I live in a city where the temperature gets really hot.  Yesterday the temperature reached 106!! My air conditioner decided to stop working at that very moment.  I called Ninoś and he came out the very same day.  He assessed the situation and was able to resolve the issue in less than an hour.  Not only did he fix my air conditioner, he also fixed the whistling noise coming from my commode.  He charged me must less than anticipated, he was friendly and very knowledgeable!! I was more than pleased with his service, and will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends.

our garage disposal broke and needed to replaced so we called around and no places returned our call until I ran across mister Ed's and man thank God the other places (rooter) didn't return out call because mister Ed's fell straight in our laps! ed came in with his assistant and they had mask and shoe covers and were very professional! they had a brand new garbage disposal in stock and was able to replace my disposal in less than a hour. he was such a good guy that he only charged me for the cost of the disposal! mister Ed's is the man!!!! thank you mister ed!!!

We found our sewer line had was needing to be replaced. After calling someone else a got nothing from them. I called knights. Knights sent two of their people out. they inspected out plumbing, found the problem in no time. The plumber made a follow up to fix the problem. When they came back they got it fix FAST and kept me informed of what they were doing and what was being needed.
All I can say they are top quality. I'll call them again for any kind or plumbing issues.

They came out to fix my toilet and I asked If they could install an outdoor shower, as I had a white, capped, PVC pipe sticking out of the ground in my backyard. He came back a few days later and now it looks fantastic. Exactly what I requested. Great job, outstanding service and communication at a very reasonable price---no need to look further!

I needed my faucet replaced and they came out quick, were very communicative throughout the process and didn't make a big mess. They asked permission before doing anything and were very clear about what was being done. Only reason I'm giving 4/5 is because I called to schedule an appointment while I was at work to have someone come out on a future date, the person over the phone asked me to send my address and I did, thinking he needed to see where I lived to set up the appointment. 20 minutes later two workers showed up at my house without a word that they were on the way or even confirmation that the address was received so I had to rush home. Tried to call the business but there was no answer so the only way I could tell them I was on my way was through my doorbell cam.

Always get experienced and professional guys. Garrett was super helpful and detailed on what our options are. Have used a lot of plumber in the past and keep going back to these guys. Highly recommend.

The Issue:
Our water heater pilot went out and upon investigation I found it to be an issue with the gas control valve. Once the control 'trips' it must be replaced. Also When discovering our tank was over 15 years old and well out of warranty total replacement was on the table as well. Either way our family of 6 was now out of hot water!  

First Contact:
I reached out to several plumbing companies on yelp around 11pm last night. I was not expecting a response but, Within 10 minutes I received a call from Mohammed. He said he could be at my home between 7am and 9am the very next day, to take a look!

Arrival and initial inspection:
Mohammed showed up at about 8:30am, within his arrival window. He got right to work and looked at the situation. As I suspected he found no gas going to the pilot light. What I liked about Mohammed was he did not immediately suggest a new tank, and offered to repair what I had. I told him since my tank was 15 years old, let just replace it. I asked when he could do the work and To my surprise he had a tank in his van, a high quality Bradford White 50 gallon, ready to go and said he could do it right then.

Price:
I had gotten 4 other quotes and Mohammed was one of the lowest. I ended up choosing him because he could start right away, sooner than anyone else and I appreciated his prompt response to my request and that how showed up on time. Also there is a 1 year warranty on the labor.

Work:
Mohammed began right away, the job included replacement of the tank, drip trays, water lines, and gas line along with hauling away the old tank. He worked FAST and had the job done in about an hour. It was a one for one replacement and no customizations needed to be done. After he finished he went over the system and explained the LED lights on the new control valve and asked if I had any questions.

Payment:
He accepts VISA/Master card which is how I paid and I was glad he did not try and charge me a fee for using a credit card. He provided me a detailed receipt for the job. He left no mess behind and the area clean as it was before.

Thanks to Mohammed at Emergency Water Heater / Plumbing after losing hot water at 9pm I had a new tank and water restored by 10am the next day. I highly recommend Emergency Water Heater / Plumbing if you need work done on your water heater.

The water level in my fiberglass pool was dropping about 2 inches everyday. I sent a message requesting a quote through Yelp and Colin responded within a few hours. He provided the cost, the details of the leak detection process and scheduled a visit 2-3 days later. He arrived promptly and completed the comprehensive leak detection process and explained the results. He found a problem with the sweep line. On pressure testing the sweep line, he found it was losing pressure. Upon further inspection he found a crack in the wall fitting glue joint. The area was dye tested and a leak was visually confirmed. Colin scheduled the repairs (within 5 days). On the day of the repair, he explained each step, providing updates as he worked. Stockton Roto rooter is great. The plumber that did the repair was very nice, thorough, friendly and explained things in detail. Fair price also. Came through in a pinch for my water leak in my basement
