Seatown installed a new gas line in preparation for a new gas range and I'd recommend Seatown every time. Our technician, Dillon Maneri, was amazingly professional, capable and communicative about our services (sorry for the late review, Dillon!). Use Seatown next time you need any work done!

On one whole side of our house, the outlets were not working. I tried the simple stuff and flipped all the circuit breakers but the power didn't come back on. In the morning, we contacted Dean around 7 on Christmas Eve and he was out at our house by 11am.

He quickly found the faulty outlet, replaced it, gave a detailed explanation of what was wrong and how to avoid it in the future. He was wonderfully kind and courteous (and great with our dog).

THESE GUYS ARE DAYLIGHT ROBBERS - DO NOT HIRE THEM! My family and I came back from a European holiday (this was last year) to find that our water heater was leaking all over the garage and had been for some days. We called around - it was a Sunday - and these were the only guys available to come immediately.
The gentlemen that showed up were nice enough, but we were absolutely RIPPED OFF for the replacement of our 50gl water heater: they charged us $5,000!!
At the time, I had no idea and didn't know any better other than what they were telling us. I didn't have time to call around as we needed it fixed ASAP.  

Everyone I have spoken to - including certified plumbers - have told us it probably should have been maximum $2000 since the water heater itself is about $800 to buy at Home Depot.

Called about snaking some drains. I was told that it was my septic but the guy telling me it was the septic wasn't a septic guy. They quoted $2200 to dig and locate my septic and then pump it. $1400 of the $2200 was digging. I had flowhawks come out and they told me exactly where my septic was and where to dig it myself. They doubted that the septic needed to be pumped but thought the inlet could be plugged. So, I dug the $1400 hole in an hour by myself and it was within 6 inches of where flowhawks told me to dig. Pulled lid off and sure enough, just a plugged inlet. Took an old broom handle and pushed the debris from the inlet and the problem was solved. Flowhawks said I had at least 2 more years before it needed to be pumped.

Unless your rich, stop freakin and call anyone but beacon.

I can't say enough good things from the help this company was to us during a very stressful situation with our septic backing up into our house on a Friday evening!! From my desperate phone call to the two very knowledgeable techs arriving on time we felt totally at ease.  Right after scheduling them to come out (which was within two hours on a Friday evening) the company sent us a text with a picture with name and description of the service tech that was going to be coming to take care of us which we thought was very professional. This is our first home with a septic, in fact we almost didn't buy it years ago because of all of the septic horror stories we have heard. The techs not only took care of the problem but more importantly they took the time and educated us about our system and how to actually care for it properly in the future! Thank you for helping us through our worst nightmare!!  We highly recommend this company!!

I had a horrible experience I had an electrical emergency so I couldn't shop around and ended up without electricity for 34 days and paid $5,000.  Later when I checked around at four places for estimates I was told it's a pretty basic job: 2 days and $1,500 and it didn't even pass inspection the first time.  I really wish I had used someone else.

We heard about Craig & Resicon from two neighbors. We hired them to put in a new heat pump/AC and we could not be happier. The 4-person team was very friendly, totally professional and even took extra time to help me find a solution to a walled-off duct. We rarely do big house projects like this because so frequently things go wrong! The Resicon guys made sure everything went right. My husband is particular about workmanship and he is thrilled with this job in every detail. The price was very fair, and Craig made sure we had the right system for our situation. I totally recommend them!

Hart it's pretty great. They have done two sewer inspections for me and replaced a waterline. I had an issue over the second sewer inspection, because of the price increase and they ended up fixing that giving me money off. I appreciated the customer service in that aspect. I would recommend them again.

We had a shut-off valve go bad and after a number of estimates for replacement, Harts Services came in with an acceptable bid.  Luke showed up on time and was very professional.  He reviewed the problem and got to work on repairing the valve.  Very friendly, informative and didn't mind all of my questions.  He cleaned up the site and made sure everything was working before leaving.  Excellent customer service skills on top of his abilities and knowledge.  BTW:  Glad you opened up a shop in Lynnwood.  BRAVO!

I would not recommend this business to anyone. Call Bob's Heating & Air - they do exceptional work and have always been honest. I gave Black Hills a call just to price shop (after hearing all the commercials on the radio). They also told me when I said I was going to call Bob's to check their pricing (since they were who I always used in the past and installed the AC - that Bob's no longer does residential calls - which is a lie).

When I called Black Hills H&A, told them what we had a leak in our AC unit and they said they would come out to find the leak (never said that they would need to test for a leak, since we already knew we had one), quoted a price and then they had to cancel the appointment (to many techs called in sick). Gave me $50 off for rescheduling for a couple days later, 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive the tech called and said he had a feeling there was a miscommunication on the price and then quoted me a price that was 4x the original amount (they can't take another tech's word). I said that this issue was never discussed so he had customer service call me. Which they would not honor what they had originally agreed to - even though they record the phone calls and can clearly hear the rep tell me what would be done and the cost. She proceeded to be rude and not stand by what was discussed - wasted over a week of my time as we needed to get the AC fixed since we were listing our home for sale. At the end of the call - she said what do you want me to do, I said honor what was originally quoted and she said she wouldn't do that - it was a miscommunication. There was no miscommunication - it was very clear what was wrong, what we needed done, what they agreed to and then they were by no means going to make things right.

I have since talked with a few others who have had similar experiences with this company.  
One of our friends ended up with a bill over $10k - that was originally quoted for less than half of that. Do your research before using them.
