Best Installs Customer Purchased Materials in Seattle WA
Requested a quote on yelp and got a response within minutes of posting. Fast professional service during hours most other companies won't even answer the phone. Thanks Will

Good- quick availability, fast work, problem resolved
Bad - quality of finished work/product, lack of transparency
Summary - if your problem requires replacing your toilet, I would recommend you to go to the store to ensure what is purchased meets your needs.

We had Michael's come in to look at a plumbing issue. The person who came to fix the problem suggested that we replace the entire toilet. I had specifically told them that I want the same kind of toilet before he went to the store to purchase. After the work was done, I found that the one installed did not match the base size, seat cover, handles. I was told that what he got was the only kind available. However, this weekend when my husband went to Lowe's (which is the closest place to us), he found the exact one like ours.
Considering I spent close to $600
(which includes about $100 including taxes to get rid of the old toilet), I am not super happy about how the new toilet looks. I don't like the plastic seat and cover and guess that can be replaced but that's for another day. There was no transparency about the options for the new toilet or the breakdown of the cost (how much was spent on the parts vs labor) and there wasn't much choice i had when I saw the new one after it was all installed.

Leon came out and did a couple of small jobs for us - I figured I had enough to meet his two hour minimum but honestly expected it to take longer. He got right to work and proceeded to work quickly and efficiently, finishing in just under two hours. He's a hard worker and needed little direction from me. I am definitely going to hire him again in the future and have already referred him to my neighbors.
As a real estate agent, I'm always looking for resources. I just added Leon to my vendor partner list and will be referring him to clients. It is so refreshing to find such a nice and competent guy.

We called Fixer for a fix we'd had on our to-do list forever (broken bathroom exhaust fan) - they let us schedule an exact time, and our fixers showed up exactly on time. They were polite and professional (even when I was trying to get dinner done with a toddler underfoot, so wasn't exactly a great host), and the job got done well and quickly.
Only possible complaint is that the pricing is definitely premium at about $150/hr after tip here in Seattle - so not something that's gonna save you money. Still, service was great and something that hadn't gotten done for months got done in an hour while I did something else - we had a good enough experience that were seriously considering a subscription.

Deric was AWESOME! I texted him about a bath tub faucet that wouldn't shut off. He asked me to send a couple pictures and then gave me the solution for free! He suspected it was likely the cartridge being old or worn out and recommended just buying a replacement and swapping it out. He confirmed the exact part number I needed over the phone and explained it would be smart to shut off the main water before swapping out the cartridge. He was extremely responsive and helpful. For a job that would have likely costed $3-400 I was able to buy the part for $60 and handle it within an hour. Highly recommend these guys for any plumbing need!
