Best Gas Water Heater Installat… in Seattle WA

This is the second opportunity I've had to review Green Planet and I couldn't be happier to post this.  These guys have been great.  I'm going through a remodel of my home and these guys came out on a Saturday to replace my water main.  They just finished up with a complete re-pipe of my house to get rid of the old galvanized pipes.  The service level has been great - I know that they've been busy, but they were able to work my project into the schedule and I have clean water flowing with great pressure now!  I have referred these guys to other people in my neighborhood and network, and they have all been pleased.

I'll recommend them again and I'll have them back to work here when my kitchen gets done later this year.  The price was beyond fair for the job that they did, in my opinion.

Very highly recommended.  Bill was recommended by a well reviewed appliance repair company I've also used, and I would recommend to anyone in his service area.  His office let me know an hour in advance that he was running slightly behind for our 9am appointment.  He did great work on 2 items, very efficient and fairly priced.  Some companies are hit and miss depending on who you get, but as a sole proprietorship you can rely on Bill showing up himself and doing a great job at a fair price.

Our morning started off horribly with an embarrassing toilet fiasco. My husband called at 7am and MVPP was at our house by 10am. Tucker the tech was very nice and made light of the embarrassing mess. Everything took 15min and he was so professional. I was able to clean everything up before my son got home and no one was the wiser. Thank you MVPP I would recommend your service to anyone.

We tried to use Eric D plumbing but he said that they would not work if it had snowed.  He said that he had liability to take his truck out and didn't want a possible accident.  I am frustrated, I understand being swamped with work but the greater Seattle area now has snow every year for a week or two.  Plumbing is an essential service so why no work if it snows?   In fact, that's when plumbers are needed the most due to frozen pipes. I'm not talking a blizzard but only about 1 inch of snow.  That's what winter snow tires are for.      It would be like the police or firefighters saying, no, we don't go out if there is snow.  I'm probably biased because several members of our families are essential workers and they work no matter what.  We could really use more plumbers on the eastside.

I cannot even begin to say how AMAZING Tech City Plumbing is, and especially Tim! This is our second time using Tim. Originally we were referred to Elvis (great customer service) who referred us to Tim because of availability. Number ONE: they are so honest!! Let's get to the point, no one wants to pay more than they need to. Tim was honest, and told us what we needed to repair but also told us things that didn't need to be done. He looked out for us. Number two: he responded to our request (arrived at our house) within 24 hours, both times! One of the visits we actually didn't have a problem, he showed us and didn't charge us. Who does that these days? I figured he would charge us a big fee for coming out, and instead told us that he values our business?!?! Where do you see that these days? I don't. The point is: when you hire a plumber, you look for integrity, honesty and a strong work ethic. Tim has all these. I would trust him with any plumbing job, big or small. I will be telling all of my friends and family about him. Look no further, go with Tech City and ask for Tim! Know that your money is going in the right place.

Great company. One of the most responsive for my project. I needed a bathroom faucet /p-trap pipe replacement for a pipe clog issue. They scheduled quickly, the team was on time, respectful and performed the work to utmost satisfaction. I would highly recommend.

What a great company.  I called, told them about a leak I had in my garage ceiling,  made an appointment on Thursday night and they said they could be here around 9:30-10am Friday morning.  He called at 9:30, said he would be here at 9:45, and he was!  The repair had complications that were worked out professionally and he completed the job in excellent style!  I would not hesitate to call them again and again.

I called earlier on the week and scheduled a visit for Thursday. Tommy came up early in the morning, right on time.  I was really impressed with the fact that they'd come to check the problem for free. Pretty much any other plumber I've contacted in the past will charge you just for showing up to the house.

Tommy was very honest and knowledgeable. He discussed with me some options about how we could increase the water pressure in the house a little more, but he didn't think it was worth the investment. He was very helpful and it turned out we didn't have much of a problem after all.

I was very happy with the quick response, honest quote and professionalism of the plumber who came over.

Our sewer line had some roots in it which caused it to overflow in the basement.

I asked for a quote. Got one within 10 minutes. A plumber came over, did the job, discussed the issue and honored the quote.

I needed something else done, so I asked if he could do that as well (for an extra) - and - problem fixed!

