Best Outlet Repair in Seattle WA

After Hours Services Plumbing Service
Will just finished a 3rd plumbing job for us. Each job has been done exactly as needed and for a reasonable price. Will goes above and beyond great service to give fantastic service. It's hard to find reasonably priced plumbing services that are done so well. Actually, on the 2nd job, he fixed a problem that a previous, very expensive plumber had messed up. We'd hire Will again.

Fixer - Seattle Plumbing Service
Fixer seems like it would be a great service if they were better about screening people out. We contacted Fixer for some help with an exterior door and they booked it without telling us that their contractors are not permitted to do structural work like reframing.

The Fixers who came out were very apologetic. It sounds like this happens all the time, and the Fixers regularly get sent on jobs they can't do.

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating Air Plumbing Service
Wow!  Seatown really knows what they're doing.  A skilled technician came out to assess our furnace shortly after it died, and a different highly skilled team completed the install.  Seatown had the foresight to stock up on furnaces, so we only waited a few weeks for a replacement despite supply chain shortages.  We will be sure to call Seatown for our next electric/plumbing/heating adventure!

Dean's Home Repair Plumbing Service
Dean is my New Year's Day Savior!
The hot water tank stopped working!
After trying DIY, we realized that this was beyond our diy you tube lessons. Desperately, I called 14 heating companies! The fact that it was New Year's Eve and the roads snow covered did not help!
Most of the heating companies had either no opening for another week or had taken the week off. One company told me that just to show up it's $500 even if they don't resolve the problem. The kicker was I had to wait for them 8a-4pm (this is at 0758 in the morning)  :(
Dean called and said he can be 'there at 10am'. He was apologetic for showing up 15 mins earlier than stated arrival. He got right to work, stating that this was due to the circuitry, not the 2yo water tank. It turned out the shady company that replaced the electric panel had wired the heater wrongly. Dean installed the proper circuit breaker, repaired the light and turned on the hot water! What an amazing human he is! We need more Deans in the world!
Dean is a down to earth humble guy! Genuinely nice and honest to boot!
He was fast, knowledgeable,  left his crocs at the door,  wore his mask and respectful of our space! I highly recommend Dean's Plumbing and electrical services!

South West Plumbing Service
Buyer beware.  They are ripping people off.  We got the most outrageous quote for a sewer job, and our house was torn up in the process of their diagnosis of what the problem was.  Seems like they are running an insurance scam.  Really upsetting experience.

Hunt's Services Plumbing Service
I hired this company in 2016 to repair a leaking pipe in my home and unfortunately had a terrible experience with the contractor, Josh, who is the brother of the company's owner. He overcharged me and kept increasing his service price saying there needs to be more tools and labor than he initially thought. It ended up costing 10 times more than what was quoted initially, and the final cost was around 4300 dollars. (Look at the picture, do you really think he did work that was worth 4300 dollars?)
He failed to properly explain the scope of the work and the final outcome, leaving me responsible for additional repairs and demolitions. The final result was not satisfactory and Josh's assurance that the job would be covered by insurance proved to be false.
I strongly suspect that the company, through Josh, deliberately misled me in order to get more money because Josh never told me to check with the insurance first, instead told me to pay him first and then get money from the insurance for myself which was not the proper way. When I attempted to address my dissatisfaction, it was difficult to get a hold of Josh, and the company showed little interest in resolving my complaints.
I would not recommend this company and advise others to be cautious when considering them, specifically when it comes to dealing with Josh.

Beacon Plumbing - Seattle Plumbing Service
I am so embarrassed that my husband and I got duped by beacon plumbing. In short, we paid them over $2,000 and all we got was a diagnosis, they wanted $4,000 MORE to fix it!!! We are brand new home owners, had only lived at our house for 2 weeks when we had plumbing issues. The reason we called beacon was because it was Friday night, but please don't make the same mistake!! Call your local plumbers, they will come during off hours also. The first visit was $800 just to snake the pipe, two days later the toilet wouldn't flush again. We called them again thinking since we just paid 800 that they would check it for free or fix it again. Nope. The second guy was at our house for LESS than one hour, charged us 1300, and says oh actually it's a busted pipe, you still owe 1300 but it will be 4,000 more to fix it. WHAT! We ended up getting a friend to fix it and it only cost $65, we lost all of our Christmas money and I just want to cry. They also lied at least a couple of times- the first crew said it was clogged with feminine products, obviously it ended up being a busted pipe but at the time I thought it was weird that they said that because we bought the house from an old lady. The first crew also lied and told the accounting dept that they offered us the camera service so now we can't get a refund and that was absolutely a lie. We're just new home owners and had to learn the hard way but I want to warn others from making the same mistake, DO NOT USE BEACON PLUMBING.

A Advanced Septic & Construction Services Plumbing Service
I just moved into my home the past year and wanted to have to have my septic pumped for peace of mind. They were quick with communication and arrived within a few hours of their target. The two people that showed up were kind, but like another reviewer mentioned, the main lead came out and poked a few hold in my yard and said it was going to take a lot of digging, soil was hard, etc. When I asked him how long it would take (at the $85 per 1/2 hour he quoted to dig), he said he wasn't sure but a recent job took them 4 hours. It was nothing more than a scare tactic, and obvious that they did not want to do it. When I told them to forget it, they said fine and charged me $231 just to come out. At that point I said to just empty the tank, which he replied again, dragging his feet, and that it was going to take so long, etc. etc. I was pressed for time so I wrote them a check and decided to take it up with the management. Adam texted me to follow up, I explained my experience, he responded by telling me that he listened to the initial call and I was not misquoted, which was not even my issue, so frustrating. I let him know I was not happy, he said he would escalate this to the foreman and have him give me a call and he will have the team reach out to me. A week later, no call, I asked him when someone would call me, he then gave me a number and told me to call Abel. I am so frustrated with this company and their follow up is horrible.

Black Hills Plumbing Service
I've been using Black Hills HVAC for about 18 months. They were the most responsive when calling out for a furnace that was making noise.  They fixed the problem with a new exhaust fan. At the same time they sold me on an annual plan which gave me a discount on the repair. The plan includes twice annual service and priority emergency call out. I don't care for these plans but signed up.  The first couple times they came out I was annoyed that they were focusing on selling me a new furnace.  Saying it could fail at any moment and a new one pays for itself in less than 5 years through energy efficiency.  I know better. It's still working.

The most recent visit to change filters didn't include a hard sell and I like that.  I also pointed out that the furnace began making noise shortly after the end of summer service.  The tech found a part that was left loose and fixed it. I liked that he owned the past mistake.

I like that BH HVAC calls in advance to schedule and remind of appts.  The receptionist is little over the top with happy happy but that's just me.
