Best Air Duct Repair in Toledo OH

I called to have a winter furnace inspection done and scheduled for the following week. Technician arrived and performed inspection and found a faulty heat exchanger and made all arrangements, fixed problem and all work was done. I have no complaints about work. I received my bill for $735 and since the heat exchanger was under warranty and shipping was $75 and there was a maximum 3-4 hours of work (1 hour at my house and some assembly in their shop) I asked why bill was so high. I was told you were quoted that was the price
I WAS NOT GIVEN A QUOTE.
I try to be fair, honest and reasonable and this company IS NOT. The price is outrageous.

Called to get an estimate for install. Took them 5 weeks to get out just to give an estimate which they had to reschedule once. When we finally did the walk through I was told I would have an estimate within a few days. 4 days later I got an estimate that was nearly $10k just to install a unit i already have. This is nearly $3k over what I expected. When I asked for an itemized breakdown of the estimate, because it had 0 details on what they would do, I was ignored. I reached back out and was ignored again. Clearly they don't want my business so they won't be getting it.

called for an estimate to fix water pressure issues. paid the 99.00
service call...plumber came in took pictures checked each bathrooms with problems and left...... after he was gone about 40mins -1hour, i noticed the water running in the sink...broken valve in the handle and a chip in the countertop. I shut off the water under the sink and reported it to Perrysburg plumbing the next day. What kind of plumber breaks the valve and leaves your home without saying anything? I would give them a 0 star rating if I could...They did offer to send out a plumber to look at it but they will never come into my home again. By the way 2300.00 estimate  to put two access pannels and replace the two shower valves. LOL,  plus 395.00 to replace the bathroom faucet not including the fixture.
