Best Tankless Water Heater Repa… in Seattle WA

We had a deep clog in our washer drain. West Seattle sewer and drain was recommended by friends and I had met him before by chance... Bells went off ... I Liked this man when I met him. [ Bill ]
I called , spoke with Diane and made an appointment. he was on time fixed the problem and I can catch up on laundry.
I agree with whoever said he's honest to a fault . I won't hesitate to call him if I need a plumber again.

We recently bought a home and noticed that the bath water in the upstairs master bath was slightly discolored, so we reached out to Otter Plumbing to see if they could pinpoint the issue. Working with Shane, he was able to diagnosis the problem pretty much over the phone with the help of some pictures of the water. His knowledge of the issue was spot on, the water heater, which was confirmed when Otter was able to come over the next day for a service call. They were very professional and arrived right on time for our agreed appointment. They confirmed the water heater was the issue and were able to quote us a very reasonable rate for a replacement compared to other companies we had looked at. The installation process was quick and the company did a fantastic job in verifying that the new water heater fixed the issue, and that we were satisfied with the quality of work. They cleaned up the area, better than when they started the job, and made sure all the old equipment was removed. All in all, we would defiantly use Shane and his team at Otter Plumbing again, and would recommend them to others.

Had a sewage pump fail yesterday and called multiple plumbers that couldn't get the work done until the following week. Done Right was able to fit me in the day of, and quickly replaced the pump while preventing any sewage overflow. These guys were super professional and honest, and I would not hesitate a moment to recommend Done Right to anyone looking for skillful plumbing work.

Back to my original review, Thomas is very attentive to our needs and ensures any discrepancies are taken care of.

They were able to come out the very next day which was great as I had no hot water.  Dave was excellent.  He explained everything in detail and what the charges would be.  He removed the old water heater and replaced it in less than 2 hours.  I would definitely call them first when I have any plumbing issues.

They set an appointment time to work around my schedule and even arrived early. Their workmanship was professional and was completed in 45 minutes as estimated. The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

We got a crazy high quote (after paying the trip charge) on a Saturday from another company for installing a gas cooktop.  I declined and sent quotes out to several companies on Yelp.  Luke replied quickly with a fair quote and was able to come by later that day to do the installation.  Very nice, very professional and now we have our range working!  Definitely planning on using him again for our plumbing needs!

I called them at noon with a minor emergency in home (water leaking from between the first and second floor.  They were the only company that came out to where I live that said that they could have someone there that day.  At 4pm, they called and said that they could not come out that day but they would definitely have someone out there by 9am the next day.  I took a few hours off of work and waited for them.  At 11am, I called to find out what was happening, I was told that the plumber who would help me had started work and I was his first call, so he should be there soon.  He arrived at 12:30pm.  So I ended up taking the entire day off.

The plumber who helped was friendly and kept me informed of what was going on.  At one point, though, he wanted to cut a large hole in a bedroom wall to replace the entire shower/tub mechanism.  This made no sense, because the leak did not happen when we just ran water from the shower and tub.  It only leaked when water splashed against the wall.  He continued to insist that we had to replace the entire thing ($1250).  I was assertive and after he put silicone around a couple of pieces that were easily removed and replaced, the leak was fixed ($200).  I am glad that I was assertive because I would have had a lot more dry wall to fix if I hadn't been.  

Cannot recommend.

dave a great owner operator, answered the call and came out as so as he could, got my broken water line fixed in no time, was fair with the price and did an excellent job. Way better to call them and not those crazy TV advertising plumbers that way over charge.

I do not recommend this business.  We hired them and trusted them as professionals to advise us, give us options, and do a good job. None of this happened. After thousands of dollars spent,  we have been quite disappointed.

These guys just fixed a hole in my pipes and got rid of a clog.  The only reason I won't give five stars is the wait time for them to show up.  Otherwise, super nice and professional.  They did a great job and made sure to clean up afterward.  I felt they really took the time they needed and were very thorough.  Beau is super hot too so having him show up at your door is not a bad thing.

Editing review with update.. they did come out same day to fix the leak but I'm not sure if it was only because I left a bad review. I'm hoping they change the way they run their business/ plan company retreats,  so no one has the potential to be left with a leak for 3 days. I appreciate that the plumber was able to come out right away and solve the issue.

Please never use this company. I don't even know how to give negative stars but I would if I could. First the plumber arrived a half hour after the 12-4 window so didn't arrive until 4:30 and was there during dinner time. They charged a $100 more for the faucet and garbage install then other companies.. and to top it off the garbage disposal is leaking. When I called to have it repaired on a Thurs morning they said the entire company was on a white river rafting retreat and no one could come until Monday .. they said the owner could not be reached to discuss a refund so that we could hire someone else to fix the leak. Please save your money and trouble and don't use them.

