I highly recommend using David and his services. I initially reached out because my downspouts were going into a clogged pipe.

David was quick to respond and schedule to come out to look at the issue. At first he thought I needed to hydro jet the line. He came out to find that the pipe was a dead end and didn't go anywhere. After a couple visits with investigating and giving his honest thoughts on the situation. We added in two dry wells to my downspouts guiding the rain water away from the house. Him and his team were efficient and cleaned up within a couple days.

As a first time homeowner I was unsure of what to do in my situation. I couldn't thank David enough for his services and giving me the best advice.

Will helped us with some plumbing repair work and installed co2/smoke detectors for us. He was really helpful, ordered parts, & was communicative. Highly recommend!!

This service was recommended to us through community members who also worked with Erik.  Erik & his team performed extensive plumbing remodeling for us which included adding a new bathroom to our basement & two upstairs bathroom remodels.  Things went mostly smoothly, though, there were a few minor issues that cropped up (as I'm sure is normal for such extensive plumbing work); Erik & his team took care of any problems promptly.  Erik is honest & straight forward in his pricing unlike other plumbers in the industry can be.  We are very happy with the new bathrooms and the plumbing that was performed.

Needed under sink plumbing replaced.  Sam quoted me from photos a fair price came and fixed problem promptly.  Also advised on other issues.  So happy to find a service oriented plumber!!

I want to start by saying that we have had a plethora of contractors do work for us over the past 25 years. In my 25 years, I can only count on one hand the amount of contractors that have provided me with good service. I understand that something always comes up and mistakes are made by all contractors and subs. What makes a good company is how they handle the situation through communication, solutions and follow through. I had a scheduling error when I made my appointment through Mr. Rooter. I immediately, contacted another company to come out and pick up the pieces. However, I received a call from Management at Mr. Rooter, they apologized and sent someone right out to address my plumbing issue. Trevor and Danny arrived and they were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They explained the job, the cost and if something deviated from the original bid they walked me through the process. I am in the hospitality business, it's what I do. With the level of service that I received from Trevor, I would be happy to have him work on my team. A job well done by owner Vinnie Sposari. We had a gas leak in our house and despite being extremely busy, Dave came out and fix our leak that morning!

We hired Vortex Plumbing to install a new 50-gallon gas hot water tank for $2,200.  Afterwards the inspector cited  3 violations of City and State laws stating a need for 1) Expansion tank on the water heater 2) Earthquake straps and 3) Exhaust vent to slope per manufacturer specs.
Later Vortex demanded we pay them an extra $500 to correct their 3 violations which they stated were add ons, and we refused of course.
Everyone especially Seniors (elderly) should be alert for extra charges or add on fees being assessed.

I called Action Jackson because we have a exterior drain that is backing up.  My boss recommended AJ.  AJ came out right away and tried to clear the drain.  Next time it rained the drain backed up as usual.  I asked AJ to come back.  AJ did come but I couldn't be there and again AJ didn't fix it.  But this time left green spray paint on my driveway and it has been there for over a year.  Action Jackson left me feeling like I had been RIPPED OFF !
I am sure they have their side of the story.  But it doesn't clear my drain or give me my money back for AJ doing absolutely nothing.

I will start with, I will be using Layne Plumbing again for all my plumbing needs.  The start of my project originated with a Yelp request which Chrissy was super fast on the response!  She was able to give me a quote and scheduling was a breeze.  The day of the job, Layne Plumbing was super respectful of our our property and was able to complete the job (I had a shower valve replace) very quickly.  Needless to say I have several other plumbing jobs that I would prefer a professional to do and I will be reaching out to Layne Plumbing again for the task.

We were assigned to Price Busters Plumbing by Repipe Specialists. Nathan (Nate) and Corey came out along with some other guys to dig a trench and repipe our entire home. We had only one snafu during this entire process. They were supposed to show up on Tuesday and when they weren't here by 2pm I called and Zack-- the owner apologized and said a he had a lot of call-ins that day. They were out bright and early around 9:30 am and were finished with the whole job by 5:30 pm. They laid down blankets to keep our home clean. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and didn't complain once that it was pouring down rain and 50 degrees outside. Zack and Bo- co-owner kept me well informed with permit pulling, inspections and banal administrative details. I felt like we were in excellent hands. The patching crew came out yesterday and insulated everything after the inspection. The insulation work was above and beyond what they needed to do. Nit picky complaint: Jacob and Don-- the patchers complained about the weather and didn't work as efficiently as Nate and Corey did.

