Best Emergency Services in Seattle WA
David at All City Sewer Repair knows exactly what he's doing, he was very informative and confident on how to fix the issue. David not only replaced the broken pipe, he installed an all important washout system near the street. It turns out that the washout pipe has been mandatory in all new homes since 1971 and it's one of the most important elements to your sewer because it can help to prevent your house from flooding.

Will helped us install a new outlet, and fix 2 other outdoor outlets on our home which work great now. He also repaired an outdoor faucet which had started leaking. That was more complicated because of how it was integrated into the side of the house and needed some patching up afterwards, which he also did. It's been a little while since he completed the jobs and everything works great now. Highly recommended.

It was easy to set up an appointment: they have someone answering the phone instead of making you leave a message.
He came over to install a p-trap under the kitchen sink. The space was tight in there, but he figured out a way to connect all the pieces without taking too much apart, and without cutting open more of the cabinet. He was very friendly and professional too. Recommended if you're in West Seattle!

Erik D Plumber was highly recommended by some members of my CrossFit gym so I thought I would give them a call and compare their quotes to the other quotes I had received. They were very responsive and super easy to work with. Their quote was very reasonable and the plumber, Brian, who provided the quote is really friendly. We ended up choosing them to redo our shower valves as part of our shower remodel, fix the broken overflow and install a new waterline for our refrigerator - we can finally make ice! I will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

Sam is really great. I had an underground downspout get clogged. Sam was able to come on the same day during a big rain and got it fixed. He also explained to me what is the root cause and showed me other tips for how to maintain all the pipelines I have. Highly recommended!

We just moved into our new/older house and had problems from the first day. We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing, servicing King & Snohomish Counties. They were here the same day with an estimate, next morning they had the permit needed from the city and started working. We had a major sewer line issue and he (Henry) told us what needed to be done to fix it right. We had other plumbers the weeks before, they would work and charge us, and we still had the same problem a couple days later. I'm not sure what it would have cost to have some other company do what they did, but I know this ... You get what you pay for! Problem solved!! Thank you Henry and your coworker for doing such a professional job. Left everything just as it was, minus one huge bush out front that was part of the trouble and our pipes flowing freely! We will call again if we are ever in need of a plumbing issue, big or small.

Great best response I am able to correct the problem quickly. They were not cheap and the quote for additional services was very high. I certainly recommend them in an emergency

Excellent work. Very professional and timely assistance in getting a broken kitchen faucet fixed at a reasonable price.

I have used Action Jackson twice and was happy with them both times. They cleaned roots out of our pipes with water and also the snake. The first time they gave us and estimate and zero pressure and are waiting for a new estimate for the new problem. They were actually early both times and called ahead to make sure it was OK. I will definitely use them again.

Life saving!
Layne plumbing solved a potentially catastrophic plumbing issue the day before we had an open house. We were quoted $5000+ by the Big Named plumbing companies in the area, and the job would have to come after the all important open house. Layne plumbing was able to diagnose, and solve the issue that same day at a fraction of the cost. They were Polite, courteous, respectful, prompt, professional, and worked extremely clean.
They honored their price quote, were done ahead of schedule, and payment was easy. (They take cash, check or credit)
Although you hope that you never need a plumber, when you do, I highly recommend calling Layne plumbing. They are who I'll call the next time I need plumbing help!

FANTASTIC experience after (almost) being taken advantage of by a local competitor. Their quote was 3x less than than the 1st company.
Prompt and polite. I had a problem with my sewer line. PBP took it upon themselves to call the City and research what the City might be responsible for, if anything. Zach and crew - Kuddos, and thank you!

If I could give a 6 star rating, I would.
TLDR: I'm super impressed by Steve and Robert's dedication to their work. Despite Steve accidentally getting a cut on his forehead while on the job, he was so focused on it that he insisted on finishing the job before getting the cut checked out. (Not sure how I feel about that since I think checking out the wound should have been a priority, but definitely kudos to him for his dedication. Thank you Steve, at least my bathroom isn't flooding anymore).
Background:
My shower was leaking, so I called to set up an appointment with 2 Sons to come and take a look. Steve and Robert were very very professional on arrival, and were prompt in giving an estimate and walking me through what needed to be done to fix the issue. They were also very respectful, and took off their shoes as I requested.
Come the day of the fix. The issue could only be solved by installing a new shower faucet. Steve and Robert worked very hard to achieve the highest level of craftsmanship in installation. Despite the various unforeseen blockers once we exposed the pipes, they were very considerate of both the functional and aesthetic aspects of the shower faucet. They made sure there was very minimal changes done that could be seen from the shower. By the time they finished, everything looked as good as new.
Steve got a cut on his forehead while cutting out the tiles, and while he could very well have pushed the job off to another day (for good reason), he came back and were intent on finishing it. Thanks to him and Robert, I have a functional shower the day after the issue occurred.
I plan on addressing all my plumbing needs through 2 Sons now.

