Best Water Heater Repair in Stockton CA

We love Nino!  He has come to our rescue 3 times now (2 times for plumbing issues and 1 for a furnace issue) and I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else.  Nino is both knowledgeable and has big heart.  His price has always been more than fair.  We highly recommend him to anyone in need of assistance with plumbing and/or heating/air problems.

I had a really bad leak. The guy came in and in 45 minutes he fixed it. My dad had worked on my house for two days, and couldn't do a thing. Cheap and fast!

Called on a Saturday and came on Sunday with no weekend charge. Addressed both my issues with my tub and shower. Very friendly and great service. Provided me a year warranty rather then the 30 or 90 day warranty. Found my new plumber. Thanks alot I really appreciate your prompt service. If you need service now he even sells Girl Scout cookies. This rating is strictly based on phone/ estimate experience. I did not end up using this company, so I cannot comment on whether they do good work or not.

First off, super nice on the phone and the gentleman who answered assured me someone would be out to the house in about 30 minutes. The tech showed up in a timely manner and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The price for parts and a15 minute fix seemed a little pricey, but I get it, things costs a little more in emergency situations. I had another person coming out for a quote and was about to cancel because I just wanted it done. My next question changed my mind.

I asked if they took credit cards and the tech said yes, for a fee. Ok, it cost money to run credit cards and even though it technically is illegal to charge fees for use since last year, if billed as an admin fee, companies can get away with it. I asked how much, he pauses for a bit and says $20.... a twenty dollar charge to use a cc? That's a 10% charge on a repair! I asked why the charge was so high and he just chuckled. I think considering how expensive repairs are, people aren't going to have hundreds of dollars laying around and would need to use a cc. I started to feel a little weird about the transaction so I waited for the second company, which I ended up going through. I'm sure this company does great work, but after possibly spending hundreds of dollars, I think it is ridiculous to charge an additional large fee to use a cc.

Jason came out and provided a free estimate. I said I would get back to them after I got another competing estimate. They actually came in with the best price so I called late in the afternoon to secure a time. They arrived early the next morning and replaced my large 75 gallon water heater with another Bradford which they had in stock. Did great work including a new water shut-off valve, new gas valve and hose and new flex pipe connections.

He is the best plumber I ever dealt with. He did his job properly. I'm really grateful to him. I recommended him to all my friends and neighbors.

Mr. Ed was able to remedy a botched garbage disposal installation we had from another company.
Our previous unit was no more than 2 years old and the disposal was leaking. Mr. Ed went through the proper lengths to install our new insinkerator and educated me on the process.

We always call Knights Plumbing for any of the plumbing services we need.  Can't beat their customer service and timeliness.

What we have learned about plumbing so far is, 1 They show up when they say and did not cancel or never arrive! 2 They did not try and sell us on cray expensive services and parts act. 3 They actually helped solve a problem that could have turned into something super pricey but was able to try something and get the septic working again without having to redo the entire thing. I am beyond happy and now we know who to call in the future After rotor rooter tried charging us 1700$ for a maybe. James is great and we are so glad we found them. THANK YOU!

These gentleman were excellent.  They were prompt, knowledgeable, tidy and resonable.    I highly recommend them for your water heater needs.  Guy aand his son were very polite amd friendly.  I wont hesitate to recommend them.

I noticed what seemed like a slow small leaking around my toilet and finally decided to call a plumber before damage was done to ceiling below. Superdrain was able to come the next morning (even offered to come that day) and assess the problem and fix it within an hour (remove and replace was seal). They checked back to see if the problem was fixed and that I was satisfied with the job. I would gladly recommend them use them again if the need arises.

Mohammed came out to take a look at my water heater. He was able to diagnose the problem right away (bad thermocouple) and repaired it in a short amount of time. He was very friendly and I feel like he charged me a fair price. Give him a call if you need quick reliable service, especially on the weekend!

Just had one of there service vans pass me on the freeway going over 83 miles an hour driving reckless that tells u the more reckless they drive the more reckless they will care bout ur home.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Raj made an Appointment and did not show up. I called twice to see if he was coming or was delayed,  no answer.
Never called back.
I do not recommend this business. Unable to keep his word or communicate with customer.
