Best Flame Sensor Repair in Seattle WA
Had a major leak from meter to house, loss of 100k gallons of water. The cedars thank me for the leak.
Steve came out and offered me two options, repair and H2o detection. I asked what it would take to fix the problem as if new. Our home is located in Wingate Track of North Edmonds. Our neighborhood is over 40 years with 201 homes on 42 acres of well established forest, ponds, trails, and streams.
We chose to pay not $3,500 but $9,500 pulling permits, to revitalizing our property value.
Very profession and ethical. Highly recommend.

Steve and his crew came by to install a sump pump after we had water in our basement. They showed me how water was getting in, figured out a good spot for the pump, explained everything and answered my questions patiently, installed it quickly and we haven't had any water issues since. Nice guys too.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day. Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly. Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish. I definitely recommend them!

No longer does Heating and Air Conditioning. Now is called Ally Plumbing only.
They probably should update their information.

Fantastic professionalism and expertise! Malik and partner showed up on time, wearing a mask which I really appreciate during these times and asking smart questions to understand what I needed/wanted. I was looking for them to help us create an outlet above our fireplace for our mounted TV and with minimal wall damage and they exceeded my expectations! They only made one small hole and they were able to do everything within 45 min! Very clean, explained the whole process and most importantly they knew what they were doing. I'm very very very happy with the result and will not hesitate to contact Seatown Electric Services for any other needs.

Joe squeezed us in on a busy Saturday for a small job of fixing a few fixtures in the bathroom. He was very honest and super quick. Everything in out in under an hour for a super fair price. Would absolutely hire again.

For the past 2 years, we have been struggling to get our Navien on-demand water heater and floor heating to stop a loud whomping sound when there was too much heat returning. Our previous service company tried several times to solve it and their solution did not fix it. I decided to try out Washington Water Heaters and when Steve came on site, he was able to get on the phone and troubleshoot to a solution within the hour: Replace the Heat Exchanger under warranty! (And we were just at the warranty period end). Steve replaced the items and it works perfectly. I definitely recommend them for Navien water heaters. (They are a certified service provider).

We are in the process of remodeling our 1977 house. Our house is all original and needs a lot of work. We needed a plumber to help us with multiple jobs. He started off helping us fix a leaky outdoor hose faucet. We then relocated our washer and dryer, installed 2 heat pumps, 1 new furnace and upgraded our other one, removed our water heater and installed a tankless water heater. Brian came in with so much knowledge, help, suggestions and on top of all of that a positive attitude. He showed up each day with a smile on his face and happy to do the work. Brian is professional, polite, courteous and fair. Along the way we had some unexpected fixes that Brian was able to help us with, even coming in to work on the weekend. We highly recommend Brian.

Did not show up for scheduled appointment, waited over two hours and when I called to find out where the technician was, no one called back for over 3 hours. Person who called back said that my appointment was not in their system. How is that possible when I called and confirmed my appointment the day before? I do not recommend using Hunts. Terrible customer service.

A disappointing business that offers a bad value for their services and poor customer service.
Would not recommend and will not be a repeat customer.
Had an overflow in the basement and called. They arrived about two hours later and the guys in the truck were nice. They presented an invoice for $550 which I signed, because the basement was full of sewage. They then did literally five minutes of work and punched through a clog in the main line. All that was required was the large snake (no mechanical drum etc) that you can get at home depot for $50.
I called into customer service and explained that $600 after taxes was not a great deal. They were condescending when explaining how a flat rate quote works. I asked whether the customer service rep had the discretion to change the rates, and they said yes, but then gave me a line about internal policies. I gave up, because it was clear that they had no interest in adjusting the price to reflect something closer to a time and materials value of the work they did.
Look at the overall rating of this business--you'll be well served to find another plumber.

Great service and a quick response to a home with no hot water on a cold January weekend. Robert H. came out within an hour and was super friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me get my hot water and radiant heating working in no time. Also helped diagnose some issues I may have in the future and gave solutions to fixing them with no pressure, unlike some plumbers I've used in the past. Would highly recommend.
