Best Septic Tank Services in Seattle WA
Great service! Fast, friendly, professional, comprehensive, and fairly inexpensive. Dan came out to clear a clog on the same day that we called. He did a quick inspection, pinpointed the problem area, and cleared it in record time. Admittedly not a big job, but well done.
They were running a bit late due to earlier service calls, but I give the company props for calling to update us on the later arrival time. Some jobs take longer than expected, that's understandable, by keeping us informed of the slight delay, we didn't have to worry.
Would definitely use this company again. Great job.

I am disappointed. We spent $350 on just labor to replace a garbage disposal that didn't even take 20 minutes. That just seems too much.
I had a new Insinkerator unit I wanted to be installed, but I was also encouraged to buy their not-so-great garbage disposal instead because their unit came with a new power cord. However, I keep reading online, including the Insinkerator website, that I could have reused the existing power cord from the old unit (it would have been an easy swap). I suggested it at the time but the technician didn't want to consider the idea. I think I was misled by a lack of experience and ended up spending much more for a garbage disposal I really don't like. I really wish I had shopped around more before settling on 2 Sons. I will next time.

Very satisfied with their service! They were able to book an appt the next day, and worked hard to resolve the issue, and at an extremely fair price. Can highly recommend.

So I never write reviews, but my experience with this business was pretty awful and confusing.
My family and I needed to update our plumbing at our home and we were referred to Wezee's.
They conducted an initial inspection very promptly and scheduled a date for the actual project, saying it would only take one day and quoting a very reasonable price. However, the day comes...and they don't show up. No call, no nothing. We call them, ask if there was some confusion, and our appointment is rescheduled to the following week with no explanation.
The 2nd appointment day comes...they don't show up AGAIN. They don't call AGAIN. We call them multiple times and when we finally get through, they claim that they are having an emergency and it will have to be rescheduled. They told us they would show up and we decided that we should give them one last chance.
The 3rd and final appointment day comes...they still don't show up and remain as incommunicative as ever. they don't call, they don't respond to our inquiries. To this day we have had no explanation. We finally were just too confused and frustrated with the whole situation so we called someone else who could get the job done.
Its understandable that things come up but what kind of business treats a client like that? Perhaps our location was too far away or the site wasn't feasible or the job was beyond the limitations of this company... any of which is totally understandable, I would imagine, as long as the client is informed of it! It's too bad. We were initially very stoked to work with this company but the actual experience was terribly disappointing and a waste of time.

I was doing a huge updating project in my house that was not going well. I reached out to Otter Plumbing regarding installing new sinks and faucets in my kitchen, master bath and powder room as well as a new garbage disposal. They were able to quickly come in, complete the project so we were able to use our bathrooms and kitchen again and even identified and corrected an issue with the plumbing under my kitchen sink that would have prevented my new faucet from working properly if left as is. Shane was super knowledgeable, kept me informed and provided recommendations and ideas to ensure i was getting the result i was after. The end result was perfect, exactly what i wanted, done in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I completely recommend them and will use them again when the need arises!

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day. Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly. Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish. I definitely recommend them!

Adam is a skilled and versatile plumber, and works and thinks like an engineer. He was able to help us install a tankless water heater in a small attic with only hatch access, remove the old tank heater using pulleys, and also install a concentric vent system with a custom elbow attachment. He also quickly installed an air gap on our kitchen sink including drilling a hole into a quartz countertop. And above all he is very responsive and reasonable with his rates. I highly recommend Adam and Goldstar for any plumbing job.

I was doing a load of laundry and running the dishwasher at the same time and water started to bubble up in my shower, bath tub and toilet. As you can imagine I panicked?! I found Professional Plumbing via Yelp and was impressed by the consistent 5-star rating and numerous reviews from so many customers. I have found it rare that any business has such an impressive history. I called at around 8:00P and Shane arrived at my house within the hour, just as he said he would. He was quickly able to troubleshoot my issue and determined that I had a main drain break. He walked me through every step of the way and showed me the blockage / break via his camera system. The solution was very involved and required all new pipes and fittings under the house. It was a big job. Shane's communication was outstanding. He was easily available via phone and text. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very transparent throughout the entire job. I was very impressed by Shane's professionalism and direct communication. His pricing was fair and competitive. I did not feel he gouged me or took advantage of the situation even though he could have considering I had an emergency situation. I would HIGHLY recommend Shane and Professional Plumbing. His service was exemplary! He is a trusted, experienced professional with outstanding communication clearly setting expectations. Thanks again, Shane. Your number is saved in my phone.

As brand new homeowners, this was the first maintenance issue we encountered and had to brace ourselves for the unexpected expense we didn't know if we were financially prepared for. Joe was professional, reliable, and affordable, and fixing our problem was pretty painless. We will definitely be hiring him again for our bathroom tear-out later this year!

