We tried to use Eric D plumbing but he said that they would not work if it had snowed.  He said that he had liability to take his truck out and didn't want a possible accident.  I am frustrated, I understand being swamped with work but the greater Seattle area now has snow every year for a week or two.  Plumbing is an essential service so why no work if it snows?   In fact, that's when plumbers are needed the most due to frozen pipes. I'm not talking a blizzard but only about 1 inch of snow.  That's what winter snow tires are for.      It would be like the police or firefighters saying, no, we don't go out if there is snow.  I'm probably biased because several members of our families are essential workers and they work no matter what.  We could really use more plumbers on the eastside.

ALL WAYS ROOTER has great customer obsession. Sam replied even in the evening on my kitchen sink clog problem and came early in the morning to help fix the issue. After Sam's work, he cleaned up everything. Highly recommend Sam for pumper work.

I called Mr. Rooter needed a same day service.  They were able to come and help within the same morning!  

Shamim with Mr. Rooter was amazing to work with.  He was very kind and courteous and did a great job getting a toilet wand  attachment out of my master bathroom toilet.

Jerry, what a great and honest guy. Called to set an appointment for some plumbing issues I am facing in my new house. He asked few questions via phone and told me how I can eliminate the bad odor that was coming from the sewer without he coming over. I did what he asked me to do and the smell was gone.

unprofessional BS artist. No quote, no results, and got pissy when I questioned his progress. paid $1000 for a hole in my yard. He said he'd do a waterline replacement and apply the grand toward that. I asked him to put it in writing and then talk. Never heard from him again. Fast talkier.
His guy Andy, who did the work, is a nice guy.

Used these guys in place of my regular plumber. Prices were good, finished work was good, couple hiccups.. no biggie. Scheduling was easy. Job was in Kent.

These guys showed up quickly. Two plumbers both very young were very professional, nice people and resolved two problems, sink piping and toilet repair efficiently. They wasted no time and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great work! I would definitely use them again.

These guys are a life saver.  Easy to schedule prompt service and reasonably price.  I have used them a few times personally and now my company uses them instead of the high priced vendors.  Thanks to these guys my plumbing problems are gone.

Incredibly impressed! The young team that came to our home came 2 hours after being called. The price quoted was the price I payed.  It was less than half of what another company had quoted.  They found the leak in less than 10 minutes and were kind and respectful.

Leon is very professional! He shows up on time and is very knowledgeable in a lot of different trades. My husband needed help with our kitchen remodel project so we hired Leon to tape, mud, sand and texture all of our new drywall. Both Leon and his apprentice did an amazing job in a short period of time for a very competitive price. We have a lot more projects lined up for around the house and we are definitely going to have them come back to help.

I posted a job needed on Yelp and Done Right was one of the first to reply. They came out a couple hours earlier than their window! They were unable to do the job because the boiler unit is a bit unique but I really appreciated their honesty and professional manor. Will keep them in mind for our future plumbing needs.

Affordable and honest work. This is a one man business and Walt charges the most fair out of every other plumbing companies that charges ridiculous minimums 100-250 without doing any work. Walt is old school but he gets the work done at the lowest cost. He helped cleared up a clogged sink pipe for me and replaced a cracked cap for less than $130. If you are not in rush and on budget, then Walt is your guy. If you need a scheduler and can afford to pay high dollars, then he is not your guy.

I noticed that our water heater broke down last night and reached out to We Do Water Heaters to see my options.  Brady at We Do Water heaters troubleshooted with me over the phone and due to the age of the unit, which was around 17 years, I decided that I needed a new unit.  He was able to arrange installation today.  The technician came in the morning and installed a new unit in less than an hour.  Overall process was very smooth starting w/ great communication, quality service, reasonable price and overall customer service.  I would highly recommend them.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

If I could give Joshua 10 stars, I would. He did an amazing job! He was on time, professional, had all the answers, all the fixes, just a really amazing guy. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing job done right!

When the water pressure in my house dropped dramatically, I began looking for a plumber. I found a BV. Their dispatcher was courteous and responsive. Hristo came out and quickly diagnosed the pressure. Reducer valve had failed. He replaced the outdated water isolation valve as well. His work looks fantastic and far better than what was existing. Thank you ABV Plumbing.

Just wanted to compliment Ally for a job well done. Christopher fixed our kitchen Fawcet on Tuesday. He was VERY professional and efficient . Performed the work on time and called to let us know when he would arrive . The customer service staff when I called was terrific and Travis was also exceptional in assessing our plumbing situation. Heater quit in the morning and called to have it looked at.  Couldn't get to it till the morning.  No worries there, could handle the cold with a couple of space heaters for one day.  Came out the next day and the guy that showed up couldn't get under the crawl space so they had to call another.  He showed up and performed the diagnostic and found a bad control panel.  Told me it would be $1,400 plus the $150 for the call!  I found a control panel on line for $385.  $1,100 for installation?  You got to be kidding me.  He then said my unit was old and said I could get a new one for around $3,600.  I said OK, send out a sales guy and I'll take a look.  No sales people until three days later.  I still don't have heat and it is getting down to 32 F at night.  Thanks a lot Hunt's Services.  I have been with them for over five years letting them service my equipment.  That ends here!  Don't waste your time with this company.
