December 2017 - I am exceedingly happy with my heater being fixed yesterday. We had gone through another company and had been without consistent heat for 10 days. And the last 5 days, which were the coldest, we had no heat at all. So I finally gave up on the other company and gave Nino a call. He called me back same day, and came out the same day. He not only fixed the heater but did a lot of checking to make sure different functions were working. Our system is a duel system, and takes a little more checking during diagnostic. I would recommend this company 100%.

June 2018 -Just bought a house and on a whim, decided to get the central air and heat checked out by Nino. Thank god I did! The home inspector completely missed the AC leaking oil and not getting cold at all. We used Ninos information to negotiate a full credit from seller to fix.

Don from discount plumbing was not able to help me but pointed me into the right direction he seems like a very honest businessman. I would have no problem doing business with him.

Jeff was on time, gave us a quote, ran an bought the supplies needed to get the job done and was done in less than 3 hours.  All while we were still waiting for the freezer repair guy with a 4 hour time frame.

Contacted Water Heater Masters yesterday 8/10/21and spoke to Alex about replacing our water heater, he set up an appointment for today between 8:00 and 9:00, Brian showed up at 8:00, I explained the situation, decided to go with a new water heater instead of replacing a part as it was over 11 Years old. Brian replaced the water heater in less then an hour and a half, everything went smoothly and the cost very reasonable compared to other companies. I highly recommend this company, very professional, quick and thorough.

We had a clog in a our Kitchen Sink, due to poor maintenance. Luis was able to repair the clog, repair worn parts and give us preventative maintenance advice. Luis was very professional, efficient, and respectful with his performance.  Thank you Luis for making this experience easy.  I appreciate your hard work and dedication to your craft. Save your money and call another plumber!

Mr.Ed came out serviced my unit in Stockton and advised me the line was cleared! LIES

Within 2 days line was backed up again. When I asked him to come back out and fix the problem he told me he could but it would cost me because theres no warranty. He offered to run the snake 100ft the second time.

Why didnt he  run it 100ft the first time?? Because he is a minimalist. He will do the bare minimum and charge you the max!
But He gave me the excuse that he couldn't run line longer than 40ft the first time because the pipes were old and corroded...but offered to come back the second time and run it 100ft!

He kept pushing for me to get a clean out, get a clean out. Of course that costs more than the services I was interested in getting.

In conclusion I called another company and they came out cleared the line! The plumber went nearly 90 ft THE FIRST TIME. Line is still cleared! I was advised the pipes were fine!

If your into wasting money, receiving services with no guarantee and want someone who is going to do the minimum required only to upsell you on other services...than this is the plumber for you!

Have to leave another raving fan review of Knights plumbing.  We discovered a huge leak in our spare bathroom today and needed it fixed today.  My wife called Knight's but told them she had to be gone by 1:00 this afternoon.

Jason from Knight's came by near 11:30and had my wife on her way by 12:15.  Sink rep-plumbed and better than its original state.

We had a few projects that needed to be done. Jeff took care of the easier ones (snaking a couple of lines and replacing two outdoor hose bibs) and then had the harder job of fixing the temperature control on our shower. He kept working at it until he had it figured out (poor work from a prior plumber was a major factor). We appreciated his determination to get it repaired.

Called Juan, in 20 minutes he was at my house and checked the tub. Clogged the drain, and made sure to run the water to ensure proper drainage. I'm very happy with my service

Gino and Rian did some work for me this past weekend. He installed two ceiling fans and mounted a couple TVs. They did a great job and paid good attention detail. I'm already planning on hiring Gino again to do a few other jobs. He and the people he works with are trustworthy and careful with their work, and that's huge for me.

Al and his crew are the best! I called to have my bathtub faucet repaired and Al sent Gabriel out right away. He was very professional and polite and had it repaired quickly. This was not the first time I used them, I always call Superdrain for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them!

Our shower wasn't just dripping, it was literally like turned on and had a flow. We had to turn off the water totally. I was not happy.
I found Mohammed here and gave him a call. He came out today and fixed our shower. He explained what he was doing and he was very patient with my questions. Thank you Mohammed for everything!

Colin came out to check my pool. He ran multiple tests to figure out where the leak was coming from. He figured out it was from my pool skimmer, so there was no need to cut into the concrete. They're a few good honest contractors out there an Colin is one of them. I highly recommend him

Honestly, I would have thought because Roto Rooter is such a big name that they would do a less than complete job but boy was I wrong! I only called them because we had an emergency issue and they were the only ones open.  They did an amazing job for us, they were quick, competent, very informative, tried to save us money every way they could, and got the job done quickly. I am more than impressed with the two techs we had out, Jacob and Mauro.  I won't be calling anyone else.

I needed a NEMA 14-50 amp. installed for the Model 3. My cousin told me about Raj. Text Raj and he back to me right away. Very easy to talk to. He did a wonderful-clean-efficient job and his price is very competitive. Thanks again Raj and will be calling you for future projects.
