We have had two separate leaks in our slab and they were right on the money as to location.  They were fast, professional and accurate.

I'm giving them five stars as they have gone above and beyond to correct the issues I had. They had someone come out and repair the hole, paint and replaced the baseboard.

Excellent service.  Professionals in all aspects.  Took their time, were extremely careful, and paid attention to the most minute detail.  Courteous, pleasant, and responded quickly.  I would highly recommend this company.

After waiting 7 hours for a different plumber that never showed up despite 6 calls to find out where he was, we turned to Roto-Rooter.  They are guaranteed to come within three hours of your initial call.

We were notified 30 minutes before his arrival and he showed up, diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of me showing him what was going on.  We had a clogged main drain line in the house.  He spent another 20 minutes trying to find the access port that the previous owner of the house had covered up with landscaping material in order to save us money!  He wasn't able to locate it to fix the problem but did run his camera and stuff down there so he could show us where it was for next time since he couldn't find it the normal way.  

The clog was cleaned out quickly and he explained how to prevent the clog from happening again.  He was friendly and fast despite it being after 9PM at night by the time he was able to pack up and leave.

Love this company and will keep them in my address book for any future problems.
