I stripped and broke two screws from my shower handle cover into my shower valve. It was a mess that I created and spent many tireless hours trying to fix by myself. I finally gave up.

I decided to call 2 local companies who looked at the problem and told me I needed a new valve with a cost range of $600-800. The new valve replacement also required that I have someone fix the sheetrock hole it would create at a separate price.

In Demand Plumbing was the 3rd company I decided to call. Luckily I did, because as soon as my technician arrived he knew how to fix the problem without replacing the valve. The technician took the stripped screws out and replaced the shower handle within 30 mins. The price was very affordable and the service was top notch. In Demand Plumbing will be my go to company for all my plumbing needs!

I had a break in plumbing in my back yard and it was flooding fairly quickly. We turned off the water and called several places. Noone was available for that day except this place. The man on the phone spoke with me and stated there would be no charge for coming and giving us a quote and no obligation. I needed someone that day so I said yes, a young man come. In guessing, it was the son of the owner. We dug the hole found the leak and he told us he would charge $250 for a freaking cap. The other other solution, would be to move the sprinkle pipes over, since it was right by a tree stump. So later if we remove the stump it would not happen again. That was a $420 charge. He said if we didn't do any of the work there would be a $120 charge for coming out. I wanted my water back on and agreed to fix it right way. Paid the $420 but the moron did not fix the problem. He just capped it about one yard out. It took him 20 mins for the whole job. That man has some serious communication problems. What he explain to us was NOT at all the job he performed. Instead we paid for a cap that probably cost $2.
When people are in dire need, I hate when other people take advantage. It's just wrong.

I had a very pleasant  and  hassle free experience with this company. They had me at the initial phone call when I needed help to replace my heater.  I spoke to the  owner  who was very straight forward and friendly. The worker showed up on time and replaced the heater in about a hour.  He even asked me if I need help with any plumbing issues around the house before he left. Great service!

I am thrilled I took the time to look up a service on YELP before I hired a plumber. When I called I was greeted professionally by Ashley, who took my information and called me back within 30 minutes to let me know that somebody would be coming out. It was Christmas Eve and there was no additional charge because of the holiday. Ashley also called when the plumber was on the way, and I also received a text message letting you know exactly who it was that would be knocking on my door. It also had a link in that text message so that I could read the reviews of this particular worker. The price was reasonable, and although the first time they came out it did not solve the problem entirely, when they came out a second time, the did so promptly and at no charge  will absolutely recommend and use again!

I called it 2:20 on Thursday for my leak in a galvanized iron pipe. Office staff said they would be there between 3:00 and 5:00. At 5:10 they called from a different number which I didn't answer indicating they were not coming. I called and left a message Thursday evening. I called Friday morning no answer. I received a call on Friday morning at 7:50 saying they could be here between 9:00 and 10:00 this morning. I received a call at 9:05 saying they could not find the address which they had incorrect. However Garrett the tech was nearby. I showed him the water main shut off which was available and the leak which was already dug out. You shut the water main off. He approached me at 9:30 to say he would cut a piece of iron pipe out and place PVC and a PVC coupler was $200 okay? So he started cutting the pipe at 9:30 and was done at 9:40 when he turned the water back on for a test. No leaks. At 9:50 he approached me to collect the fee of $200. After paying he left at 10:00. The PVC coupler and pipe cost less than $10 retail. The hourly rate is $160. So you can do the math.

Plumbing issue...my husband attempts to unclog a toilet when he got home from work at about 6 pm but no luck...it floods if we utilize any water inside our home.  We call our home warranty company (Fidelity), since we bought our home not too long ago.  They couldn't get a hold of any of their contracted techs in our area and I only found that out because I called back for status!!  It's now 9:40 pm!  Low and behold they give me auth to find an outside contractor...and then everyone I called indicating 24/7 isn't really 24/7!  AND I GET A HOLD OF MOHAMMED who really is 24/7! (Mind u we have a 2 year old who cannot hold her bladder, so this was an emergency).  He was so patient with me as Fidelity kept wanting information to ensure he was legit so I had to keep calling him while he was preparing to leave to our home!  Mohammed arrived at about 10 pm...he worked diligently with us and our home warranty company.  He figured out the issue...cleared the issue within 2 hours!  It's now midnight and my baby can use the restroom!!  He's definitely going to be the first call if we ever have another plumbing issue (knock on wood).  I would recommend him for anytime of day!!
