Price Busters Plumbing & Sewer Plumbing Service
I have used, (or have tried to use) many plumbers over the years. For this job, I got three other bids. The plumbers I got the bids from were the highest rated I could find on this site. Price Busters was the fourth and last to come over to bid and I am very glad I called them!! None of the others could compare to Zach and his team at Price Busters!  They came over on the same day that I called and had the best price by far! They were less than a third the price of the highest bid! They also completed one job on the spot ( replace in-ground sewage pump ) and did the second job of adding hot and cold water spigot on my deck first thing the next day. They used high-quality parts and worked quickly and then cleaned up all the mess like they were never there! Highly highly recommended!!

2 Sons Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air Plumbing Service
I'm giving them 5 stars due to their customer service!!!

We had a clogged drain for a couple of days and after trying Liquid Plumber for 2 days and then using a 25 ft snake, it became apparent that calling a good plumber was the next step.

I called Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing and was greeted professionally and politely by Kelci who took my appointment. I was surprised that someone in dispatch knew so much about the business. She answered ALL of my questions like she fully understood how the business was run and told me to expect someone soon.

Later, I got a call from Maria(?) who was super nice on the phone confirming that a plumber would be here at the scheduled time of my appointment.

Next thing ya know, Josh shows up at the door. HOLY SH*T! Does this guy knows his stuff or what!!? JOSH made us feel like we were in good hands (scratch that) GREAT hands for calling J2SB! His knowledge and service was fantastic!!!!

In the end, my neighbor told me he could do the work for free, so we decided to go that route, but if we hadn't been that lucky I would have felt perfectly comfortable paying for the high quality customer service we received.

JOSH, you rocked!!!

Jafco Plumbing and Sewer Plumbing Service
Great experience, work was timely and on their quote--i would definitely recommend them.  We called them because we received a suspicious quote from another company that was literally 7 times higher than what we ended up spending.  We got good service/honest advice.

Wezee's Plumbing Seattle Plumbing Service
I work at Arrow Hair and Beauty, a little salon in Belltown. Over the winter our hair washing sinks broke and we couldn't find anyone who could help, and kept getting passed around and with insane quotes that we couldn't afford. This was obviously a huge problem that we needed to fix as soon as possible and we were so lucky to stumble upon Wezee's Plumbing. They were fast, efficient and affordable, and we are so happy to have things running smoothly again! We're almost back into fall and there is absolutely no leaking whatsoever. The next time we need a plumber we will definitely be calling them!

Otter Plumbing Plumbing Service
I was doing a huge updating project in my house that was not going well. I reached out to Otter Plumbing regarding installing new sinks and faucets in my kitchen, master bath and powder room as well as a new garbage disposal. They were able to quickly come in, complete the project so we were able to use our bathrooms and kitchen again and even identified and corrected an issue with the plumbing under my kitchen sink that would have prevented my new faucet from working properly if left as is. Shane was super knowledgeable, kept me informed and provided recommendations and ideas to ensure i was getting the result i was after. The end result was perfect, exactly what i wanted, done in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I completely recommend them and will use them again when the need arises!

Joe the Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air Plumbing Service
Joe and his crew did excellent work. He stopped by ahead of time and talked through the job and gave me a quote. He replaced my main line as well as installing a faucet and doing some repairs. When the day came for the install him and his crew did an excellent job. They tunneled under my sidewalk and then trenched my front yard. When they were done my yard still looked great and far better than I expected. I would recommend him with no reservations.

Mill Creek Plumbing Plumbing Service
I've used Mill Creek Plumbing twice in the past year for my condo in Mill Creek. They were easy to reach and schedule an appointment. They always were on time for the appointment.
They did only the job asked to do without trying to escalate the actual problem like other companies do.
Their work was excellent at a reasonable cost.
Great company!

B & J Plumbing Plumbing Service
Austin and his crew are professional, wore masks during their visit, and got the job done.

I hired B & J Plumbing for a master BR rough-in on seven new fixtures. Out of four plumbing companies, Austin walked me through every step. He ensured that my questions was answered promptly and he provided significant guidance towards this remodel.

The company is family owned and spans three generations of plumbers. Austin, the latest owner, is personally transforming and expanding the business with a stronger web presence.

I strongly recommend going with B & J for your plumbing projects.

I Need a Plumber Now and Sewer Services Plumbing Service
Contacted this company for a toilet repair, but ended up replacing it due to the age.  Very satisfied with the toilet replacement.  Ryan was very professional, pleasant, and on time.  I was given a time frame, and he called prior to arrival.  He was informative with the process and explained all the pertinent parts.  Highly recommend & will do business with them again!

