Best Leak Repair in Seattle WA

The guys came out to clean roots out of the sewer line and give us a quote for replacing said line. No, they are not the cheapest but they are informative and professional. To me that is worth paying a bit more than someone that will probably do a half a** job. We will be using them again for plumbing work.

Mark came out to fix a leak in my shower. After the first part wasn't enough to solve the issue (we were hoping, but alas), he came back and used another part. He was SO responsive and courteous the whole time, and didn't charge us for coming back to install the second part. Totally went above and beyond and I will definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs!

Bill was available on short notice, and he showed up with a smile on his face. Very knowledgable and affordable. I'd recommend him!

It's Labor Day and we were doing a home repair. Of course something goes wrong and we break a pipe. Dave came right over and capped it off so we could at least have water in the rest of the house! He is a lifesaver. So thankful for honest , helpful small businesses like this! Thank you

ALL WAYS ROOTER is the plumber to call when you need someone fast and responsive. Our kitchen sink was spewing sewage water all over and Sam was able to come within the hour.  He fixed the problem and cleaned up the mess. Im extremely appreciative and won't hesitate to call him again.
We called other plumbing services only to be told it would be 4 days!!!!! Not acceptable with the mess we were dealing with.

The plumbing technician, Jim Yorba, did an amazing job on our clogged bathtub. He immediately figured out where the exact problem lies. He was so precise and knowledgeable. He even taught us what to do next time and how to prevent the same thing from happening. The project was fairly priced. I will definitely and highly recommend Mr.Rooter and their technician Jim Yorba for all the plumbing services. Kudos guys!!!

My water heater broke and flooded the garage the night before Thanksgiving. I called and got many quotes. Vortex gave me a call back right away. They had the best price and they had the availability to come out on Thanksgiving morning. They didn't charge me extra for the holiday. They did a professional job. The new water heater was installed well and works great.

I would just want to say, Thank you so much! We were having a serious water pressure issue, awhile ago our hot water heater hot hose got a pin hole in it and we didn't know until our besetment was complete flooded! As I tried to shut the water off, and get the hose replaced. When I turned everything back on I guess I didn't turn the valve far enough and had been living with bad water pressure ever scent's. So I got tired of it and I asked my son-in-law for a recommendation of a plumber he used a few weeks earlier, he gave me tech city's number. Made an appointment and today was the day... Can you even guess what it was, yeah yeah.. I didn't turn the valve all the way back on.. Feeling pretty stupid, They were so kind! Turned the valve and did some checking and didn't even charge me, Who dose that any more? Thank you guys, 5 star's and a hug to boot!!!

I had a failed installation of a dishwasher because of a hose stuck to the shut off valve and a broken toilet. I have never needed a plumber before but was worried about the cost. I called Action Jackson based on the reviews of Yelp. They were extremely flexible with the time and were here exactly when they said they would be. They were able to fix both my problems right away and were extremely friendly. I would call them again if I needed a plumber and I would recommend them to anyone that does.

great service! Brandon was so persistent throughout in tracking down my leak. Through a variety of factors I know it wasn't easy but he communicated and powered through time and tough variables to ultimately find my problem. I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend you use them. I tried roto rotor first and they were a joke.

Layne pluming is family owned and ran. They were pleasant, honest and very reasonable priced.  I will definitely be using them again.

We called Price Busters Plumbing this morning and was luckily scheduled for same day service seeing that our home was only minutes away from their business. If you have the pleasure of working with Zach, you'll be blown away with amazing customer service and high quality work. Zach gave us a courtesy call before arrival and entered our home with masks and booties. He took a look at our issue (kitchen sink not draining) and immediately explained the underlying problem, gave us a fair quote and began work. After the work was done, the work area was thoroughly cleaned. He also stayed to ensure there were no leaks, the sink drained properly, and offered easy advice on how to keep our drains in good condition. Overall, very satisfied and would highly recommend! I really dislike giving bad reviews but future customers should be warned and hopefully with feed back this company can do better. I can see based off of past reviews this isn't the first time something like this has happened.

I was told that a plumber would come to my rental house between the hours of 8am-10am. I get a call at 7:20am that the plumber will be there at 8:20am so I drop my daughter at the bus stop (in the rain) because I didn't have time to drop her off at school. Drove 50 minutes in horrible I-5 traffic to arrive at my rental house with no plumber in sight. I wait 20 minutes and figure I should call them to be sure he is still coming. They proceed to tell me that the plumber isn't on his way that he is in fact at a different job site. But not to worry because he will be there before 10am. (A phone call at the time of his change in plans would have been nice because as a working mother I could have done 100 different things with my time).

So I wait in the area of my rental (getting things done) get back to the rental at 10am (still no word) waiting around I get a phone call at 10:08 that the plumber is still currently working at another site and they don't know when he will be done (because they can't get ahold of him) and it will be at least a 45 minute drive from his other job site.  Now I need to leave because I have work to do (imagine that) and I still have a leaking exterior faucet.

I was planning on hiring him on the spot regardless off quote because it's a leaking faucet, obviously.

But now I am stuck in the same position to begin with. Looking for a reliable company to fix a leaking exterior faucet and I will have to take another 1.5hrs of my time to just commute to this project again, let alone wait.

If you plan on going with this company (no reflection on their workmanship) do not hold your breath for that 2 hr window.

And for the company, maybe consider
A. Giving yourself a bigger window of quoting time.  
B. Having your plumber call the customer right away when he is literally driving away from where he said he'd be.
C. Having the dispatcher that sent him to another project in the first place call the customer.