Aaron saved the day when he talked me through troubleshooting a frozen water pipe - for free, no less.  Thank you, Aaron, I see why you have all 5-star reviews.

Replaced a toilet and installed new plumbing under an old tub. Super knowledgeable about what possible issues could be and accurate quotes. Sleeping better tonight with confidence my plumbing issues received quality services.

I called them to fix a leak in a toilet bowl today. Al gave the  work estimate upfront, seemed honest and reasonable. He was able to fix the leak, although he had mentioned earlier that he could not gurantee to fix it.

I have been troubleshooting a leak issue for some time in my home and, after trying out a long list of fixes, resorted to contacting this company to assist. They were professional, timely, and friendly, but unable to advance the solution any further than I had. The plumber said he would ask some sage colleague of his for more ideas, but I never heard back from them.

Also, there may be some design/code issues with the plumbing in my home. The plumber just said it all looks good. I am not confident with that conclusion based on what my own research has turned up.

They did knock a few dollars off the visit since they couldn't fix the problem, and that was nice. Also, they were clear on the call that they may not be able to find the cause.

However, after calling around, I have received valuable tips and advice over the phone, free of charge, from other plumbers. It seems there are people out there who are genuinely interested in solving the hard problems, and I will turn to them when the hard problems arise.

As far as this company goes: They are probably reliable for obvious issues ( dripping pipes, clogged drains, etc), and they could come through in a pinch for people who don't have the time nor energy to fix any sort of plumbing matter. That said: I don't consider them experts in the field.

I was doing a huge updating project in my house that was not going well. I reached out to Otter Plumbing regarding installing new sinks and faucets in my kitchen, master bath and powder room as well as a new garbage disposal. They were able to quickly come in, complete the project so we were able to use our bathrooms and kitchen again and even identified and corrected an issue with the plumbing under my kitchen sink that would have prevented my new faucet from working properly if left as is. Shane was super knowledgeable, kept me informed and provided recommendations and ideas to ensure i was getting the result i was after. The end result was perfect, exactly what i wanted, done in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I completely recommend them and will use them again when the need arises!

They are reliable and good at what they do. Took care of several plumbing needs in our house. It is a family owned business. I dont think are the cheapest. However, the rates are competitive and they take care of needs reliably which in the long run will save on cost.

Ace Works rerouted the pipes under our kitchen sink. They were quick to respond to our call, fit us into their schedule quickly, and had great communication throughout the process. They were honest and open about the most cost-efficient options, did great work and at a very reasonable price. Completely happy!

Worst service ever ...original appt was to be 12-2pm Wednesday ..kept moving out and even missed a time by over  an hour...I had to call them. They finally showed up at 10am Thursday - $900 to fix a toilet leak and an outside faucet - today the toilet started leaking.  And again they were to be here between 4 and 6 pm....just got a call about another emergency - supposed to be here around 9pm tonight ....$900 and one item still not fixed and I am not important as a customer to have a plummer out to correct the original job...do not use this company

It was a small plumbing issue, a dish washer backing up. But it was close to the holidays when I needed it to work, and Vortex Plumbing was able to send someone the next day after I called. 4 Stars for prompt response and scheduling.

The plumber arrived on time the next morning. He noticed the kink in the outlet plumbing and used a hose clip to increase the flow of water through that stretch (he explained that would be cheaper than him replacing the entire plumbing hose). He then uncovered the countertop drainage and push some wire through it to ensure there were no food lumps. Ran the dish washer, and it worked great. But the cost of the hose clip is less than $2, and his actual work time was about 15 mins. He committed to leave the invoice later that day or following day. MIA.

I had an electrician and his trainee working on installing a security camera today. The parts included commercial tubing and they spent a solid 1.5 hours. When I compare both invoices, the plumbing was 65% of the electrician.

In summary, if you need immediate prompt attention, they are responsive. Price vs work effort is terrible. You will feel you have been gouged.

We did a remodel late 2017/early 2018 and our contractor used Allred's for plumbing work. Everything was great. I needed to replace some appliances and reached out to them with some questions and they were quick to respond and assist me. No complaints so far.

I had some plumbing issue at my rental property and they came out very quickly within 2 hrs. price is reasonable and techs were very knowledgeable about what they are doing. i will def use their service again!