They were prompt, quick, and professional. We had a clogged drain in our kitchen, and it was cleared out, no problem. Clogged drains are relatively simple, so it wasn't a major project, but I appreciate the professionalism. After the service, we asked a few questions to learn how we could prevent it from happening any time soon. Our tech was super knowledgeable, and we learned a lot through our conversation. If/when we have other issues, we'll come back. Such a pleasant experience!

Super fast service! I needed a toilet and shower repair and top gun plumbing was able to come out the very next day. I was very happy with their service.

Wezee's plumbing proves to be the best I've ever used. I have contracted lots of different construction companies, plumbers, roofers gardeners and Wezee's proves to be the best of all. Not only were they prompt, They were in and out so quick up to the task. Their staff was very professional and curious, they cleaned up after themselves they showed up on time and were here when they said they were going to be here. Their prices are reasonable, really reasonable and they exceeded my every expectation in a plumbing company....I would highly recommend them and I will use them again. And I am very picky, ask anyone.

Todd really seems to know his stuff.  I've used him several times before and I even recommended him for a larger water heater job in a condo complex I used to live. But, I just called him up to get a second estimate from him on a job where the original quote seemed a little high.  I had told him that I had already talked to another plumber before he came.

Todd came out and looked at the project and gave me a quote. I had tentatively set up the appointment with the other plumber, but was willing to cancel that, as we still had to firm things up with the other plumber. Before Todd left, when I told him that I had made the appointment with the other guy, Todd got really irritated with me, and said I don't have time for this, do you know how busy I am???  As he stormed off, I was trying to tell him I was still making a decision, he said well that's ok, because I just did  and he drove off.    I would have canceled with the other guy.  The truth is I never even got to finish my sentence.  

Unbelievable he would act this way and get so pissed off.  I'm a professional real estate investor, and I work with different contractors all the time.  I always get a second quote, and I've never had anyone get angry with me because I happened to have things set up with another guy.  It's really none of their business if I have an appointment set up with another guy.  This is common practice.  If it turns out that someone brings along better service, I will change things up.  Plumbers seem to charge almost as much as surgeons these days.   God-forbid he'd take a little time out of his busy schedule to get a bid in on a job, especially for someone that has funneled a lot of work his way up until now.  

So - I give Todd five stars for the work he does and 1 star for people skills when dealing with frustration.  I know things are good now for plumbers but at some point they will slow down, then maybe he'll have a little less of a myopic perspective on how he treats people.

One customer well taken care of could be more valuable than  $10,000 worth of advertising.

I don't recall saying I wanted to see if the other plumber was ripping me off, but that's not the point.  I've never come across a contractor, tradesperson, etc. who balked so hard at the idea of me getting more than one quote, and I've definitely never even heard of one verbally unload on a customer and abruptly end a conversation/relationship, because someone had the audacity to waste a whole ten minutes of his day.  Obviously,  business is good enough for Todd Allred that he doesn't need my business, he just shouldn't expect five star reviews for getting unglued so easily.  Again, this is especially surprising in consideration of the fact that I pushed for Todd to get the job of replacing all the water heaters in a 40 unit condo complex.  I went to bat for him.  I honestly thought we were friends on some level.  I was just caught off guard and very surprised.

Working with Robert at Plumbing Masters NW was efficient, professional, and affordable. We called on late Saturday to schedule and he was available to come that day - but by that time our plans had changed so we rescheduled for Monday. I received a call when Robert dispatched to our house and he fixed our toilet quickly. The whole time they were upfront and fair about costs.

Brian has saved us a few times from house leaks.

The first time the main was cracked somewhere, pouring water into our driveway. Brian responded to our call for help very quickly, came out the same day and gave us a very reasonable bid (unlike the few other companies we called which asked for large emergency fees before coming out and didn't even have time to come out immediately - 24 - 48 hours out for a main leak!). Brian found where the leak was coming from after digging for a few hours, patched the main line, and installed a new main shut off (previously a wrench was required to toggle the water to the house), all for much less than other companies quoted over the phone.

The second and most recent time Brian came out was to assess and fix a downstairs can light leaking water. Brian responded quickly and came out the same day we called. He quickly found the upstairs toilet seal was no longer viable, resealed the toilet, and cleaned out the leaky can light, again for a very reasonable price.

Brian is a great plumber and I highly recommend him and his team. Thanks so much, Brian!

Luis came to our house promptly and able to figure out our issue and solved our problem. I did ask about a warranty for the work he explained there wasn't, but if we had problems he'd come back himself. Quality service I would definitely recommend!