Time is money and I will not get this time back.

*UPDATE*
I received a phone call from one of the owners to personally apologize for what happened. I appreciate them taking full responsibility for their mistake. They offered me compensation for my time if I use them in the future. Not sure if I will but If I do I will give another update. The call shows pride of ownership and I appreciate that.

We had an awesome experience with Jafco. We had a massive clog and root issue that needed to be addressed in our 100 year old sewer line. Max came by almost immediately after our call and did an amazing job stepping in and managing the entire project (including arranging the city inspection) to add external access ports. He seemed to work 24x7. His work crew was equally awesome... all working non-stop on Halloween. They even passed out candy for us! The great and reliable work was all rounded out by Business Manager Andrew. Many thanks!

If you are looking for a plumber, I cannot recommend Blake Plumbing in Renton enough.  Aaron, the owner, provided customer service that went above and beyond.
From now on, they are the only plumbing service I will call or recommend.

Have I got a story for you...while prepping for our house to be painted the downspouts were taken off in my back yard.  I was taking my dogs out in the yard and my phone slipped out of my pocket into the open pipe and slid down completely out of reach.  And to make matters worse my phone case has my drivers license and my visa in it...now underground !!!!!

I decided to call a plumber to run my crisis by them to see if they could help and boy am I glad I called Rocky.  I told him my situation and his response was now this sounds like fun!  He said he'd recovered many a diamond ring but never a phone in a drain pipe no less.

So here is the amazing thing: I called him at 9:50am, he was at my house at 10:10 assessed the situation and went to work immediately.  He trimmed a pipe-no luck, then he dug under my flagstone steps cut the pipe and handed me my phone by 10:40!!!!  In less than one hour he was able to take care of the rescue and clean everything back up.

Don't EVER call another plumber!  Rocky was so personable, knowledgeable, and kind.  He was up for the challenge and boy did he do an amazing job!  Thanks again Rocky!!

He went the extra mile to get my plumbing fixed! Literally climbed on top of the roof to get it done. Couldn't recommend him high enough.

Called in on 10/18/2014 and scheduled an appointment. My sink began dumping water into my cabinet, and it was clogging up my whole weekend morning. Because I'm a student I had already begun looking around and trying to get an idea of rates and was quoted (from another company) at $250 for the first hour, and $50 for each quarter hour after that.

I was floored.

Then Zach from Wezee's got a hold of me, asked what was wrong, and then guided me through a simple checklist to trouble shoot the problem...on the phone. It was easy, and fixed my issue (ended up being an in-body spray nozzle probelm). He said he was happy to save me $125.00, I said he saved me nearly double.

I can't say enough how thankful I was. This is bar none the best experience with any sort of maintenance professional I've ever had. When the time comes that I can't fix it on my own, i'll be back to Wezee's for help.

I had a plumbing emergency (sewer backup!) and was desperate.  I did not have the luxury to vet plumbing companies.  I chose SW because they could come the same evening.  The job, solution became more and more complex as the evening wore on and my attempts to understand were met disrespectfully by the job supervisor.  He actually threatened to leave and give me a day or two to think about it.  Because I had no viable options at that point, I agreed to pay what I assumed was an obscene amount of money for them to finish the job.  The next day, when the job was to be completed, the problem and solution changed and I was told I should have more work done then and there, paying thousands more to prevent the problem from happening again.  I choose not to and requested their recommendations be provided in writing.  I was told that I would be given this when I paid the remaining half of my balance which I did the next business day.  No written recommendations were available and I was told the job supervisor had them.  Within a day or two, I received a call from a woman inquiring about my level of satisfaction.  She was the only positive interaction I had with this company and I was honest with her.  She told me that a manager would be calling me right away.  A week went by and I never heard from anyone and the job supervisor had not forwarded the written recommendations as I had been told he would.  I called back and spoke to a manager who did not address any of my concerns which included my downspout drainage being buried at an angle so that it was backing up into the gutter, the disregard for my yard and never receiving the written recommendations.  I had another company come out for a second opinion, based on what I was verbally told needed to occur.  I now understand why SW would not provide a written recommendation given no additional work is necessary.  Although, it is no fun to work with sewer related issues, it is not an excuse to take advantage of people in desperate situations.  I wish there was a no star option!

Kitchen garbage disposal stopped working in July. Found Puget Sound plumbing and heating online, called them and scheduled for them to come out and fix it. The plumber said it can't be fixed it has to be replaced. This may have been the case since he is the expert and I know nothing about garbage disposals however there seems to be a trend in the reviews for this company that they recommend replacing parts instead of fixing. Maybe a reset would have worked. The plumber quoted $904 to replace the garbage disposal. We went along with it, we did not know what a garbage disposal actual cost is. After the work was done we realized we now own probably the most expensive garbage disposal on the market. I called the company to inquire about the $904 bill, they were going to call me back once the plumber submitted the invoice to the office. They never called me back. I remembered about it yesterday and called the company to get some clarification, I didn't ask for money back. Spoke to the manager who seems to spend a lot of time online apologizing to unsatisfied customers and I found him to be quite rude. It's my fault the work was approved based on the quote we received, it's my fault I had no idea a garbage disposal costs somewhere between $60 to $200, it's my fault I allowed for them to rip us off, indeed it is. This company's mission is to be a one hit wonder, rip you off good the first chance they get because obviously they are not the people to call back for more work.
