Best Leak Detection in Seattle WA

I finally have amazing water pressure thanks to Green Planet!! As a single Mom, I always get a bunch of quotes on home projects and Green Planet was right in line with other quotes for a full house re-pipe.  I felt comfortable asking questions and the team from Green Planet was great at explaining issues and coming up with ideas.  They worked hard for several days and navigated some surprises extremely well.  They changed out faucets and snaked drains as needed even though that wasn't part of the planned work.  Also, on a total side note, my fence gate in the backyard was falling off the post and they just got some big bolts and fixed it for me. That was super thoughtful and just the kind of guys they are.  I would highly recommend Green Planet and would have them come again for any future plumbing needs.

Mark fixed our leaky garden faucet, which needed to be fixed from the crawl space. He replaced the faucet and also cleared our garden drain which was clogged from pine leaves, all under 1.5 hours. The quote was very transparent and no surprises from the initial quote to final price. A month later the faucet is doing well.

We had a gas leak in our house and despite being extremely busy, Dave came out and fix our leak that morning!

Elvis accommodated me into their busy schedule and sent over plumbers Tim and Jared within a few hours of my call. They were on time, professional, friendly, and very helpful in educating me about what repairs were needed. They also gave me recommendations and suggestions on how I could address my irrigation plumbing issue and toilet repair. I would highly recommend them and use them again. It is hard to find a reliable and honest plumber these days so I was very glad to have found them.

Action Jackson came recommended from a friend and I also highly recommend them and will use them again! My son had flushed blocks down two of our toilets and Action Jackson came out same day, came when they said they would, were VERY friendly, and the price was very fair.

I hired them to follow a pipe to see if it went to our septic. They were on time and took time to answer my questions.  Their equipment is high tech!

Gary and his daughter are an all star team! They replaced a main line to my sister's house.  The work was top notch, timely and affordable.  Truly top quality work and I couldn't possibly recommend them more....if you need ANY plumbing work done, call Gary and it get it done right!

Ron and Dwayne came out assess our clogged drain. They were quick to respond and be on sight. Our house is a mid century home with an add on  unit. They gave us some good information on future upkeep and maintenance given esp given the age of the home and plumbing. Dwayne and Ron quickly gave us the details of the clogged drain and what the work would entail including some risks. In the end, everything was fine and didn't include any extra labor or cost. Felt informed throughout the process. Their prices were affordable compared to other companies and they had a very no nonsense attitude about them. Ron was friendly, thorough and professional in his services. We'll be calling on them again to do some heavy lifting plumbing/sewage projects down the line. Thanks again guys!

Brian was just here. Amazing! He quickly found the origins of several separate, unrelated, issues. While he was working to make the repairs, he answered my millions of questions. The cost was so much less than I had feared. When I first called, I spoke with Janelle who was knowledgeable and professional. Blake Plumbing is a total class act!! So happy I now have a plumber!!

We identified a leak existed in my water line between the street header and the house.  The Kitsap Public Utility District recommended Leak Finders West.  I called them and was dubious at first because no up-front information was given on the method they use to find the leak.  Talking with the tech who found the leak, I learned that they introduce air into the water line via a hose bib on the house and listen with sensitive equipment for air leak noise beneath the ground. I works and localizes within 2-4 feet.  At $325 for the job, which included transportation to/from our place, this seemed pretty reasonable to me. I would hire them again.

These guys were amazing!  Very quick response, out for a quote and offered to fix an issue on the spot.  Came back a couple days later to do more.  Work was done, fixing the problem, as quoted - and the price was a fair one.  The only reason why I don't give them 5 stars is because there was a little mud on my curtains from going in and out the slider!

Two for two with Wezees.  

First one going back, circa 2011, I called Wezees when my terlet stopped working and bathtub stopped draining.  Clogged sewer pipe.  Wezee (or her associate) diagnosed my problem on the phone, quoted me a price and Zach came out a couple of hours later and fixed it.

My house is 100 years old - so I gathered I was on bought time even with the 2011 intervention.  Jan 2015, same issue, more serious diagnoses - cracked and displaced pipe - Wezee's came out and fixed it next day for a very reasonable price.  Before I called Wezee's I called another company much to my detriment.

I was doing a huge updating project in my house that was not going well. I reached out to Otter Plumbing regarding installing new sinks and faucets in my kitchen, master bath and powder room as well as a new garbage disposal. They were able to quickly come in, complete the project so we were able to use our bathrooms and kitchen again and even identified and corrected an issue with the plumbing under my kitchen sink that would have prevented my new faucet from working properly if left as is. Shane was super knowledgeable, kept me informed and provided recommendations and ideas to ensure i was getting the result i was after. The end result was perfect, exactly what i wanted, done in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I completely recommend them and will use them again when the need arises!

Had an issue with ground water backing up our downspout. Messaged Limitless and the owner was quick to respond but wasn't able to get to us until the following week. I didn't want to wait that long so we had another company come out. That was a mistake. They charged me a bunch of money and wanted to charge me another $3k for work that would've made it worse. I ended up having Limitless come out the next week and he fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes for less than the other company initially charged me for not fixing anything. Would definitely use Limitless again!

Our shower faucet was broken during the thanksgiving holidays. We found Mr. Rooter online. They responded fast, helped us make an appointment. And then Mark came to fix it. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend  this company to my friends.

These guys are great.  Showed up early, listened to me, asked great questions, then used the right tools for the job and were able to unclog my whole house within the hour.  They charged me a fair price for the work.

I am very grateful for the quick, efficient service I received by this company.

Todd and his assistant fixed a water leak in our hydronic heating system. The fix literally took 30 minutes, but the bill came up to just under $500.  Good service, but way over priced.

I'll start by saying that we have used South West a number of time and had no real issues. Recently called them to repair a leaky sink drain which required removing the pedestal sink. Two guys arrived and proceeded to tell me that it would probably take several hours and quoted a price of $800 which I thought was steep, but I was on a deadline to get the job done. Imagine my surprise when 40 min later, they told me they were done. I questioned them on the originally quoted price and the answer was its a flat rate, you will need to talk to the service manager (note other complaints about excessive flat rate charges on yelp). Multiple inquiries to the service manager has got no response. They have lost my business for good and I would caution anyone thinking of using this company.

The worst!!!!!   Don't  hire,   They didn't show when they said they would.   They where 5 hours late and if you want over priced company call this company.   They were at our home for 35 minutes and charged $585.   We called them 3 times and they will not return calls to discuss billing.  Totally unprofessional,