Aros is great! Had a leaky faucet, tried to fix it myself but wasn't successful. Aros came out the next day and fixed it in 30 minutes. The 1-year warranty wasn't expected but was really great.

Really appreciate his use of modern technology like online scheduling.

We had a clogged sink and Jafco was available to come out the same day to help us resolve the issue.  The technician was great and real easy to work with.  Our sink is back to normal and we really appreciated the speed and quality work that Jafco provided.

We definitely plan to use Jafco again!

I want to recommended Blake plumbing to anyone with a plumbing problem. I called and spoke with (Jenelle) and she was the friendliest most personable individual. She scheduled an appointment for me and called with a reminder. She was so pleasant and friendly. Brian was the plumber who came out to fix my shower drainage problem. He was professional, on time, and efficient. My shower is draining like a champ now! I highly recommend this company and plan on using them again for future plumbing needs.

We had an old water heater (close to 20 years old) that was due for replacement. Our recent experience with a furnace replacement and a large commercial plumbing contractor in the area (you see their ads on TV) left us wanting to find a proper local plumber. The big guys were horribly expensive, big on the high pressure upsell (you know it's going to be bad when they send a sales consultant before the job), unreliable scheduling and slap-dash install.

So we poked around and found a number of local plumbers. I researched reviews and photos of installs, noting if they were installing quality components or the big box crap. And we took a shot with JV.

I reached out to Jose and he got back to me immediately. Understood my issue, what I wanted, and made clear recommendations. He didn't try to turn a simple water heater replacement into a heat pump install or replacing all my pipe with copper like the big guys do.

I told Jose there was no hurry, this was simply something on my honey-do list, but he was out the next day to look at the situation before he gave me a quote (another positive sign, he actually investigated the job and what was needed).

And they had an open slot in their schedule for the next day. Showed up on time, did an excellent job, and pointed out where the previous heater install had problems and corrected them.

Jose was crystal clear on what he recommended, what it would cost, and did exactly what he promised he said he would do. Can you ask for more than that?

What JV Plumbing ISN'T? Unskilled labor that takes the garbage toilet you bought at Lowe's and slaps it in with the same level of work you'd get from the neighbor who does it after the game and a few beers. It's top-notch professional plumbing work at an honest price.

We're likely going to be selling our house later this year and now I've got a high quality water heater, installed TO CODE. One big item off my honey-do list.

Five stars on service - Quick response time (they came in 30 minutes from calling, whereas other plumbers gave me an appointment after a week! - which doesn't help when you have an emergency kitchen drain clog). Very courteous and professional service! They knew exactly what needed to be done, answered my questions and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Very happy with the work and results. Only downside is the cost - it cost me $425 for a 15 minute job to unclog my drain. That seems pretty pricey. Perhaps I am in the wrong profession and should take on plumbing :-)

I called Louise in the afternoon after having mistakenly cut a small line to a water purifier.  She was able to have Zach come out the next morning at 8:30 to look at the situation.  While he was here, I showed him two other plumbing projects, minor ones, that I wanted fixed at some point.  Zach was pleasant and helpful.  He needed to purchase some parts, came back and fixed all three issues.  He was gone by 12:45pm.  This far and away exceeded any hopes that I'd had, especially as the two additional issues had been festering and I'd even forgetten about them when on the phone with Louise.  Bottom line: BRAVO Zach and Louise!  I'll be back!

We had a pool of water coming from our 4 year old dishwasher and did not know the source of the leak. We called Southwest plumbing who arrived very quickly to take a look. The plumber spent  approximately 15 seconds looking at it to tell me that it was broken and that these are not meant to last long and would need to be replaced. I was quoted approximately $450 to perform the replacement of the new dishwasher and would need to purchase a new dishwasher on my own.

After taking a look myself (I have no experience fixing anything) I noticed a valve that seemed to be dripping. After spending 30 minutes on the Internet, I was able to identify the problem part. I purchased the part from a local store for $38 and was able to fix the problem myself in about 25 minutes using google and how to videos on Youtube.

In my opinion Southwest Plumbing either 1) attempted to rip me off or 2) does not have qualified plumbers who are able to fix simple problems.

Either way, I will never call them again.

Mike from Puget Sound Plumbing came in for an estimate and told me about a lot of things that I did not know was wrong he was very very honest with me and I trust him with all of my plumbing needs at this point. I have had seven plumbers at my house and none of them told me that my plumbing to my washing machine was not vented and that it was undersized.?I had multiple p traps when there should only be one. Which is why I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Mike and his assistant Junior who looks like my cousin. LOL
