Sherrie worked on my home by replacing one chandelier, two pendants, two light switches (to dimmer), and hanging a 26 lbs mirror on the wall.  She was professional, careful with the work (read the instructions in advance, etc), and asked for my feedback along the way on the work to ensure it looks good to me (light setting, etc).  She also texted me in advance so I knew she was coming (and she was on time).

The whole thing took four hours, which seems reasonable to me.  Sherrie worked efficiently as I was there the whole time.  Thanks again!

Just a heads up some advice from multiple Professionals I recently talked to including L & I of Washington.
Before even calling any contractor or business you are planning to do work in your home, check the website or call L & I of Washington you can use  secure.lni.wa.gov/verify  to check to see if all of the business's paperwork is in order.
Always get 3 written bids before getting any work done.  Eliminates any misunderstanding.

My husband and I are pretty DIY home savvy. Dean was able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and give us some quick solutions right over the phone. Because he was so helpful and kind, we will be looking to use his service in the future for a larger project.

Pretty good overall. Came on time, did the job. A little sketchy because right after they fixed one part of our plumbing another part failed... Also a little pricey.... but they got it done.

Good work and materials but expensive. Be sure to haggle on price. They gave me a 10% break but they'll only do it once.

Call Beacon at 9am, by 9:05 the the Tech Anthony called me, and him and Gato were at the house by 9:55. They were very courteous, quick to detect the issue, and did a great job fixing the issue. This is the second time I have called Beacon and am grateful at how quick they are able to respond and stop emergencies from getting worst. Thank you!

Pro's:
-Helpful and friendly, knowledgeably answered all my questions.
-Offered to deal with the city for permits.
-Answered the phone every time I called (even late night!)

Con:
-Bid for the job came in over $11,000.00 higher than the competitor who eventually got the job.

Really wanted to use them, but I couldn't pass up the savings i got from the other company.

Had a leak in shower on a Saturday and called a few other places, and got their answering services with a promise to call back but no timeframe offered. After an hour and no reply I called Beacon, got their dispatcher immediately, they gave me arrival window and within another hour tech was onsite working. Adrian was a pro, calm, knew his job and got right to it. Problem was pesky but he had a plan and stuck with it till he was done. He hit his quote, everything looked great and I was happy. I suspect there are cheaper company's, but worth the extra for professional work, and the quick peace of mind. Thanks!

I recently had Resicon install an electric furnace for me. I am very impressed with this company, the two men, Bryan and David, who did the installation were efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. They were very respectful of my home and I believe went over and beyond their duty as installers. Later I had occasion to meet with Jason, who also represented Resicon extremely well. I would recommend this company with no hesitance.  

As a side note I am 87 and the owner or Resicon has been very pleasant in trying to help me learn to work with my new thermostat. Thank you Resicon.

Dave explained all little part about replacing furnace and hot water tank. He had all the options ready to sell me. I could tell that he loved the company he worked for. And he persuaded me that Black Hills was a trusty company where I could work with. Overall, I am satisfied. The air feels comfortable!!!
