Andy and his guys are just wonderful!!  I bought an older Mobile Home as a Winter Getaway.  Little did I know all of the plumbing issues I would have. Andy jack-hammered the concrete, replaced a clogged clean-out from 50 years ago, installed new plumbing and re-concreted the area.  After that he replaced some flooring as he installed new toilets.  We had a new kitchen installed and he will be back today to hook up the kitchen plumbing.

We needed two bathroom sinks installed.  we went on line asking for estimates. Reliable Plumbing was the only response we received. It was a very fair price and they were able to complete the job that day. Hats off to Marcus, professional and pleasant to work with.  Looking to hiring Reliable Plumber in the future.

Had a bathroom flood at 3 pm in the afternoon and they had Sent someone out by 4:30. Sean came and he was pleasant, well dressed and didn't stand around and chit chat but rather got right to work. Will definitely use them next time.

We first called to find out what it would cost to install our water system in our garage with this company. We were shopping. Installing such a $2500 + system is not an immediate decision. There are many factors and so we wanted to gauge the pricing and their advice in the market before making a final decision on any company.

A couple of weeks later we called to set a time and date for the instillation as we believed they were reasonably priced and were familiar with our system. More importantly, the install would have to now be outside as our water main is located on the opposite side of our garage. The call was about the installation outside, a stable foundation to place it on, and the price of it all.

Our call was met with the most rude, unprofessional, and low treatment from the manager. This woman, this so called individual in a manager position chastised me on why we yet have not decided on them and that we already called a couple of weeks ago. I in turn asked the plumber's number so my husband could contact him directly and discuss all of the details as there was no way I would continue speaking to this repulsive individual. She in the end did not give me the plumber's number who would be serving our home and ended up hanging up the phone on me.

I asked my husband to call and settle this issue with the manager - the same person answered the phone. The second conversation was also met with unprofessionalism and also hung up.

I need a contractor for several jobs. I gave this group of clowns a small job; to install a safety handrail in the pool. Seemed simple.
They sent one worker and 1 supervisor; a manager named Bobby. The manager did not much; mostly watched the poor guy work in the heat.
When they finished and it dried, it was very loose. I called them back, they said oh, yes, it is loose. So they re-did it. I let it set overnight (they said it would be good in 20 min). It was worse. Very unsafe. Very poor workmanship. I brought them back to show them (a 3rd time) and they offered to fix it, but I told them to go away. I believe in second changes, but if you can't figure it out in 2 tries; you probably won't. I asked for my money back. They said no. They do not stand by their work. They lie about their abilities and they do not get the job done. I suggest to avoid BMD. They created a serious safety problem with the rail and they do not have the ability to do the work....and what they did was sloppy.
YOU SAID YOU OFFERED TO FIX IT. Liar. Yes, you came out a second time and fixed it. It was worse. Why would I have you out a 3rd time? I asked for a full refund, but would accept a refund on the labor. Nothing from you, i had a real professional out to fix it. He said you used the wrong cement and did not even have a brace on one pole insert. He said whoever installed this did not know what they were doing. You caused a dangerous situation. You lie and are unprofessional and unskilled. To anyone: Use these amateurs at your own risk.
