Best Septic System Inspection in Seattle WA

I saw on my camera a gentlemen peeing on my house and i thought, why? Is asking to use my restroom to scary?

After heavy rains threatened to enter the crawl space under our house, I called The Drain Doctors for help.  In less than a week, Joe Hartwick jumped into action.  He used his expertise, tools, and common sense to track down multiple points of failure hidden underground for  20+ years.  He maneuvered around large boulders and an elaborate drainage system with ease.  During the entire experience, I found Joe to be authentic, hardworking, and dedicated to resolving our drainage issues.  His customer service, follow-up, and root cause analysis were excellent.   I am relieved to stop searching for a drain doctor that I can trust.  Thank you, Joe, and the team at The Drain Doctors!

I have to dispute Tom's statements.  I called at 12:15 stating that I was already there and inquired about when to expect them.  I was not given a time but was told that it would be ok to go home since I live 15 minutes away.  My time slot was afternoon .  I didn't realize exactly what that meant I guess.  I went back at 3:30 to make sure that I was there.  At 4:30 we called again since we had not heard anything and were told that the truck was still at a job that he had started at 2:00.  I finally gave up and left at 5:30 and at 5:45 got the call the the driver was on his way.  That isn't afternoon anymore, that is evening.  I get that things happen and jobs go long sometimes.  Call me let me know what is going on.  I should t have to chase anyone down to give them my business.  I called AAA septic and was given a 2 hour window.  I can live with that.  I should have asked for referrals in the first place.

They came and did a sewer scope and gave me a $49,000 estimate to fix my clay sewer line they told me was failing.  They also said it had lots of newly cut out roots that would spread out further when they grew back.  It would have been a nice check for them.

My second opinion was with Sewer Inspector, they were wonderful.  Call them and you won't be sorry.  They charged me $200 to do a scope, explain the photos,  walked me down the street and showed me where my sewer line runs.  They also gave me a detailed receipt with photos etc.  Sewer Inspector is located in Tacoma.  They just do scopes, so they are not biased about the fixing of the lines.

I'm so lucky I didn't go with Hart's recommendation.

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE! I wish I could give this company 6 stars!  if you require plumbing, don't bother calling anyone else! I can't say enough how much I appreciate finding this company because they hit all the marks that anyone would want out of customer service and price!  

We had a septic tank failure and I called two other companies that never even called me back for a couple of days, so I found this company on Yelp.  I spoke with Bill late Thursday and we had two brilliant techs (Derek and Andrew) at 9:45am, the next morning. Not only that, but they even had a city schematic of my septic drain field (from providing my address to Bill) so they knew exactly what they were dealing with. They assessed the issue quickly and we're done within a couple of hours! And to make things better they are super reasonable in price!
 So to sum it up before you call ANY other plumbing service, give these guys a call first!
