Best Outlet Repair in Seattle WA
After Hours Services responded within 10 minutes to a request for a quote for replacing a busted garbage disposal and sink hose. Within 20 minutes, Will had an appointment time for me the next day and an estimate for the service. He showed up on time with advance notice, got the job done, and was very friendly with reasonable prices. Everything you can hope for when working with a plumber! I wouldn't hesitate to hire After Hours Services again.

Fixer responded to my request for bid through Yelp. They were so easy to work with, and were able to come to my property and fix my broken outlet the same day. The price was better than other bidders and I really appreciate how easy it was to work with them.

We had Tyler and Jaden from Seatown install recessed lighting, replace our bathroom fans, run two new circuits, and swap out and reconfigure more than half the light switches in our house with new Caseta ones. It was a pleasure working with them on this project. They were very responsive, on-time, and answered all of my questions (and there were many of them). Halfway through the project I asked about doing a few additional tasks (moving a light fixture and changing the wiring on our HVAC system). They took care of them without charging me a cent or extending the project length. They were very responsive about addressing feedback and requests for changes and did so even when there was nothing technically wrong with the original work. Based on this experience I'd happily recommend them to others looking for electrical work.

We were on vacation out of the country during the Xmas weekend when our tenant reported that the electric heater was not working. I called over 10 electricians and services that advertised 24/7 services but they are all just call centers that take your number down and pass it on. None of those guys got back to me until the next Monday, two days later. Dean was the only person to actually answer the phone every time I called. I ended up asking the tenant to use a space heater till I came back and it turned out he had just not reset the breaker properly but Dean will be the first person on my call list for electrical issues.

Southwest plumbing came out to do 2 jobs for me.
1) I had low hot water pressure in my shower. My diagnosis to the plumber that it was clogged with rust, required the water to the building to be turned off, pull the mixer, clean out and replace was accurate.
2) I had purchased a new freestanding gas range and needed it to be installed. (I removed the old one). I wanted the plumber to check the pipes and ensure there were no leaks after installation.
Two plumbers arrived on time at 9am after a courtesy call form the office earlier to say they would be there between 9 and 10am.
They were presentable and professional and I explained the 2 jobs and said it should be easy. They explained that it could be other things causing the low pressure but performing the clean out was a good place to start. The stove required a small length of gas pipe, a reducer and a coupling.
They completed both jobs and left the building at 10am (1hr for 2 plumbers). The water pressure was hugely improved and there was a significant amount of rust inside the mixer unit. The gas range was tested and work as it should.
The cost:
Job 1 - Code T925, Unclog shower mixer was $399.95
Job 2 - Code CT2413, Install range, was $339.50
Total for 1hrs work for two plumbers with less than $50 retail in parts was $739.45 plus tax.
Caveat emptor - Yes I could have got a couple of quotes but I felt this was a simple job and was saving by doing 2 jobs at once. I could have also done the work myself but am required by the HOA to have a bonded and insured plumber. I ended up paying because I had taken time off work to do this and trying to find someone else would have cost me more time of work.
I will probably chalk it down to experience and clearly never recommend them to anyone else, which is a shame because they did good work.
BBB.org and Yelp provide more insight to overcharging.

They showed up to connect a sink to waste plumbing and charged us $495. They claimed even though the job would take them 45 mins this is the rate they have to charge. It took them 15 minutes and we had to go through with this as we don't have time to reschedule with other companies. I hope to never work with them again and please reconsider booking an appointment with them.

Called Beacon Plumbing after basement started flooding. They came out within the same day and stopped the mess, now they're cleaning it up to prevent any bacteria from growing. The plumber was very knowledgeable and help us get the home insurance paperwork taken care. Great people to work with.

My septic system failed the inspection by another company who told me I need a new drain field. A Advanced Septic thinks it is repairable. Their crew is very competent and professional. It took a full day to get repair work done with job site clean. It has passed inspection. Thanks for the good work.

I'm so grateful that Ismael and Brian came today.
Our main water line broke underground between the meter and the house.
I was able to dig the hole and pin-point the issue, but I was unable to fix the issue myself.
I decided to call Beacon Plumbing 425-679-9500 based on google search.
The operator stated upfront that there would be $100 charge for the visit and that the crew would be at our place within an hour!
The crew called me before arriving to ask more details about the issue, so that they can come prepared with all the parts needed.
In an hour, Ismael and Brian arrived at our place (7pm), inspected the issue and provided clear price estimate.
They've been very detailed and explained clearly what they would be repairing and even shown me the materials they would use.
I accepted the price estimate and the crew started working on the repair - me watching them so I can learn.
Both Ismael and Brian were very professional throughout the repair.
They disassembled the fittings and re-done the connections. It was not an easy job as the main water line was quite deep underground and there was not much space to work in.
Ismael and Brian helped me understand what they are doing and why throughout the repair.
They've very detailed and made sure that no debris/dirt gets trapped in the pipes, they've even vacuumed the pipes before making the connection.
After the repair was done (9pm), we did turn the water on and let it run for a few minutes, from the outside hose bibs, to flush any debris, and to check if the new connection is not leaking.
Then in the house to make sure we have running water in the house.
Ismael double-checked the connection for any leaks before completing the job.
After the repair, the crew suggested and did put a yellow stripe around the hole, so that nobody can fall into it.
I'm so grateful for the amazing job that Ismael and Brian did today.

They charged $400 for a new furnace thermostat. That is an outrages price, especially since I found the same thermostat after they installed it for $125 installed $200 with warranty elsewhere. The only reason they provided for such a ridiculous price for the thermostat was it under warrant for 5 years and they installed it. I will never use this company I feel they charges are extremely high and poor quality work. Still don't have a working furnace, something new is wrong, need a different tech for new problem.