Beacon Plumbing Plumbing Service
My external faucet pipe broke during last winter. It needed to be replaced because otherwise when turned it on it would leak water into my house. I called them up and to my amazement, they came out same day. They charged $75 just to show up but I don't care about that: it cost the business money to send someone out anyways. I don't know why people have problems with charging that fee. They gave me the quote. I was blown away by how expensive it was going to be. Is this the going rate for plumbing work these days?, I asked myself. Perhaps it is, so I agreed to the work not knowing any better.

They installed the new faucet and the thing was basically fixed. But there was no way to shut off the water from going to the faucet during the winter. So I had them install shut off valves for the hot and cold water lines. Basically it's a valve with a handle. They gave me the quote. Yikes. That's expensive. Is $$$$ for each shut-off-valve-thingy with a handle worth $$$$?, I asked myself. Maybe.

After the work was done, they had me sign their digital-payment-processor-hand-held-device-thing. The plumber said the first attempt did not go through, so I did it again. More on that later....

After they left, there was a gaping hole in the wall where the work was done, with pipes exposed and everything. I guess in the paperwork they said they don't fix holes where they worked. Fine, I guess. The silver lining is that I taught myself how to patch up holes in the wall. One small problem: when the valves are shut off and the handles in the closed position, the handles protrude through where the access panel would be. They installed the valves this way. So, during the fall and winter months, the panel must be removed and expose the pipes (if I want them shut off that is). That's sloppy work for the amount of money I paid.

Speaking of money I paid: they charged my credit card twice with the hand-held-payment-device. I discovered this several days later when routinely checking my checking and credit accounts. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they did it by accident. By this time I was not happy with this company. I disputed the second charge with my credit card company, who is waiting to hear back from Beacon. As far as I can tell, there has been no response.

The good: they came out same day and fixed the problem, although could have been better.

The bad: they charged me twice and did not catch it themselves. I had the foresight to give them my credit card and not my debit card. They need to do a better job with their accounting controls. Double-billing is a very easy thing to catch for them.

Affordable Plumbing of West Seattle Plumbing Service
After several calls to larger plumbing outfits and not being satisfied with what they knew about whole house systems, I was lucky to find Chris at Affordable Plumbing of West Seattle. He was familiar with the Aquasana brand that I had just purchased and approached my job with a can do attitude that I greatly appreciated. Chris was knowlegeable and made me feel confident of my choice. I will hire him in the future and would reccomend him when asked.
Thanks, Chris!

Butterfield Plumbing Plumbing Service
I have used Butterfield multiple times over the years, 3 times this year as it happens.  Each time booking an appointment is easy.  They always show up on time which can be usual for call out work.  They are very knowable and do the job efficiently.  For times when they need a different part they return that same day.  And so far each tech that has visited is very pleasant and friendly.   Nothing bad to say about Butterfield, only good things.  Totally recommend them and have.

Robison Plumbing Service Plumbing Service
My husband and I walked out to the garage yesterday and it smelled wet. We look up on the wall by the water heater and it looked like something in the wall was leaking. We haven't had the need to use a plumber since moving here two years ago, so I turned to the google. Robinson came up, and it said that they were open 7 days a week, and it being a Sunday afternoon, they seemed like a good choice.

I called the main line and the woman was super nice. She said she would tell the person on call and we could decide if the problem was urgent or not. Marcus called and was able to figure out the problem from my husband talking to him and a few pictures sent via text. He told us it wasn't in the wall, it was a small tank over the water heater and would be an easy fix! He even offered to get us in that night when he finished the appointments he had set up.

Marcus was super nice and helpful. He got the problem fixed in no time! Robison will be our go to plumbers and we will be sure to mention them whenever we can.

Beacon Plumbing - Seattle Plumbing Service
Be aware of these guys.  They play the numbers game.  Don't care if they win some and lose some.  Call Beacon about my furnace and lack of heat.  Told on they would be out between 9 - 12p on a Saturday.  Did get a call, but didn't show up until after 5pm.  I had another company out the day before so I knew what the issue was, but wanted another opinion.  Tech guy Jon. diagnosed the issue and present a fix:  I needed a new circuit panel for $1,975, plus standard service for $108 taking it up to a $2100 fix.  The day before I had a quote for $950 (still far too much) for the same circuit panel.  Jon's goal was to sell me a new furnace and therefore price the fix high enough that a $3800 and a $4800 new furnace might be appealing.  He provide two new furnace options - completely a joke.  When I challenged him on the part pricing from his competitor he played dumb and amazed at the price.  He didn't care about anything other than trying up sell.  It is clear that Beacon's task is to drive as much revenue possible per truck with the best interest of the customer not important.   In the end I had my furnace circuit panel replaced for $535 with absolutely no issues or up sell pressure.  I used Greenwood Heating and will use them again.  Stay away from Beacon.
