitting to price gauging! Filing a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and probably going to have to file small claims now too if I ever want to see my money again. Steer very clear of these people!!!

They showed up to do the work after almost a week of waiting. Here the order got put in wrong. When they showed up they thought they were doing a complete line replacement from basement to road. They were only putting in an outside cleanout. The guys were standing outside a window talking horrible things about my house. Then when they left , they never finished filling in the hole around the new cleanout. Its 60 in. Deep. Called and they said they would send someone to fix it. Well its been a week and no show. Would not recommend to anyone . for the price i paid they could come and complete the work. Very unhappy

Would not recommend. I called them out for what was water seeping from a pipe. After making the repair and left, it became a drip and when the returned a second time, it now requires a towel to keep the water contained. I called and was told someone would be here Thursday only to be called back and told they couldn't come out until Saturday at 8:00 AM. I asked if they could get the needed parts and they assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Well it's Saturday and I received a called at 9:30 and they asked me if they were scheduled to come out today. I said yes at 8:00 he apologized and said someone would be there within 45 minutes. One and half hours later, I called them because no one had showed up. I was told they would check and call me back. I was immediately called back and told they couldn't get the needed parts because it was the weekend. Needless to say I will now be calling another company.

Company is working on a resolution. Will update review once work has been completed.

So I gave this company another try and had them come out a third time and again the leak is even worse. When I called them after the third failed attempt, they apologized and said they would send someone out between 8 and 9 in the morning. It is now 12:34 PM and they never showed up. What a messed up company. If I could give them no stars for the rating I would.

called for an estimate to fix water pressure issues. paid the 99.00
service call...plumber came in took pictures checked each bathrooms with problems and left...... after he was gone about 40mins -1hour, i noticed the water running in the sink...broken valve in the handle and a chip in the countertop. I shut off the water under the sink and reported it to Perrysburg plumbing the next day. What kind of plumber breaks the valve and leaves your home without saying anything? I would give them a 0 star rating if I could...They did offer to send out a plumber to look at it but they will never come into my home again. By the way 2300.00 estimate  to put two access pannels and replace the two shower valves. LOL,  plus 395.00 to replace the bathroom faucet not including the fixture.

Called Fri, Nov 5, requesting a plumber ASAP, as an outside pipe for the sprinkler system had sprung a leak and was flooding our side yard. Was told on the phone that someone would be there later that day (or early the following day) to fix the valve. Address and phone number were confirmed, but no one showed up or called that day. Texted the following morning to remind them of the address and the need to get someone here at their earliest convenience. No response to the text and no one showed up that day either. (We paid extra for a different plumber to come out on a Sunday to repair the valve.) Disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this business and would not recommend.
