Best Flame Sensor Repair in Seattle WA

Hired these guys to do outdoor spigot replacement which was broken during winter months. Initially the person came said, it will take at least an hour to replace and quoted $600 but it ended up being a very small task. I hope they did a good job, I wouldn't know until later. The reason for this distasteful review is that from start to finish they were misleading and I felt I have been ripped off because they charged me a lot. I'd be careful next time before using them.

I'd recommend to call them for any assistance you need with heating and air conditioning in the Shoreline area. Another company tried scare tactics claiming my house was going to blow up! Can you believe that? Not these guys though. The older gentleman Mike is such a professional and easy to work with. The person who answered my call did everything to help over the phone. Then the qualified servicemen visited and finished by fixing up the furnace. They didn't even let my frisky cat escape when coming in and out of the house and covered their shoes to keep things clean. Thanks for the help you gave this homeowner and I'll be repeat business for sure. Steven the owner even called to communicate and check on how things went. Great customer service!

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

I wish I could give 4.5 starts.

We had a wonderful experience with Ally. Fair quote when compared to a few other companies. I appreciated the honest information to help us choose a unit and also choose to go with ally. Other companies where tossing in extra services that were not needed or didn't have a great value to begin with. Ally did some extra cross checking and got back to me almost immediately to answer my questions.

My only complaints:

1. When scheduling install we were not told that it was going to take two days. Or that they needed access to the craw space. Fortunately, I made note of a crawl space comment during a previous quote and cleaned out our storage area/crawl space the night before. We were able to work around the scheduling issues for day two. But I had to leave work quickly on the last day of school (teacher) to rush home and lock my dogs in and go back to work. Again, made it work. But it would have been nice to know that this was a two day job upfront.

2. We are still waiting on the blanket for the unit to reduce noise as it wasn't available on our install days.

Had major electrical work completed with SeaTown (knob and tube). Kevon and Kyle were wonderful and took precautions to make sure everything was clean at the end of the day (we have a toddler).

We also had a mini split system installed by Tyler and Aaron. They stayed as long as needed to answer all questions and really went the extra mile. I love these guys.

One last kudos - Madi in the front office (scheduler)  was communicative throughout the two projects and walked us through everything. Give Madi a raise!!!  She's beyond exceptional!!!!

SeaTown may not be the cheapest for major projects (a bit on the higher end), but they don't nickel and dime you on the back end and stick to their original quote no matter what. They are supremely competent and a true pleasure to do business with. I will keep going back to them.

Joe and his guys do amazing work. They totally transformed our bathroom and did it in a timely manner.  Joe is very honest and fair. He and his crew were respectful of our home and always left things clean when they left for the evening. We highly recommended Joe.

When I contacted Washington Water Heaters on a Saturday morning for a leaking water heater, I didn't expect we can still get hot water at that night. James and Steve came out to replace our 13 years old heat water with a new one on a 4 feet platform in less than 3 hours. Their speedy and professional service make our kids can have a hot bathtub tonight. Highly recommend their service.

We had an emergency toilet overflow issue and got immediate response on a Friday evening. He shows up on time an fixed or issue within 10 min.  Clearly a rue professional and someone who cares about his customers and doing quality work.  He also has heating and air and we have a plan for  servicing that was half of what we paid at a large local company who did bad work.  We can't say enough!

Refused to give any idea of price after waiting on phone for 15 minutes to talk to agent and then sending pictures per their request. This was a small job and they refused ballpark pricing. They offered to send a tech for $59 to give me a price. I went elsewhere.

Beacon Plumbing has been the worst experience ever!!!! My toilet flooded. The first plumber  that came out had NO IDEA what he was doing. He spent at least a couple hours trying to unclog my toilet...should be a no brainer for a plumber....He ended up using a snake (that he, himself said is only suppose to be used for toilets) in the bathroom sink. He ended up breaking the pipes in the adjoining bathroom by shoving the snake into that bathroom. He literally BROKE the pipes. No joke! He didn't even apologize. If I had not heard weird noises and not gone into the other room and seen the snakeand told him to stop, who knows! .... literally 5 feet into the other room! Then he calls other guys. They unclogged the pipes. Two days later I have sewer water leaking from my downstairs bathroom AGAIN! They come out and fix it again. That was a Monday. Brent B. says he will be out the next day because he is too tired to deal with it this Monday night. Tuesday passes. Wednesday I call and talk to Steve. He says he will for sure talk to Brent B and have him contact me. I talk to Steve 3 times... still promised I will be contacted that day... NOTHING!!! I call YET AGAIN on Friday and finally Brent B. calls. He says he has never gotten a call from Steve in the last few days, but PROMISES TO COME TO MY HOUSE!!! He will be at my house that Friday.....no show, no call! I have a guy show up tonight, doesn't fix anything, but wants to charge me $150 to reset my toilet (which he didn't find or fix anything!!!!!!!!) and he wants to come back tomorrow and charge me another $200.....UMMM  no thanks!!!

Upsell. Upsell.  Upsell.  Spent an hour trying to turn the replacement of a shower cartridge into a home remodel.  Absolutely unscrupulous.  Claimed could not identify correct shower part without cutting hole in adjoining wall.  Rick B was the service tech.  Even told me the problem was likely my water heater & it needed to be replaced too w/o ever looking at the water heater.  Gave a quote of $822 w/caveat cost could exceed $3,680 & part would have to be special ordered.  Of course Morgan's had part & another another plumber easily replaced cartridge all for $569.  Beware single women & the elderly.  This outfit will prey on the unwitting.  I will never ever call these masters of the bait & switch again.  You'll be freakin' if you call Beacon.
