Best Water Damage Restoration in Seattle WA
Wow!! Travis and Premiere Plumbing are amazing. I emailed them via Yelp earlier this morning as we had no hot water. On the very same morning I received a call back from a very courteous and helpful gal who scheduled a service technician named Travis to come out right away. Travis was on-time, courteous, knowledgable, respectful, professional and pleasant to speak with. Not only does Travis possess all the right qualities that someone entering your home for a service related issue should have, but the best part is he got the job done and we have hot water again. I am truly pleased with their service from the initial and immediate response to the moment Travis pulled out of our driveway. Premiere Plumbing has not only earned my future business if/when we have plumbing needs, but my full and enthusiastic endorsement both in this Yelp review as well as when talking with any and all of my family and friends who have a plumbing need. Thank you Travis and Premiere Plumbing for a professional job well done!

I have used ZesBro plumbing twice now, once for a blocked drain (which they came out and fixed quickly and cheaply) and then again for a more serious problem (leak behind the wall in a downstairs bathroom).
In both cases i was impressed by their efficiency and general quality of service, i love that they come to the door with slippers in hand ready to take off their shoes so as not to get the place dirty. They clearly know what they are doing and take customer service very seriously. I don't intend to ever have to find a different plumber again.
Highly recommended

Update 2: So our basement flooding came back and Ally Plumbing sent someone else, who said the issue was an incorrect pump. We were very confused why the first two people who came didn't say this was the issue. They said they'd order a new pump and install. When my husband spoke to them the next day to understand why the first two people didn't correctly diagnose the issue, the woman on the line unapologetically said it was Bc it was the third time they'd sent someone, so this new person was a super specialist. This was so odd to hear, Bc does that mean the first two people weren't qualified plumbers?? Only when you need Ally Plumbing three times do they send a real plumber? When my husband asked about the pump the woman said the plumber who had come went on vacation and wouldn't be able to order the pump so we'd have to wait. We have a tenant downstairs with no working plumbing, poop on floors, and we are reimbursing her rent and desperately needed a plumber and then they can't help fix our issue quickly. I am so disappointed in Ally Plumbing after what started out as a great experience. Sadly, having super friendly staff who aren't knowledgeable isn't gonna cut it.
Update: Our basement issue happened again and Ally Plumbing sent someone promptly to fix it again--free of c.
We just recently started renting out our basement and yesterday morning our tenant texted and said the bathroom had flooded after her shower. This is every landlord's worst nightmare. I tried to call the plumber we usually use and he didn't pick up. Desperate, I went on Yelp and found Ally Plumbing. Someone responded immediately and said they'd send someone between 2-6pm. I don't know the name of the particular plumber who came to our house, but he was communicative and friendly. I was at work and he called me twice--once to let me know he was on his way and another to clarify the area in question in the basement. My husband met him at the house and texted me to say where did you get this guy? He is good. Ally Plumbing fixed our issue quickly and efficiently. They not only gave us a discount but provided a 30-day guarantee that if anything happens again they'd come out and fix it for free. We'll definitely be using Ally Plumbing in the future again! The old plumber info is going in the trash.

WATCH OUT FOR FEES!!!!!!!!
When you receive your bill from Fischer Plumbing make sure you're sitting down. We had a plumber out to our house to work on our water heater for 3.75 hours. What they don't tell you is that they charge you $75.00 right off the bat, just for coming over. Then it's $158 or so an hour there forward. I realized only later that when they quoted me over the phone $70 they were talking 1/2 hour. My bill for one visit totaled over $900. FLOORED.
On top of that they are difficult to get a hold of and seem to be kind of a mess. Our plumber came out once for 1/2 hour and then was to come back but I never got a call to follow up and reschedule so I called. The receptionist had no notes about my visit so she had to track down the plumber to find out if he was able to get in touch with the manufacturer of our water heater to answer some questions. Shouldn't there be some sort of paper trail or records or a follow up??
Lastly, they also replaced our garbage disposal. Luckily I knew better than to purchase a new disposal from them. Each of the three models they priced for me was $50 or more cheaper at Home Depot. Honestly, I get charging a little extra markup just for convenience but that's excessive and more than doubled the overall cost of the disposal we went with.
In short, stay away - lots of other options out there that won't hurt as bad as these guys to. On the positive side our plumber, Steve, was pretty awesome. I'd certainly use him again but not as long as he's working for Fischer Plumbing.