After having an estimate done on a side sewer issue....I discovered at 8pm that my toilet was leaking. After trying to fix it myself with no success I called Jafco and Dwayne who did my estimate was on call! He was here within an hour and had the toilet fixed in 15 minutes. And was kind enough to let me know what I did wrong (I needed two wax rings not one ...who knew) These guys are golden and Dwayne is the best! Seriously, I've dealt with numerous contractors and service companies and have never had such great customer service.

Consistent five stars between service both at my work and at home.
Just had them out again and it's all my spouse's fault. Spouse likes to do things like buy a cool new shower head at Costco and then just leave it in the box for four months. And then the dang shower p-trap was clogged again so spouse tried to use the magic coat-hanger they left us last time. Clearly there is technique to these things because spouse got the coat hanger STUCK. So after taking a shower with a sturdy bucket upside down over the metal sticking out of the drain (I don't want to win the Darwin Awards, thank you), I called Blake Plumbing again.
Janelle was awesome as usual. Brian was our plumbing expert today and he was great. He had that wire out of there so fast...knew exactly what was going on and how to deal with it. Boop...just like that. Done. He gets bonus points for not laughing at us, although we wouldn't have minded. :-) The new shower head is awesome and is far more useful installed rather than sitting in the garage in a box. Brian also noticed there was some calking around the faucet missing so he took care of that too.
At our request Brian also spent about 30 minutes with us investigating a non-functioning spigot in our horse pasture. Ultimately he didn't solve that little mystery (we didn't really expect him to) but we learned a ton just by talking to him and seeing his process.
Total bill $191.63 including tax. Part of me was hoping Brian would say, Nope, sorry. No way to get that coat hanger out. You'll have to remove the tub so you might as well remodel the bathroom but alas, no such luck. Dang, it would have been fun to tell stories about my spouse's $10,000 coat hanger. :-)
Thanks guys! You are truly awesomesauce!

Called Glenn on a Sunday morning of a 3-day weekend when we found our water line had broken in our front yard. He was here in about 30 minutes, and dug like a 20 year old and had the line repaired and everything covered back up within a couple of hours. Best response time ever!! Would highly recommend!!!

Jose and his son responded and arrived to our house in under 30 min to inspect a leak in our basement. They quickly determine the problem and had replaced the pipe. Jose was communicative and and thorough in his work. We will definitely be using Jose in the future for other plumbing projects.

We have a pipe leak in our crawl space. I got referral from my friend that has been using topgun for all their plumbing issues.
I called them and got an estimation from Al.
They are very responsive and accommodating for our needs.
They did a great job, now I have a trusted plumbing company that I can relay on.
Thank you Al & Erik, greatly appreciate your help.

I needed to replace a broken gate valve on my interior copper plumping system at the point where it went outside my house to a system in my garden. I called Louise and she had me take pictures with my digital camera and send them to her so she could quote me remotely. Her quote was very reasonable so we made an appointment for the next day with her co-worker Zack.
Zack was friendly and very quick at his job. He explained everything he did and helped me better understand the plumbing in my house by answering a myriad of questions. After finishing the replacement He cleaned up the little mess that was created by the work and was on his way. A nice plumbing experience!

Setting:
Our flooded kitchen. Wife 9 months pregnant and due any day. Without water, we were panicked.
I called Southwest plumbing to help us out. As with most plumbing outfits, the pricing will always shock you. But I get it. It's a service that is critical, usually emergency like in its nature and not one that most people can do well (or want to do).
I paid for their base fee, hoping it was an easy fix. They snaked and analyzed but we could not solve the clog which seemed to occur about 1-2 minutes away from the drain. I was told they would have to remove some exterior concrete and we were looking at a couple thousand dollars (with no guarantee of finding/fixing the troubled area).
My wife freaked. I panicked and told them I would have to do it myself. They offered me ways of saving (replace the removed concrete myself etc...) and told me I was getting a great deal. Considering the amount of work, I agreed it was a great deal, but I wanted time to think about it. It was very difficult to get them to leave at that point. In the end I had to lie and tell them my father was a plumber and he said he would travel up here to help me out in the next few days. After about 20 min, I convinced them that I would not need their service. They left to the tune of around $400.
With my problem not solved, a worried wife and a potentially huge bill looming over me I did what any man with any bit of belief in their own skills would do.....rented a 100ft snake from Home Depot.
In about 30 min time I was able to locate the clog (nearly 90 ft in) and remove it successfully.
In hindsight I can't be bitter with Southwest. They responded quickly and were up front with charges. I give 3 stars for the difficult time of getting them stop trying to force a more expensive solution and for the fact that they were not able to solve in around 2 hrs what I did in 1.
And the $400? I consider it the price of an education.

Brand new, first time home owner and I come home to significant water damage coming from the walls upstairs and flooding 2 rooms downstairs. Devastated! Rick and Mike came out first thing in the morning and found and fixed the problem within 30 minutes! I got tears in my eyes, thanking them for the immediate relief they brought to us! They even hooked us up with a follow up crew to fix the sheetrock and help with drying, and eased us with clear explanation on how the insurance process will work out. These guys saved my home and saved my Christmas! I couldn't be more satisfied!