I needed to have a pressure regulator valve installed in my home. I called Mill Creek Plumbing for two reasons:
1) They are located very close to my house
2) how could you not go with a 5-star-rated company?
Steve (owner) answered my call promptly, and dispatched his team (John and David) that morning (even though it wasn't a high-priority repair, he got them out within the hour!)
I can tell you that John and David are worth their weight in gold. They installed the PRV in an hour, and helped me with another issue that arose while they were here.
If I owned a plumbing company, I would hire these two gentlemen in a heartbeat. I got a very fair deal, one that was $400 less than the first quote I received!
Thanks so much John and David for your help!

Austin and his crew are professional, wore masks during their visit, and got the job done.
I hired B & J Plumbing for a master BR rough-in on seven new fixtures. Out of four plumbing companies, Austin walked me through every step. He ensured that my questions was answered promptly and he provided significant guidance towards this remodel.
The company is family owned and spans three generations of plumbers. Austin, the latest owner, is personally transforming and expanding the business with a stronger web presence.
I strongly recommend going with B & J for your plumbing projects.

It was a small plumbing issue, a dish washer backing up. But it was close to the holidays when I needed it to work, and Vortex Plumbing was able to send someone the next day after I called. 4 Stars for prompt response and scheduling.
The plumber arrived on time the next morning. He noticed the kink in the outlet plumbing and used a hose clip to increase the flow of water through that stretch (he explained that would be cheaper than him replacing the entire plumbing hose). He then uncovered the countertop drainage and push some wire through it to ensure there were no food lumps. Ran the dish washer, and it worked great. But the cost of the hose clip is less than $2, and his actual work time was about 15 mins. He committed to leave the invoice later that day or following day. MIA.
I had an electrician and his trainee working on installing a security camera today. The parts included commercial tubing and they spent a solid 1.5 hours. When I compare both invoices, the plumbing was 65% of the electrician.
In summary, if you need immediate prompt attention, they are responsive. Price vs work effort is terrible. You will feel you have been gouged.

I am so impressed with these guys! Customer service is really important to me and it was impressive to actually experince GREAT service from when I spoke to Tim on. I was super nervous about finding someone new after my trusted plumber retired from an injury so I am happy to have found my new go-to! Andrew was super communicative, thorough, and I could tell he cared about doing a good job. His apprentice was also great! It can be super intimidating having complicated plumbing done but these guys made it easy.

Called them and told them exactly what we needed and where the issue was and they came out and told us they couldn't help. Still charged us $229. I don't care if they can't help or even have to charge a fee, but that fee is ridiculous!

What other business or industry do you know that charges $75 to come and give you a quote on a new HVAC system? I understand a $75 fee for repairs or minimum charge for a service call but $75 fee to give a quote on a new system?
- This would be like a real-estate agent charging you $75 before they decide if
they want to sell your house or not?
- Or what about a lawyer that charges you $75 before deciding if they want
to represent you?
- Maybe I want to get my car detailed or house cleaned? Is the service
going to charge me $75 to give me an estimate on that?
When you are looking to spend $5k+ with a company it is beyond me how they can justify a $75 fee to give you a bid? What if they aren't the lowest bid? (Apples to Apples) What if after they give you a bid it is way more than you expected and you can't afford it?
Certainly Beacon has built a good business financially and it seems they have more work than they can handle, hence the $75 to give a bid on HVAC system, but should they ever start looking for more work maybe they should spend some time hustling out on the road instead of spending all their time on radio ads.
Update: called two other HVAC companies after calling Beacon. Both are stopping by today to give a quote on a whole home AC system. They do not charge for quotes.

After several calls to larger plumbing outfits and not being satisfied with what they knew about whole house systems, I was lucky to find Chris at Affordable Plumbing of West Seattle. He was familiar with the Aquasana brand that I had just purchased and approached my job with a can do attitude that I greatly appreciated. Chris was knowlegeable and made me feel confident of my choice. I will hire him in the future and would reccomend him when asked.
Thanks, Chris!
Thanks, Chris!

After spending $400 on another plumber who couldn't fix the leak Kevin and Thomas showed up and did an amazing job. I never realized how much plumbing is like being a detective - you can't replicate exactly what happened at the time and you have to look for clues. These guys took their time, isolated the problem, and fixed it for about a 1/5 of the cost of the other guys. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Everyone at this Company is super helpful and you can tell they really care about you. Connie and Robin really listened to me and made sure I had an appointment as soon as possible! Todd is a super knowledgeable plumber and even walked me through how to do basic maintenance on my unit to help it work more efficiently. Todd was extremely straight up with what I needed- and I appreciate that.

nope, they're not going to adjust their overinflated prices.
Let me just say this: they quote you the price BEFORE they look at your problem, it doesn't matter what needs to be done. Unfair to the customer? You bet.
I hope the 'invisible hand' of the free-market does its job and beacon goes out of business for their poor customer service, overinflated prices, and refusal to change their pricing policy when so many customers complain about the same thing!
