Jeff was prompt with the initial quote via Yelp. He asked questions to find out more about the type of water heater I had. He sent a text message about 20 minutes early to let me know he was on his way. Once here, he had his mask and gloves on. He was able to assess the situation and within 45 minutes was able to complete the job. He also made recommendations on what to expect based on the age of the water heater and did recommend looking into getting another one soon. The payment was easy and affordable.

These folks really deliver.  Called and they were there within hours and had brought the part they thought they would need so it could be fixed right then.  Very grateful after two days of cold showers!
